Correction! Z Wide Brush IS standard on newer colors, I was mistaken. I thought I had read in promotional emails that the Z Wide was standard in the newer shades, but the website shows a check box under “add to cart” that adds a brush for $.50 which confused me. This seems to be an ADDITIONAL brush. My PR has been coming with the Z Wide brush since they introduced it so that’s no indicator for me.
I actually went back and re-recorded the voiceover to correct myself when I was actually right the first time 🤦🏼♀️
I’m too scatterbrained for this “job”.
Whenever I see a collection with two almost identical polishes, I imagine it was made by someone like me who couldn’t make a decision, tried to develop both versions until they had a clear winner…but never could decide.
As much as I loved the glitter polishes from this collection I only wore them a few times. I forgot how much I hate taking glitter polish off!

I wish Zoya would offer their polishes with either brush. They say the poll came out 50/50 between the two, so don’t upcharge us for the wider brush.

Wonderful video Jess, you pulled out pretty much all the same polishes that I did for comparisons lol, isn’t Inez stunning! The pink is soo bright, I’m amazed Zoya hasn’t done the colour before now, I was sure I’d have something close in my collection but nope 700+ Zoya and nadda. Vixen stamps and that really shows up the red base. I think I pulled out Precious & one other for comparing to bisoux.

It seems like the z-wide is standard with the new polishes.
I have a feeling it’s too hard/not cost effective with the amount of time and manpower to go back and replace the brushes in bottles of polish that have already been capped with the skinny brush.

I definitely get what you’re saying, Zoya keeps a lot of their colors in stock so I’m sure they have a huge amount of older bottles. I’m sure they’ll slowly work their way to the wide brush being standard on older colors as well, but it’s going to take longer due to how rarely they discontinue colors. That being said, it still feels like it took FOREVER just to get to this point lol
