For me, nothing is more motivating than just watching people getting it done - putting in the effort, running well. Out on my run, I carry the images of these guys and gals in my mind's eye. Thank you.
@@thegreatalyssa yes currently, he’s from Mexico City and has dual citizenship and in podcast he’s said he hasn’t ruled out the possibility to compete for his home country.
@@SDloco100 Gotcha. A friend of mine was like that. Born in Mexico City but he had an American father... And he gave up his running goals before he gave himself a real chance. Thanks.
I always wear Lone Peaks. Never though of wearing Escalante for dirt roads but I've wore the tread off my Lone Peaks which then makes them a lot like the Escalante.
Told you earlier and telling you again Frank is such monster. What an amazing video again , 48 min went so fast keep up the great work sweat elite. Cheers
This is the best running channel! Love your content!! I wish I had someone driving by handing me water bottles on my long run 🏃♀️ jealous 😆 they are flying!
dont be fooled by hill-run, it is overrated. because up is cancelled out by downward slope( gravity) where running is not putting any effort which he already put in while climbing. you can practice a km up to get used to it but cant be carried away by it. marathon is totally different cup of tea. Also track running limit is 15000 kms by olympic standards. There is no point in running any further on track unless you have problem in long running proper laid out roads which are not possible in poor developed countries! these guys ran a marathon? their timings are tremendous to say the least. And being young helps: all must be under 30 i think! And carbon plate running is bull! get a proper grip cushion shoe and get it done. Forget the mambo jumbo. the shoes are costing a fortune!

Thank you for 48 minutes of joy
Hills looked insane from the car .... definitely a bucket list run.
For someone just getting into running it’s unbelievable how fast you guys can run without drinking for such a long time. And even make it look so easy
This dude is on another level
I like that he doesn't seem to realise that holding constant pace up a big hill is speeding up!
Agree
Probably the best look at this road on RUclips gives a real sense of it's rolling nature 👍
I thought that I’ve been training hard, but the pros in these videos are insane.
Probably the coolest after workout talk ever 😎
You are absolutely killing it. Death to Flotrack
Fr tho
Wait a minute now, that's not fair! Give them 6 years to post a response video before you call it.

I’ve said it before. Frank is epic for wearing Altras.
Nice to see a good company get some promo. Altras arent for me but Its great haveing a more natural shoe(zero drop/wide toe box) represented
Can’t believe he can make Altras look fast

Frank the Tank
His real secret is being named Frank and having a mustache and nice dark short wavy hair. Frank Shorter discovered this secret back in the 1970s.
guys a beast
how does Sydney keep his glasses on his head while running??
코스가 너무 멋집니다.
포장 안된 흙길에서 달리는 러너분들 좋겠어요.

"Just a 2 mile long climb"
2 mile climb isn’t that bad, it’s just nice finishing touch 😂
Time to scratch off Frank's HM time at the start of the video and put up 60:59
There is a concerning lack of razors in this group
How tall is frank?
google says 5'3"
I hate hills lol just seeing them through the windshield on this video makes me cringe 😬 😂
syd and the other team member wearing NB fuelcell prism on mags, they always looked like a track shoe to me
He needs bigger mustache
@31:00 this guy woww.. just wanna say. he can really perform even better if he doesn't waste so much energy by moving his arms all around.
What he's doing with his arms looks weird
Frank is soo talent, but kind of ego
jokesters jajajaj
Worst form in the game but if it works it works I guess
This guy is basically the white version of Eliud Kipchoge
He's Latino tho
This what road runners consider "hilly"? Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Frank Lara is a snob why break away from the pack so early to show off? Should of stayed with the pack and be a good team
Its not a team based sport. Everyone is running with a different purpose.
