It's good to be back. I'm happy to shoot these any time Brian is available. He's a full-time Florida resident now, and my production crew is with me in Philadelphia. Best, Tim
We're going to record these on a regular basis. Brian lives in Florida these days, but with some planning, we can record perhaps once a month. Best, Tim
Love this series guys! Patek is so good that we take them for granted. We equate all other brands to them and that isn’t a fair comparison. Love the variety. Owning a perpetual is the ultimate Patek to own. Keep up the great work guys!
Tim rules! Govberg does not know when to look at the camera or Tim. But Tim is holding court - love hearing him talk about these rareties. That 5204 is stunning!
Can anyone explain further the Perpetual calendar? So the watch would know that February only has 29 days this year which happens only 1 time every four years?
I'd love to, but I think it's too late at this point. I'm going to try to do the summer national-circuit car events and be at Monterrey car week to close the season. The first firm auto date on my calendar is the NY auto show press days March 27-28 but with more events to follow. Best, Tim
I feel the 5320G is an amazing PP perpetual reference, clean and crisp dial and an aesthetic that threads the line between dress and casual. It’s my favorite PP perpetual.
Tim holding real estate value timepieces looking like he just rolled out of bed, wearing a lime green Dan Royter. Never change, Tim.
When you’re that good you rewrite the rules on sartorial elegance in the workplace!
His lime green watch strap really bugs me lol
@@cameronmartin719 live and let lime
Y’all looking at Tim, I don’t even know what watches they’re talking about cause I’m trying to decipher that baby old man 🤷🏼
can't get enough of this series... great job.

16:15 that movement is absolutely stunning! Great chat guys!
Great to see both of you back on a show together.

@@the1916companywatchreviews That's great news, glad to hear it.
Yes! Thank you. I love Perpetually Patek
I would love to see a similar series but on Lange instead.
I do love this series as well of course ❤
“Loving Lange”. It would be great.

07:47 misaligned day window
@5:37 is also a misaligned day window
Brilliant episode, love the depth about the technicality of the watches here. Way to go Brian & Tim!
Tim, thank you for being in this world.
ONLY Tim could do this. Amazing
Thank you!
Best,
Tim
More Patek videos boys! Again nice work tim on pronouncing PahTek correctly! 2024 is the year of Patek going crazier
Wonderful episode. That 5204 is stunning!

Another great episode with a well timed focus. Can we get one explaining the reason and lineages of model numbers please? Regards
How resilient are the movements ?
Solid enough to wear daily. There's no restriction on these that wouldn't apply to a normal Calatrava or similar dress watch.
Best,
Tim
Great duo
Can anyone explain further the Perpetual calendar? So the watch would know that February only has 29 days this year which happens only 1 time every four years?
Yes it would. There's a four-year program wheel that indexes a lever, and that lever drives the calendar display system.
Best,
Tim
That misalignment on the Tuesday…. So typically Patek 😂
THUrsday also terrible
It could be starting to change at 10:00.
Great episode gents
Hi Tim, are you going to the Amelia Concourse this year? It was a pleasure meeting you there two years ago.
I'd love to, but I think it's too late at this point. I'm going to try to do the summer national-circuit car events and be at Monterrey car week to close the season. The first firm auto date on my calendar is the NY auto show press days March 27-28 but with more events to follow.

Tim, wrist check! What is that you're rocking? I like it!
Seems odd to do this and then show watches with the wrong date on them…
shame ya'll didn't set a single watch for this video!
"MY 5236P"? So you bought it, Tim? Wowzers
Well, it'll be mine *someday*.
Best,
Tim
Oh the second watch had misalignment in both the day and the pointer date. Oooffff
Fully respect the name of the show… BUT… why does Watchbox never give any love to Vacheron?? Is it because they aren’t an AD?
That, or maybe they don't sell very well I'm guessing
I really like the tonneau shaped Patek (had to look up how to spell tonneau…LOL)
5550?
Tim just sizzlin'!
All good, but how about an “Absolutely Audemars” or “Very Vacheron” companion series?
Poor Tim has just got out of bed….he has the most delightful verbal delivery…….🇬🇧
First person to mention their Casio 5600 series wins. I win.
From a pure function point of view it’s unbeatable, and with solar runs forever
My god the 5496 is beautiful
Patek masterclass
The moonphase is so underwhelming on Pateks.
5059 🙌
5059❤
Agree! What a watch! 5059 certainly has the most character with that hunter case back. Great value at the moment as well.
8:00 laugh
8:01 no laugh
perpetual calendar day = guess I'll wear a g shock
Tim rules and all that, but what's up with the shirt dude? it distracts... 🙂
He’s been wearing it for years. I actually liked seeing it again. Made me feel familiar in a weird way
Tim what shirt are you wearing?😂learn how to dress as well as you know watches!
