Hi Oleksiy, Im a beginner and your video help me a lot. I have a lot of difficulty to understand my foot and legs position. Is there a "formula" like you did with the pvc to understand hands grip, but to my legs and foot. I see a lot of people beginners like me doing strangers movements on my crossfit box in Brazil. Im afraid to fuck my knees with these movement. Thank you so much!

I' say assume your natural stance (if you don't know, jump in the air and the way you land would be the stance you should be most comfortable with). Then when you're down push your knees out to the side (maybe your toes should also point outwards a bit more)

I picked up on that myself but most guys I've said to have always recommended to show the armpits with the elbows rotating the other way. It's probably just down to personal preference at the end of th day. Would be great if he could clarify.

Конечно нужно раскрываться полностью. И вектор ускорения должен быть только строго вверх.
Физиология у всех разная, кто-то накрывает на старте, кто-то как большинство китайцев не накрывают, чтобы штанга шла максимально ровно вверх.
