    I actually broke my plateau. I mentioned in a previous post, I lost 3 lbs in 3 months. I am excited to say I lost 3 lbs this past week. I’ve been eating 1 lb of vegetables in the morning and more with each meal throughout the day and snacking on fruit. It really made a difference. Just want to say, I enjoy seeing your consistent simple meals. It reminds me to stay consistent. Meals don’t need to be new and complex. I eat oatmeal every morning but your zucchini and hash browns look really good.

      Amazing work!!! And that’s the truth! It’s easier to be consistent with simple meals :) I do love oats, and I’ve actually had them a few times recently. The potatoes are definitely my go to, but I like to switch it up to oats (with cauliflower rice!) sometimes when I want a change.

    Thank you for posting this video. 🙏💚🥦 It was very useful to see all your meals. Simple but still tasty with great variety of veggies and proteins. I have more of a sweet tooth but I find out that drinking a teaspoon of spinach powder disolved in water first in the morning helps me with cravings.
