  • Have you ever gone into a game completely blind? That's what I did with D, an interactive horror movie-game from 1995. I know, the title doesn't really give you anything to go on, so if you're curious, I've got you covered with this retrospective!

I have foggy memories about this game, it really looks ahead of its time in some aspects, great video

So relatable. I have ADHD too. It really hinders my completion of things..but surprisingly, I have been completing(not 100%, but finishing) games of the Yakuza franchise...but it is a work in progress.

Wow, this game looks trippy. Yet interesting. I've actually never heard of it.
It's a piece of art. I can say that much. Also, your video is really good and yes,
I would love to see you cover Enemy Zero. ^^

Always love seeing D getting some positive attention. Shame I missed this one somehow. But either way, I'm glad I finally got to see it!
And yeah, I would totally recommend checking out the other games in the "Laura Trilogy", because there's nothing quite like Enemy Zero or D2 out there. The former has a PC port that's much less expensive than the Saturn version, and I'd recommend emulating the latter.
Shame Eno passed away so young, characters like him are rare. A lot of the stories surrounding him are super interesting. For instance, he once sold the rights to a sound novel he made for blind gamers out there to SEGA on the condition that he could give away 1,000 Saturn units and copies of his game to blind folk in Japan!
Anyways, sorry for rambling, and once again, great video!

Honestly, thought you were going to bust out some Vampire Hunter D, which kinda ties into this but also doesn't. Never played D, looks like it was ahead of its time and needs a remake.

Your videos are so good, I hate that your views and subs are so low. You deserve the recognition for these. RUclips needs to snatch you into the algorithm already.

Awwww I thought this had to do with Vampire Hunter D. Soooo misleading!!! 😭 But they completely ripped off the "D" schtick.
