    Another great video - could you talk about the process of setting up on AirBnB and VRBO, maybe touch on how much to spend on photos?

    Great content and transparency. You spoke about owning properties where it is most profitable and not necessarily where you live. However did you live in Tennessee to manage your first properties before you went remote?

    • @melefante6
      @melefante6  3 года назад

      Yes we lived in Nashville so we were close by to our Nashville properties but about 4 hours away from our Gatlinburg properties.

    Hey! Great video. I want to achieve financial freedom and I'm interested in learning more. With your academy is it a one time purchase? Will we be able to keep all content indefinitely?

      Hey! Yes it is lifetime access and I’ll update as necessary :)

    I'm in northern NJ, would love to open up an airbnb somewhere within driving distance (max 3 hours) - I've looked into the Jersey Shore but property taxes are brutally high, I'm worried it will hemorrhage money in the offseason. Philly seemed like a solid choice, but new legislation is looking to ban STR. Maybe catskills or Poconos? Would love others opinions!

      Check out AirDNA for good data on these various markets :)

    I didn’t hear you talk much about credit and types of loans to look for/stay away from.

      That’s a good topic you bring up. Would be good to discuss in future video

    I’ve made over a million dollars selling shampoo (seriously) and want to get started w Airbnb. In the process of purchasing a beach house in PCB. Wondering what you think of that area now and going forward.

      PCB is a great market. Have to find ways to stand out since it is saturated but the demand is there!!

    Hey Michael, awesome video! I’m looking to get started, just moved out to Orlando Florida. Does your program teach how to get started? And also where can I go to sign up for your program?

      Hey! Yes it is a complete step by step guide. How to evaluate markets, investment analysis for individual properties, what loans to leverage, how to put in offers, negotiate with sellers, work with agents and lenders, how to furnish the property, how to stand out from competition, how to get boosted in Airbnb search results, how to automate most of the day to day management, set up cleaners, sync calendars cross platform, book keeping template to keep track of revenue, expenses and cash flow, how to deal with damages and maintenance when necessary, etc! :) course link below:

      Hey! Did you check your junk folder? The order should have been fulfilled immediately. Should come from Stan directly and you can click download within that email for the spreadsheet. If you still don’t have it please let me know!

    @michael You mentioned having separate bank accounts for each property. Any specific recommendations on this? Which bank? Type of account? Etc.

    • @melefante6
      @melefante6  3 года назад +1

      If you set up LLCs I would have the bank account set up to match the EIN and have it be a business account. No particular suggestions which bank at this point in time

    Would you be able to share what the purchase price was on the first property you bought? I'm not sure if it was shared in any of your other videos but I'm curious to compare that price to the cash flow you're making.

    • @melefante6
      @melefante6  3 года назад

      Purchase price was $495k for the 4BR house in Nashville. It will cash flow $50k+ in 2021
