Petty acts of revenge are always the best way to close a video. What were your end thoughts on the exile? For me it's on par with the Ringed Knight Paired Great Swords. Essentially a weapon that wouldn't be great 1v1 but in against multiple opponents it's the weapon you have to keep your eye on.
Tbh, after playing with his weapon for a week before making this video, I went into this with my end thoughts already established in the beginning. And as I was saying there, I 100% agree with your assessment.
saint_riot You guys should try dark infused Harald. 716 AR vs Exiles 744 but it's weapon art is actually fast enough to hit good reactive rolling players. Also has the longest cgs range so it's wdr1 is better. Wdr1 and weapon art gives it "decent" standing and neutral pressure. Not good, but better than exile Imho. l2,hold r2 for one chop > r1 deals 1k damage on average.
Disconnects should register as a victory for the invaders, and the disconnector should lose *2* embers. They should also be greeted by a new screen on booting the game, reading "YOU LOST", just so there is no mistaking what actually happened.
I pretty much take this game as it comes, and I can handle a scared noob disconnector. But, when salty gankers disconnect and then come right back and spam the dried fingers, I want to scream. Heads they win, tails you lose.

I don't come across many gankers who disconnect like that. I'll never understand people's fear of dying in this game though, is it a pride thing? You literally just pick your souls up and carry on. In my opinion there's more pride in dying like a warrior in the glory of combat! I laughed at your reactions to getting killed, very similar to me! Top notch invading.
It's because people just hate losing. Ganking gives the illusion that they're "good" at the game because they repeatedly win even if that winning is intentionally set up in their favor. When they lose to an invader even on a gank, it shatters the illusion of being good. That's a hard reality for people to handle.
Nyff if i had to choose i'd say hollowslayers is my favorite invasion tool, i can't tell you how many overleveld phantoms i've slaughtered in the swamp.

Exile greatsword is one of my favorite weapons for the poise, poise break, and chass down. Yet even I know it's underperformance against people who know how to duel. SO LISTEN TO NYFF
Eh, I have no problem with using CE, but my rule is: anything I do with it has to be indistinguishable from a legit PvP build. And a legit PvP build doesn't have 699 DBs and Siegbräus on it, does it?
Nyff You are limited to 1 db and 10 siegbraus per invasion. Thats 4500+ worth of HP and it effectively doubles your healing capacity. Your survivability will theoretically increase twofold. You are severely handicapping yourself by not making use of these consumables, especially in drawn out fights.

Eh, the Exile does a good enough job, and crits aren't really much of a focus of this build. Mashing R1 and doing a lot of running attacks seems to be the way to go with this weapon.

You complaining about disconnecters like "in this game invaders easy to kill, why people disconnect so often?" Exactly coz of that! :) People kill so many invaders and kill them so quickly they get some power dellusion. They think they good PvP players and cant acept a loss. If'd they understand how this game works they wolud be much more chill like "yes i cant kill him 1v1 but im good command player" or something, but they thing they "just good" overall. In PvP in general :) And yes i know this is a 3 years old video, but things same in 2020

My first run the exile was my main. I don't know if this was before the nerf, but 1v1 or not, it kicked everyone's s h i n s

Never turn your back on a fellow invader, I've learned the hard way to keep my back to a wall always if not in combat. Backstab speed is deceiving.

I usually shoot for at least 40 poise on my curved greatswords in order to tank regular greatswords and one handed ugs

yes i wouldn't use exile CS in the arena or any other curved sword , however i would use Harald Knight CS , weapon art is op as fuck !
In the end it comes down to playstyle and preference, but in an invasion, curved greatswords are some of my worst enemies
