Hey luis great video i wanted to make a recommendation instead of putting the music when your talking just put no music at all and just lower down the background noise of you guys running and then talk lots of people like me love to hear running that's what differentiates sweat elite training sessions from the rest other wise great vid man keep up the good work
Hey, I totally agree with you, I would have loved to have natural audio, but it was a noisy nightmare for most of these workouts (rattling/squeaking matatus, engine revving and wind noise while on a motorcycle, and also physical distance for safety). S02 I even experimented with mic’ing up Luis for the workouts but due to placement just ended up being jacket rustling. It’s on my to do for next time to get all the raw natural audio I can. What I really need is another crew member for the audio, up until now it’s been a 1 man production. Thanks for watching!
I really feel the problem you are talking about! It's something we all have experiences more than once when giving ourself ourself option to run less. But always it appears to be a good decision to run a little less!

Do you normally give priority to gravel for long runs ? And how much of a difference regarding the pace is running on tarmac vs gravel for guys at your level ? Thank you.

Hey!! Yes I start with a gel 20 mins before I start my longrun and then one gel every 30 minutes or so.. I use Maurten! I hope this helps and good luck!
