It's a reference to Dark Souls 1. Andre was originally going to be a more central character, so they gave him more complex animation. That story was scrapped, but they didn't want to throw out a finished animation, so they kept it. Repeating that in DS3 is just fanservice, but then again, so is Andre being there at all. Fun fact: Andre was *not* the only character in DS1 with a moving mouth, the Daughter of Chaos also had a speaking animation. If you managed to get your eyes up to her face, that is.

But i'm also talking about those ppl who NEVER played a dark souls, demon souls, Bloodborne or any Dark Souls like game EVER (I once let my 100% newbie friend play DS3 and she couldn't get pass that area at all. The part that finally Broke her was when when she was stupid close to killing a crab and out of nowhere an invader put an arrow in her back which caused her to be interrupted and she got grabbed by the crab.......I've never seen her rage like that ever. After she raged, she put her head in my pillow and just cried and laughed at the same time(happens to all games at some point) after 5 minutes she wanted to play again and she beat the crystal mage)
She did pretty well for someone who was playing for their first time, then. When I first started on Dark Souls 2, I will admit I had a little bit of trouble when I first started, but after the tutorial level, I knew what I was doing. After that, it was a matter of not making stupid choices and following my instincts and judgement in the middle of combat. Once you get used to the game, it's easier and is more fun, even if it does take someone a while to get used to the game.
I swear the character creation screen is so relatable. One minute your just messing with the hair the next is your pissed because the face doesn't fit the hair you like😂

I have never seen your animations before, so when I saw the video length I was expecting some rushed hack-job shite, BUT I WAS TOTALLY WRONG! This was great! The jokes were funny and insightful, the voice acting good and you got the characters' appearences on point. Animation might have been a bit still, but it worked well, mostly because you put so many nice details and easter eggs into the scenery. Great Job!

My first souls game was dark souls three. I had my friend help me through the game. And when I mean help he did everything for me. I was too terrified to even try and kill the mobs. My friend did a lot of good things to help me out but a big negative he taught me was to hate invaders. Of course at that time I couldn’t defend myself so I was really on board on the hate train. Eventually after a year my friends stop playing any kind of souls game. So I replay dark souls three by myself and then moved over to the original dark souls, which I had difficulty because the game flowed less. But the story was amazing. I started PVP in the original dark souls. I was horrible at it but I still enjoyed it. Then I tried out dark souls two and man I have a love-hate relationship with that game. I even tried PVP but I constantly got hacked. So I never really touched the game after that. Over my years of playing I’ll found a lot of enjoyment helping other people in the form of a spirit. which then later turned into cosplay. Ever since Eldon ring came out I’ve devoted my life to this game. can’t say the PVP was really good when the game came out but it’s much more bearable now. Anyway I rambled for too long. I enjoyed the blast from the past. Every time I rewatch it there’s something else I didn’t see before. I quite enjoy that. Anyway going to move To the DLC video you made.

Well, not exactly, i'm pretty sure that sans gave him the soul of Justice, (one of the last humans that fell to the underground). Considering that 1 human soul in undetale is worth all the souls of all the Monsters in the underground combined, and knowing that in dark souls 3 a Monster soul is worth 150 souls, i think a human soul would be worth at least 25.000 souls, more than enough to afford the rings. (Ok, now being realistic. In the underground, the local currency is gold, so I believe papyrus just bought them online in the underground, for around 2000 G and then sold them for 10.000 souls in soulsbay, because he realised they were too big for his arms).

It varies from person to person, the Crystal Sage gave me more trouble than the Abyss Watchers did. It's tough, but fair, since they're melee centric enemies.

It's a reference to Dark Souls 1. Andre was originally going to be a more central character, so they gave him more complex animation. That story was scrapped, but they didn't want to throw out a finished animation, so they kept it. Repeating that in DS3 is just fanservice, but then again, so is Andre being there at all.
Fun fact: Andre was *not* the only character in DS1 with a moving mouth, the Daughter of Chaos also had a speaking animation. If you managed to get your eyes up to her face, that is.

But i'm also talking about those ppl who NEVER played a dark souls, demon souls, Bloodborne or any Dark Souls like game EVER (I once let my 100% newbie friend play DS3 and she couldn't get pass that area at all. The part that finally Broke her was when when she was stupid close to killing a crab and out of nowhere an invader put an arrow in her back which caused her to be interrupted and she got grabbed by the crab.......I've never seen her rage like that ever. After she raged, she put her head in my pillow and just cried and laughed at the same time(happens to all games at some point) after 5 minutes she wanted to play again and she beat the crystal mage)
She did pretty well for someone who was playing for their first time, then. When I first started on Dark Souls 2, I will admit I had a little bit of trouble when I first started, but after the tutorial level, I knew what I was doing. After that, it was a matter of not making stupid choices and following my instincts and judgement in the middle of combat. Once you get used to the game, it's easier and is more fun, even if it does take someone a while to get used to the game.
I swear the character creation screen is so relatable. One minute your just messing with the hair the next is your pissed because the face doesn't fit the hair you like😂

I have never seen your animations before, so when I saw the video length I was expecting some rushed hack-job shite, BUT I WAS TOTALLY WRONG! This was great! The jokes were funny and insightful, the voice acting good and you got the characters' appearences on point. Animation might have been a bit still, but it worked well, mostly because you put so many nice details and easter eggs into the scenery.

Try Yakuza. It's not the same at all but the latest one (7) in particular revived my sense of wonder due to the sheer variety and quality of all the content. Elden Ring is another obvious candidate but I'm sure you got right on that when we all did.

My first souls game was dark souls three. I had my friend help me through the game. And when I mean help he did everything for me. I was too terrified to even try and kill the mobs. My friend did a lot of good things to help me out but a big negative he taught me was to hate invaders. Of course at that time I couldn’t defend myself so I was really on board on the hate train. Eventually after a year my friends stop playing any kind of souls game. So I replay dark souls three by myself and then moved over to the original dark souls, which I had difficulty because the game flowed less. But the story was amazing. I started PVP in the original dark souls. I was horrible at it but I still enjoyed it. Then I tried out dark souls two and man I have a love-hate relationship with that game. I even tried PVP but I constantly got hacked. So I never really touched the game after that. Over my years of playing I’ll found a lot of enjoyment helping other people in the form of a spirit. which then later turned into cosplay. Ever since Eldon ring came out I’ve devoted my life to this game. can’t say the PVP was really good when the game came out but it’s much more bearable now. Anyway I rambled for too long. I enjoyed the blast from the past. Every time I rewatch it there’s something else I didn’t see before. I quite enjoy that. Anyway going to move To the DLC video you made.

Well, not exactly, i'm pretty sure that sans gave him the soul of Justice, (one of the last humans that fell to the underground). Considering that 1 human soul in undetale is worth all the souls of all the Monsters in the underground combined, and knowing that in dark souls 3 a Monster soul is worth 150 souls, i think a human soul would be worth at least 25.000 souls, more than enough to afford the rings.
(Ok, now being realistic. In the underground, the local currency is gold, so I believe papyrus just bought them online in the underground, for around 2000 G and then sold them for 10.000 souls in soulsbay, because he realised they were too big for his arms).
