    My chestnut paste(chestnut jam) recipe is little thin, for making cake icing cream.
    You can adjust quantity of sugar, water to your prefer. And it could be thicker if you raising heating time.
    Put 1 Tsp into a shot of espresso and mix it, then pour hot milk with full of foam. This is marronlatte!! 🌰
    And also you can enjoy with toasted breads
