Patek generally recommends using Scotch tape to affix a toothpick to the strap for convenient adjustment of the date complications. Very practical those Patek folks.

I hate that dial but I love the look of that watch in profile. Only thing is I wish it had more pusher adjusters. Should be at least twenty of them, dotted across the case randomly.
