Sarah has taken on a massive challenge to raise money for men's wellbeing - visit her page to read why and what is involved - 50 ascents of the highest mountain in England - Scafell Pike.
Whilst doing this Sarah has already come across 4 mountain rescue incidents (as at 6/07/21) providing support to casualties and now meeting up with the teams as they respond.
Cycling for Carlisle to Wasdale Head on a number of occasions to build up her cycling miles.
