Carpe these lugs! Those are sexy as hell. I'm just not sure I could deal with the misalignment of the day/date/month windows. My OCD couldn't handle it. I'd consider a 5227G or R instead.
No, it is not on a winder as this specific example is available for sale. As it is for sale, I did not want to scratch the white gold with pushers setting it fully.

Because there are other manufacturers out there with the same level of finishing, better specs than those mentioned above, and sometimes even priced lower. Patek has been unforgivably complacent in the recent years. Even the basic 5196 does not have a properly sized movement.
You're probably taking the piss but let me educate you anyways. The 215PS is only 21.9mm across, small for the 5196's 37mm case, which is why Patek hides it with a solid caseback. The small seconds dial being too high up is a common complaint among collectors, who yearn for something that looks more like the old Calatravas (570, 2526 etc). Have a good day.
IMO Patek equals prestige, hell look at the 5711, the plain jane and overpriced in the pre-owned market. Rap? Not prestigious IMO. Wear a PP? Now your someone, looks like it hits a broad spectrum of people and environments. PP is laughing all the way to the bank no matter the opinion. There is a reason why they are in the Trilogy.
I'll be that guy. That watch is hideous. The dial doesn't look balanced...the non centered day and months between the indices...meh. Swiss made covered...case is too thick for over complicated movement. Not feeling it at all.

Careful rubbing the watch against the table man, gold tends to be super soft. Cool video though, and a really nice watch.
