Been watching all the videos but this one in particular is great, not only for beginners but also as a reminder for advanced lifters. 8:34 was just the perfect explanation for me being new to this sport. More content like this please!!!!

I always assumed shoulder over bar was the center of shoulder. No one has ever explained. THANK YOU!!

I came across Chad coaching crossfit oly lifts and didn't know who he was but was very impressed by his low key approach and expertise. Now I know who he is- 2x Olympian and national record holder... listen to this guy vs your box trainer... :)

When I first saw Vaughn squated down I though that was a pony tail swept around and hanging down below his chin! Funny as hell......to me!

Love how easily you both can explain not only what to look for but why as well! Would love to see a video on some quick basics for beginners with you both! Something like how to train your hook grip and scaling with just starting.

I have a short torso and longer legs. It’s so hard for me to remain upright in a squatted position with a load bearing overhead press. Is it hopeless for me to learn oly lifts?

I really love those videos on weightlifting together. I’m 6´2 and i am starting to snatch and clean & jerk. But it’s really tough mobility wise when you are not « hip » gifted. I can’t be in the bottom position without rounding my low back (so I can’t do the lift from the floor yet). I feel like I have to stretch my adductors to allow myself to keep the proper position of my pelvis but it’s a tough one for long femur persons that sit at a desk all day
