The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Moonphase 5205G-013 features a 40mm 18k white gold case surrounding a black and blue dial on a brand new black alligator strap with an 18k white gold tang buckle. Functions include hours, minutes, small-seconds, day, date, month, annual calendar, 24-hour indicator and moon phase. The watch also measures 11.6mm in thickness and 49.6mm from lug-to-lug.

Definitely my favorite Patek, beautifully executed!
I asked two local Patek AD’s about this watch- one said 3 years wait, and the other just told me they have one for me within a week! I can’t believe it. Shows it’s worth asking around. Can’t wait to own this beauty.

One of my favorite Patek models. Annual calendars are such a useful complication.
Definitely useful if it's your daily wearer. But if you collect watches and will only wear the annual calendar occasionally, you may have to adjust it at least once a month, anyway.

Beautiful! The 001 version is the only Patek I've ever lusted for and the 013 runs a close 2nd. Love the watch, love the review. ❤️

Those holes inside the lugs remind me of the skeletonization De Bethune does on their lugs. Really nice design element. It looks more refined on the Patek since it isn't as thorough.
How long is the buckle?
