- Ingredients:
2 cups Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
3/4 cup Simple Syrup
2 tsp Dry Milk Powder
2 tsp Egg White Protein Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Ice
Instructions:
Start by preparing all your ingredients and having them ready.
In a blender, add the freshly squeezed orange juice. Make sure to use fresh orange juice for the best flavor.
Next, pour in the simple syrup. You can make a simple syrup by mixing equal parts of water and sugar, then heating it until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow it to cool before using it in the recipe.
Add the dry milk powder to the blender. This will give your Orange Julius a creamy texture.
Follow with the egg white protein powder. This ingredient will help to create a frothy and airy consistency.
Add the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor of your Orange Julius.
Finally, add the ice to the blender. The ice will help to chill and thicken the drink.
Place the lid on the blender securely.
Blend everything until the mixture is smooth and frothy. This should take about 30 seconds depending on the power of your blender.

Hell yeah! Finally someone that recognizes the need for the egg. You used to be able to buy a powdered mix in the produce area of the store that was super close but it too disappeared along with the original Julius. I can't wait to give this a try. Thank you so, so much.
