    Man... i wish i could do that, but i don't think that the sacrifices to achieve this kind of physical capabilities are worth for me.     I've watched all your Kenyan training videos and this one with great interest. It's great to see an elite marathon runner be so open.
    One question I have is nearly all your runs are progressive, this goes the against conventional wisdom of marathon training where long slow runs are the foundation of a marathon programme. Do you take more recovery after these progressive blocks and how do you avoid injury if you do alot of progressive runs?
    I've always ran slow days slow and fast days fast but still get injured from time to time.

    Luis cuál es el ritmo de minuto por km que llevabas cuando corrías con los keniatas en un día de recuperación... te escuché que el día que hacíais tiradas de recuperación corréis extremadamente lentos a qué pasó es ese. Gracias

      Thank you! Start slow and build up, easy 15-20min runs and increase the time little by little!

    Whats your max heart rate tho if youre averaging almost 180 for an easy/progressive run? :D or is your watch just not very reliable when it comes to heart rate?

    Beautiful view and great video ! What is the date of your marathon ? Will it be live-streamed? Going for sub 2:15? . . . We're all rooting for you Luis.
    Living in South Florida (3 feet above sea level here) . . .I wonder if I'm missing out on altitude training. The heat and humidity make runs longer than 30 minutes hell.
