I have got LIbre ,the bottle with the Spots on , it was a Xmas Edition 150ml, I use it every night in bed after I had a shower and I spray it all over my body. I buy one perfume every month ,so I wear a different one every day, I have got all of Givenchy, and Lancome , but here are my favourites, Ysatis de Givenchy, Boucheron Classic,Aromatics Elixir Clinique, Tresor Lancome, Dahlia Divin de Givenchy , they are the very best, of course I have got many others, the Perfumes from Chanel I dont like at all , none of them
I never regret spraying Mon Guerlain edp in every occation or Mon Guerlain Sparkling Bouquet in the spring/ summer ❤ I allso have YSL edp (not the intence version) and it's a lovely allround petfume ❤❤

I watched one of your videos, I guess this one, and purchased a Flower Bomb Midnight, two Narciso Rodriguez for Her EDT and two Mon Guelain for my sisters and a niece as 2023 Christmas gifts, purely based on your recommendations. And I was wondering what type of feed back I was going to get. My niece who got the Flower Bomb Midnight and the two sisters that got the Narciso Rodrigues for Her EDT were so happy and praised the perfumes. The one who got the Mon Guerlain gave a thumbs up, but I knew the mistake I made. Instead of buying the Bloom of Rose EDT, I ended up buying a Mon Guerlain EDT. Final Verdict -:) : All in all your recommendations are the best and I praise you because you made me the bother/uncle who bought Excellent gifts for the sisters and niece. I am so happy to see the happiness on their faces. You made me proud. I can not thank you enough.
Narciso Rodriguez is the only fragrance I wear. I often get stopped in restaurants or while shopping by men and women asking me what I am wearing. It is so lovely and it is often overlooked. Nice to see it in your video!

I hope br540 doesn't become that popular where I live. I've heard that in Europe/USA is being worn by everybody but in Chile is not that popular. I love that fragance no matter what people say. A truly master piece.
Thanks to this video I’ve found my signature scent…Libre Intense….I tried the original but so disliked it that I wouldn’t even consider the Intense version until I saw this video…I’m going on 79 in a few months and have been a “perfumeaholic “… was hooked at first whiff…thank you!!!
I have high-end and inexpensive fragrances. My absolute fave is Chanel.19. It got too expensive, but oh my, so unique. I also love Lauder Private Collection. I'm wearing Amarige NY Guvenchy.
@@nuninuninu I'm sorry to reply so late. I wear a lot of dupes from CVS. Used to from Cato, but they discontinued their fragrances. I wear Ciara from Revlon,Ici from Revlon. There is actually a Paris Hilton fragrance I like. Avon. Rare Gold Imari and the Haiku in blue bottle. I am a fragrance addict! But at least it's a sweet-smelling addiction, lol!
I bought Aerin Amber Musk a few months ago because I love amber and musk. I ended up giving it to my niece. It didn’t smell anything like amber n musk unfortunately and perfume scent did not last on me.
Hermes scents are lovely. I ordered Jardin Sur La Nil (small size) because it sounded aromatically fascinating. I didn't like it, at all. Not even a moment of maybe. Hoping it would dry down interestingly...but it doesn't stick around. None of them do. I recommend Sur La Mediterrane or Apres La Mousson. They're not freshies but they're clean and warm and watery and unique. Love this channel though, enjoy her descriptions and fluid commentary. 💗
Thank you for your perfume recommendations. But I do have to say something about Baccarat Rouge 540. One day a few months ago I was wearing BR 540 to meet someone, and she asked me three times what I was wearing and finally asked me to write it down for her so she can remember it. I’ve worn a lot of different perfumes over the years but never had a reaction like this. BR 540 may be a popular fragrance but also depends on where you live. I live in Ohio and I have yet to smell this fragrance on anyone else.
I own both NR and Coco Noir. I wore my NR to an awards event in my white strapless dress and have gotten compliments wearing it. Didn’t see it as “professional” just more of classy black tie event wear. The same can be said for Coco Noir. I always feel classy and elegant whenever I wear them. Two of my faves! I agree it doesn’t project nor fill the room.
Yeah I agree. NR is very very carnal with all the musk, I associate it with very expensive black lingerie, very classy, but imo a bit too sexy to call a go to professional scent. I have no qualms wearing anything on any occasion as long as it doesn’t get cloying and sprayed sparingly for more professional situations if it projects strongly, but it’s more of a nighttime scent than daytime imo. It’s just very sexy. Classy, but sexy.
I buy what i like to wear. Not all fragrances smell the same on different persons. My husband buys me fragrances he likes so i wear them to please him.
I’ve been using Narciso Rodriguez for over 15 years and this is the only perfume I use at all. Nothing comes close and it’s good for every occasion. I get so many compliments from strangers and when I smell it on other people I’m almost jealous even though I’m wearing the same thing.😅
@@anithakapse4279 I have both .. the black is the eau de toilette (the one talked about here) .. and the pink is the eau de parfum. I love both but prefer the parfum (pink).
When i went shop..i was offered..not my choice...but i bought..the list: Royal touch..Sultan...Black star... Kamasutra...Silver moon.....i never used...if perfume is aromatherapy, it's useful
Great video! Many of these smell like fly spray on me, it's all about individual chemistry. Bougie (Bourgeois) means trying (too hard and the nuance is to be failing) to create a sense of wealth and upper class. It's a fairly insulting term, though people seem to throw it about to mean the opposite. Just a little FYI.
Professional: This Is Her by Zadig & Voltaire. Sexy: Musk Therapy by Initio. Freshie: Bal D'Afrique by Byredo. Easy Reach: Eau Duelle by Diptyque. Bougie: Blanche Bete by Liquid Imaginaires.
Thank you for the descriptive details on notes and occassion. I'm taking my mother fragrence shopping to find "the one". I took lots of notes and now I feel well prepared.
5 Fragrances, you gave at least 12 here! I hope that out of one of these I can get at least one compliment out of this list. I did get a compliment from the lady at the post office on my Mont Blanc PRESENCE though. But that's it, one in like 10 years! Thank you for your advice and it is nice to be able to sample before buying so thanks.
I do like the scent of YSL Libre but unfortunately it’s my mother’s signature scent so I’m just unable to use it as it reminds me too much of her. As an alternative, I’ve really been enjoying Burberry Her elixir 😊
Being a high school teacher I smell Black Opium, LVEB, Bright Crystal, Aqua di Gioia, Scandal and Victoria Secret sprays as naseum… Anyway, I really appreciate the way you describe perfumes talking both about notes and the feeling the perfumes give! And you are SO right about Baccarat! 😏
Haha is that what the kids are all wearing these days? I was actually so curious 😆 thanks for sharing! So different from the fragrances that were popular when I was in school
@@misssunnydee right. What happened to loves baby soft or pink sugar 😂😂 I can’t lie I think I’d still enjoy each of them for the nostalgia and memories alone.
Great video again, you are so right about baccarat rouge 540, there are so many perfumes that smell like it. I have cloud and burberry her. I don't need baccarat hahah
I blindly bought satin mood. And I loovvve it! It is very stronnnng. But 1 spray is all I need. It smells woody and candy like on my skin with a little bit of powder. On my hubby the powder was so strong and it smells like baby wipes on him. But I am happy this works well on my skin. Tyyy
I'll give the YSL Libre a try, but I have to say that for me the best scent ever was Origins "Spring Fever". I got compliments on that scent virtually every time I wore it. Fresh, clean citrus-y. Wore it for years. When Origins did away with it, I left Origins for good. No more Spring Fever, Origins? Well, then no more lipstick, eye shadow, blush, etc. either.
Fresh, clean citrus-y is right up my alley. Would have loved to try that. The only fragrance I’ve worn in the last 15 years all year round is Chanel chance (the green bottle). I don’t even know what the notes are, but I love it and just know it smells good. And no one EVER talks about it.
@@teeeff8337 I am not sure what champagne color would be. :-) Chance Eau Vive is lighter in color than original Chance edp and edt that are a deeper yellow and Eau Fraiche is greenish. Twilly is wonderful regardless!
Thanks to this content I just purchased these for my wife for Christmas, hope she loves the fragrances: 1. Mon Guerlain Bloom of Rose EDT 2. Ocean Di Gioia 3. Libre Intense 4. Ormonde Jayne Levant
What a brilliant video. Intelligent, discerning, sensible, and sophisticated and feminine at the same time. I’m happy to have discovered your channel. I was amazed to hear Un Jardin sur le Nil discussed - the first time I’ve heard it mentioned on a perfume RUclips. I discovered it in France and wore it for years as my daytime scent. I’m wondering, though, whether it’s been reformulated recently as it smells more unisex than it used to, or perhaps my taste has changed. For a similar clean, everyday scent, I love “Pamplelune” basically grapefruit b) by Guerlain. It’s one of their Aqua Allegoria scents. It projects pretty well, is long-lasting, and people love to be around you when you’re wearing it. In French, “pamplemousse” means pineapple and “lune” is moon, so that gives you a hint of what it smells like. I’d love you to do a review of the Guerlain Aqua Allegorias and also the Aerin perfumes. I was amazed when I received some Aerin sample by how great some of them were. I’d expected they’d be like a typical make-up line perfume, but many are gorgeous and well made - and pricey (unfortunately). Thank you again for your hard work!
Libre intense or just edp ist perfect. My favorite parfumes are: Libre ysl Si Armani Daisy love from marc jacobs La belle from jean paul goultier My way from Armani
I am soon to be 82 but looking back when I was young, my two favorite fragrances were "Je Reviens" by Worth of Paris and Alfred Sung. Sung came in a square (no curves) bottle. I like straight lines, Art Deco, no Art Nouveau. Sung seemed to fit this style. Very clean beautiful fragrance. Am I really so outdated?
I’m very boring, I have been wearing the same perfume every single day for the last few years and I’m still happy with it. It’s the tresor midnight rose by lancome. Every time I go shopping to find a new perfume, I just end up getting very confused and not liking anything.
I’m the same way! Although I don’t have a signature scent yet 😭 I go to the store and spray perfume hoping I finally find “the one “ but nothing interests me lol
I love Oud Satin Mood, I wore it for a late September wedding and it was perfect. I had several comments on how lovely I smelled - which is always nice to hear!
@@Butfirstchaii I always put fragrance on after I moisturize. I find it helps with staying power no matter the brand. I dab on my wrists, chest, behind ears, and nape of my neck and mist a few sprays in the air and walk through.
Are these regular perfumes with all the toxic ingredients? I have so many that I never use anymore. Using natural essential oils now. Interested but I need to know. Thanks!
Can never go wrong with Coco Chanel Noir. My most fav. Bvlgari Noir is another classy beautiful one too. I will try differ 1 for sure thanks to you. I'm very particular & only wear Chanel and Bvlgari
I never can use up ONE bottle of fragrance before it goes bad…I feel like with a “collection” I’d just have a couple thousand dollars worth of expired product. Your descriptions are tantalizing but I have almost a full bottle on my dresser so I must resist!
I usually buy travel sprays and 30ml, unless I'm a huuuuuuuge fan. It really helps, because that way you can diversify without breaking the bank, nor losing half a bottle. And in my case it is also necessary. I love perfume, but perfume doesn't love me. Most scents have very short longevity on me (very dry skin), and I tend to become allergic really quickly if I use the same scent over and over. Mixing it up helps. Btw, using the same perfume over and over causes "scent blindness" in loads of people. You'll stop smelling it, or just not in the same way. You are probably not bothered by it if you've been using the same one for long, but know it happens. Officially a perfume has a 36 month shelf life, but that's what the industry puts on the packaging nowadays. Just like certain makeup can be used much longer with good use and hygiene, perfume can have a much longer shelf life. A few tips that might help you, and others, in the future. 1. As said: simply buy small roll-on edt travel perfumes, or refillable travel sprays (I buy my Chanel Coco Mademoiselle in the refillable 3x20ml, so one is open in the spray and the other 2 are closed in their box in a dark drawer). 2. Very sweet scents expire faster than more spicy ones, so it seems. However, some of my sweet florals are approximately 10yrs old, so I think there must be a common denominator in the fast expiring ones, a certain note that won't hold up long. I guess a gourmand type. Haven't figured it out yet, but once you do it can possibly influence your buys. 3. Temperature control! Easier said than done in some houses. Mine is from 1924, badly isolated by the landlord and very small. This means most have to be on 360° organisers on top of my dresser - those are in line of sight of the window. BUT, the temperature in my drawers is lower, no sun will shine on them etc. I've kept a few of my favourites in a drawer for a long time - they were all OLD, from early 2012 - and only the tiny bit left from my Givenchy's Very Irresistable had perished. The other four; 2 cheapies, 2 designer, 1 niche were, ARE, all still perfect. Have recently used all of them and scent is still the same, at least I've noticed no difference and longevity is quite similar. NB. One of the open drawer perfumes has even been discontinued since the mid 2000s, so... 4. Dupes & High Street/Uncommon houses. Not everyone is a fan of buying dupes, for a variety of reasons. For arguments sake let's agree you're okay with it. Well dupes can give you the same or a similar effect as the original. Zara f.e. sells their dupes and their originals in 10ml, 30, 50, 75, 80, 90 and even 200ml sizes. Again, see point 1. But, say you still buy big and end up having to chuck one, at least the loss of money is not that heartbreaking. Plus, some dupe houses are known to be spot on, but have limited longevity. Result: you'll go through a bottle much faster and won't end up using the 'round archives' at all! 4b. Arabian Perfume houses, Polish ones, lesser known French... they exist and often offer similar quality to the French, Italian, UK, and American designer brands. They just ask a fraction of the price. Same story goes: throwing things away is always a waste of money, yes. But if you really want diversity in your perfume collection, going for a cheaper house that makes you smell expensive can be a great choice. And not just because the scent can go bad....
They all sound marvelous! Respectfully, BR540, for many, is an absolute BEAST of a fragrance! Such a masterful mix! It’s funny when it’s said that you will smell like others around you, because the scent is super popular. Has anyone whose worn it smelled it on others around them? 🤭 Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow is not promised to us. Today is NOT a dress rehearsal! Wear what YOU love, folks! REGARDLESS! 😊
@@wazzabanzook5028 right? OR the sol de janeiro ‘68 body spray. i have that and the 540 and they’re incredibly similar. the ‘68 was a blind buy and when i got it, i was like really?! that scent is being duped all over the place.
I am probably one of the few that doesn’t like BR540-at least not on me. I ordered it on the rave review of an influencer, and disliked it instantly. Smells like cotton candy to me. I learned a very expensive lesson-fragrances are very personal and different for each person, so experiencing it in person, or buying a sample size is smart. (My daughter doesn’t seem to mind the scent, so I gave it to her!)
@@LC-ie8ld I learned the hard wY too. It smelled rancid on me and I am not overly sensitive to fragrances. I was so disappointed. I took it to the office and I couldn't give it away! Absolutely NO ONE liked it! 🤷♀️
I agree with everything except Chanel Noir, smells like grandma on me (basically every Chanel perfume smells like that on me), and I would add Paco Rabanne Olympea and Olympea Intense. The most beautiful perfume of all time in my book.
I utterly love the common sense behind this video and your well-balanced uniqueness approach, being the golden mean between mainstream tastes and hoarding cat-piss smelling niche fragrances just for the sake of being unique. What you said about BR540 was the only sensible thing to say about it, despite the apparent success of it as a creation. Well earned subscription from me!
Thank you for the recommendations. Before watching this video, I only have Beautiful Magnolia EDP from Estee Lauder. I like it but I don’t love it. I want to start my collection and find this video a great guide. I went to Macys and tried Narciso Rodriguez’s For Her EDP and the EDT. I ended up buying the EDT which smells powdery on me. I love powdery smells. So far, I am loving it. My next buy will be the Mon Guerlain Bloom of Rose since it’s currently on sale online at Macys. Sadly it will be a blind buy because they didn’t have it in the store for me to try. Thanks again for the inspiration and I will definitely try more scents whenever I go in the store to try to find the scent that works for me for these different categories. Right now, just loving my NR For Her EDT and may consider as my signature scent.
The best fragrance in my opinion is Bond No.9 Dubai Jade !!!! So deliciously intoxicating!!!!!!! Just enough sweetness with a touch of freshness and warmth. Makes you feel special ❣️
Hi, I know this probably sounds silly but I love what you have to say. I thought I'd tell you that although English, I was brought up in a village near Grasse in the South of France, so within smelling distance of G & Fragonard factories. PEvery morning before school my sister & I would be in the dew of the jasmine fields helping our friends & their parents collect the beautiful, delicate, oh so fr a grant flower tips. Some flowered twice a day, so after school there we would be again as the sun was going down, before going home for supper. I would like to think that some of what I did made a teeny contribution, years later, to some of the scents you talk about so eloquently. Please keep up the lovely work you do. It is much appreciated, very useful & beautifully done. We love your channel over here in Britain, you clever, sensitive , lovely lady. Thank you.
My boujee MFK one is Amyris Femme. I wore the oud-rose combination a lot and now I'm craving something else. Baccarat's profile was done to exhaustion: you can't go anywhere without smelling it (either the real thing or some dupe). If I'm wearing red, I need Rouge Trafalgar, though.
Amyris femme is fabulous! It's on my wishlist and will probably be adding it later this year! I adore rouge Trafalgar as well, I actually find it pretty refreshing and wear my mini often 🥰
Thankfully, I live in small ass Tallahassee and have yet to smell any of my “boogie” scents on anyone. And yes, I LOVE Amati’s Femme too. ❤❤❤ Still trying to get onto the Baccarat540 but not having any luck. It’s the 720 I think that l was my most recent MFK and I adore it.
Am always looking for good perfume. I have to try NR . I love Channel noir. I have channel coco mademoissele Thanks for sharing gorgeous 🤍🫶🏼😊🌻 I loved oud Satin mood. I am not a fan of baccarat
Nice video! My picks: - Date Night is Si Intense 2021 - Work scent is Si Fiori - Freshie is Lancome Idole - Dumb reach is La Nuit Tresor EDT - Boujee acent is Kayali Vanilla Royale
I personally love libre and Valentino born in Roma intense for real perfumes... However the ONLY thing i get compliments on is when i wear OGX coffee coconut lotion with philosophy cream scent spray😂
I had Covid in December 2020 and lost my sense of smell. Now I don’t know how to go back to wearing fragrance. I not sure quite what to do. I want to keep it very light. I don’t go out much so what do you suggest?
I am so sorry to hear that. I also had Covid December 2020 and I must say my sense of smell and taste changed permanently. I really disliked patchouli before, but afterwards I found I really enjoyed it. I had tested Roberto Cavalli Florence before and really did not like it. Then my husband gave to me as a gift and I loved it. I would suggest maybe trying some perfumes you might not have liked before or found too strong and give them a chance. Best of luck
everyone loves libre but when I tried a sample it gave me a headache and I could not wear it, maybe the intense version is better than the regular? it did not mix with my body chemistry.
Hi! Just love this video! Every time you said about a less sweet perfume or spicy version instead of sweet it was a win win for me! I don't like sweet perfumes! (or at least I have a strange relationship with them, like love-hate, they quickly make me sick!) Thank you very much for the suggestions! I've already chosen my fragrances in categories fresh and boujee (at least for now! 😄): fresh - Inception (Zarkoperfume); and my boujee is Gumin (Tiziana Terenzi). Gumin makes me feel deliciously good, confident and at the same time youthful and knowledgeable about the world... I have no words to describe what I feel when I use it! For work I recently fell in love with Ginza EDP (Shiseido) which I will definitely buy again; and in the summer use and abuse of Aqua Miami (Loewe) for more than 5 years, so I think it's here to stay! But I confess that I was quite curious about the fragrance of Narciso Rodriguez for her EDT that you showed and Coco Noir. I use Narciso Rodriguez Poudrée Eau De Parfum and I like it, but recently it seems that I don't enjoy using it as much anymore!. And I won't even mention that Chanel No. 5 continues to be one of my favorite perfumes; nd Chanel Chance is also in my top 20! However, Allure gives me serious headaches, literally! Hermes Un jardin sur le Nil is already on my list of fragrances to try! 🤗 Jour d'Hermès is still one of my favorite perfumes too. But the world of perfumery is so rich and vast that I will certainly try many good perfumes! Thanks again for the knowledgeable suggestions! Continued good work!😘
I have my own set of perfumes that I can't live without, Gucci Flora Gardenia, Lancome la vie est belle, Chanel Coco Mademoiselle and Dolce & Gabbana L'Impératrice. I do use other perfumes but these are the ones I use often.
Great list! 🙂 I appreciate that you tried to include some fragrances that aren’t on the average list. But as much as I hear about BR 540 on RUclips, only once have I ever smelled it (or at least what I thought was the fragrance) on someone else.
I agree. So many comments on various perfume channels to that effect. I don’t know where these people live that they’re smelling so many folks wearing $300-400 perfumes like BR540. Not to mention comments about their new perfume scent being praised by randoms on the street. Strangers approaching me and talking about how I smelled on the street would likely get clocked.
Thank you for sharing! I agree with a lot of your choices. Mon Guerlain is one of my all-time favorites. I layer the original with the oil perfumery version and I adore it. I wanted to like Libre, it has some notes in common with Mon Guerlain but there is something in it that doesn't agree with me, unfortunately. I don't think it's the lavender, I love other strong lavender scents.
New to channel. What a beautiful, smart young woman. I would recommend her. She is competent and she is stunningly beautiful. How clever some young women are.

I'm so glad you found your signature scent!! ❤️
Thank you for this! I used to work at boots and sold quite a few perfumes in my time there but I loved the YSL libre intense again so helpful 😊
Heavy scents for fall/winter. Light fresh scents spring /summer.
I have high-end and inexpensive fragrances. My absolute fave is Chanel.19. It got too expensive, but oh my, so unique. I also love Lauder Private Collection. I'm wearing Amarige NY Guvenchy.
What are your favorite inexpensive perfumes?
@@nuninuninu I'm sorry to reply so late. I wear a lot of dupes from CVS. Used to from Cato, but they discontinued their fragrances. I wear Ciara from Revlon,Ici from Revlon. There is actually a Paris Hilton fragrance I like. Avon. Rare Gold Imari and the Haiku in blue bottle. I am a fragrance addict! But at least it's a sweet-smelling addiction, lol!
I used to like EL Private Collection but its really strong to me now. I love Elizabeth Ardens Pleasures
Private Collection is my absolute all-time favorite perfume ever!!! I've been wearing since I was 15 in 1977~❤️
One of my favourites but only the eau de toilette.
Not sure how I found Sandra Bullock’s RUclips channel but I’m here for it!❤
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂😂
Thank you for your perfume recommendations. But I do have to say something about Baccarat Rouge 540. One day a few months ago I was wearing BR 540 to meet someone, and she asked me three times what I was wearing and finally asked me to write it down for her so she can remember it. I’ve worn a lot of different perfumes over the years but never had a reaction like this. BR 540 may be a popular fragrance but also depends on where you live. I live in Ohio and I have yet to smell this fragrance on anyone else.
MFK 540 is one of my staples, as well as Oud satin mood.
How about your daily perfume? Please recommend me the fragrances that gets compliment.
@@accesstotheredcarpet woww thank you for your answer. It helps me a lot.
i love chanel coco but the ones from a decade ago is better than the new ones. they changed the formula 😢
Hi are you a scorpio??
Noted: will stay far away. 🤢

Which one from narciso light pink or black
Wear the same for 20yrs. I have been stopped and asked so many times what im wearing. Lancomè Poemè
dawnpettet5280, Poeme I have got, too ,its nice, but I like Tresor even better
Poeme is an "oldie." It was one of my favorites back in the day. Do they still make it?
I'm waiting for my own Libre Intense :) I love this scent!
Oh perfect. I own libre intense and midnight flowerbomb. Great choices 💜
You're killing it! 😉 🔥
I hope that out of one
of these I can get at least one compliment out of this list. I
did get a compliment from the lady at the post office on my

before buying so thanks.

The kids these days obviously have a different budget than I had back then, sheesh! Not to mention the maturity I'm reading there. Little scary tbh.

My easy reach and signature scent is Valentino Donna born in Roma
I blindly bought satin mood. And I loovvve it! It is very stronnnng. But 1 spray is all I need. It smells woody and candy like on my skin with a little bit of powder. On my hubby the powder was so strong and it smells like baby wipes on him. But I am happy this works well on my skin. Tyyy
I love the fact that you are steering us regarding the over-hyped FRAGRANCES. I do not want to Smell like anyone else...❤❤❤❤ 🎉 Yeah love it.
Well, then no more lipstick, eye shadow, blush, etc. either.
There is a difference between the normal one and intense. Intense one is Sooo nice. The Normal one is rubbish
I loooved Spring Fever! So many people complimented me on that one at the time!
Just bought YSL Libre last night. My new favorite. 😍
I love how u describe the perfumes
Thank you!
Thanks to this content I just purchased these for my wife for Christmas, hope she loves the fragrances:
1. Mon Guerlain Bloom of Rose EDT
2. Ocean Di Gioia

My favorite parfumes are:
Libre ysl
Si Armani
Daisy love from marc jacobs
La belle from jean paul goultier
My way from Armani
I am soon to be 82 but looking back when I was young, my two favorite fragrances were "Je Reviens" by Worth of Paris and Alfred Sung. Sung came in a square (no curves) bottle. I like straight lines, Art Deco, no Art Nouveau. Sung
seemed to fit this style. Very clean beautiful fragrance. Am I really so outdated?
I don't believe in "outdated", I think everyone should wear what resonates with them and feels special
I'll have to check those fragrances out!
I wear very few perfumes. Chanel 19, guerlain chamade, vol de nuit, samara. I do love the guerlainade.
Samsara is not the same as it once was. I wore it in my 20s(90s) and it's not the same anymore. 😪
I wear a different one every day bacause if I use one to often I dont smell it any more after 10 minutes
I love Oud Satin Mood, I wore it for a late September wedding and it was perfect. I had several comments on how lovely I smelled - which is always nice to hear!
I put it on and i didn't get any compliments lol perfume just doesn't last on me I guess yet I've heard people say they do! How do you apply it?!
@@Butfirstchaii I always put fragrance on after I moisturize. I find it helps with staying power no matter the brand. I dab on my wrists, chest, behind ears, and nape of my neck and mist a few sprays in the air and walk through.

I love Coco Noir and Flowerbomb but lately have been using Jo Malone perfumes…they are beautiful.
Jo Malone makes beautiful scents that disappear in an hour...😤for their prices, they ought to be lasting6-8 hours, not one...one if you're lucky!
Bvlgari has amazing fragrances as well! Super under rated
True. I love their Goldea (the one in the yellow / gold bottle). Think it’s been discontinued so I use it more sparingly now.
Everything you said about Mon Guerlain, is true to me about Eau Tendre.
I never can use up ONE bottle of fragrance before it goes bad…I feel like with a “collection” I’d just have a couple thousand dollars worth of expired product. Your descriptions are tantalizing but I have almost a full bottle on my dresser so I must resist!
minis are the way to go!!
I love Flowerbomb Midnight! It's definitely one of my most complemented fragrances
You're a fantastic reviewer!
My to-try just keeps getting more and more lengthy.

REGARDLESS! 😊
lol when you smell it on others you are most likely smelling Cloud by Ariana Grande.

I am probably one of the few that doesn’t like BR540-at least not on me. I ordered it on the rave review of an influencer, and disliked it instantly. Smells like cotton candy to me. Miss Dior, mon Guerlain and Jardin des merveilles are my three must have, and for a more powdery smell Chance by Chanel. Hi from France 🇫🇷
Thank you so much! ❤️

Thank you.
Thank you so much ❤️ that means a lot to me! 🤗

I really love the Mon Guerlain Bloom of Rose EDP I'll have to try the EDT
everyone loves libre but when I tried a sample it gave me a headache and I could not wear it, maybe the intense version is better than the regular? it did not mix with my body chemistry.
Fleur Narcotique reminds me of Dewberry from Body Shop. But FN is more sublte and sophisticated. Smells so good🥰
Hi! Just love this video!
Every time you said about a less sweet perfume or spicy version instead of sweet it was a win win for me! I don't like sweet perfumes! (or at least I have a strange relationship with them, like love-hate, they quickly make me sick!)
Thank you very much for the suggestions!
These are all wonderful, but I just found Danse Etoile from Grace de Monaco and this is a GORGEOUS fragrance…
I will be sure to check it out! 🥰
Another great lavender scent I'd recommend is Lavande in Love from Bastide. It's airy and really pleasant 🥰
