Yes Leviathan is for speed and Behemoth is for airtime. It would be quite boring to ride ten coaster who all focus on airtime at the same park. You need a variety.
That first drop is just insane!!! I've been on Nitro before at Great Adventure, but this one has a steeper angle of descent and about the same height. Must be a ton of fun!
i was there the first year it was opened and ill tell you even waiting in line for this one is scary. youre looking up at this huge beast of a rollercoaster and it really is intimidating, and hearing people scream like theyre gonna die, great work guys.
Thank God for living in Toronto :D, the best is riding this, front seat, at night, everything is lit up and you feel amazing. The seats put you way above the track to get the soaring feeling. Put your hands up and g-force will get your butt off the seat on the incredible first drop and on all of the camelbacks. Finally, Canada has a roller coaster to be proud of. Now I just cant wait for Leviathan :D.
i rode this a couple days ago with my cousin and his friend. i went on it 3 times in a row. I LOVED IT! on the way up to the first drop, i was like "I WANNA GET OFF"! then, i looked down and i was like that's it. i'm done! then when it was over, my cousin was like, "Nick, YOU DID IT"! i was screaming in joy and i am riding that ride next wonderland season every day!
I'm going for a field trip tomorrow to wonderland...first time ever going to wonderland...I'm checking videos out because I don't want to be sacred shitless when I go on rides like this for the first time XD
i did this ride with my son last halloween...scared the crap out of me...my son was scared for me...i think my days of rollercoasters has come to an end......lol!
Yuhao Huang i suggest starting from the smallest coasters, and slowly move onto the bigger ones, starting off on big ones is how most people include some of my friends got forever fear of roller coasters

I LOVE this ride, it's VERY SCARY because of the not very reassuring seat restraint. I went on LEVIATHAN too & after the first drop, it's not very scary. In conclusion, I like Behemoth more!

I just had to run to the toilet to be sick... (I've got a phobia of theme park rides)... I HAIL YOU!! The only rides I ever go on are the baby ones in Peppa Pig World... And I'm 21 :L ... Well done for not even screaming ;)

@PoisonedParty it's unlikley because it's really secure and comfortable =] and also REALLY fun. I heard it's the safest ride in canada's wonderland .. but i might be wrong xD, don't worry about it.
The gforce going over the top of the hills makes me feel like Im gunna get thrown out of my seat and across the park... :( Especially when I had troubles with my locking thing for my 1st time riding it. Thought i was 100% gunna die. xD
@SGarv04 I disagree. Similar to Diamondback and Intimidator yes (technically Diamondback is like Behemoth, as its newer), but it does not compare to the other coasters you mentioned. Behemoth uses the open seating car with the 2 x 2 staggered arrangement, thus making it soo much better than Apollos Chariot or Nitro.
That first drop looks like an absolute killer!

yeah, they take pictures of the passengers on the ride and you can buy them later when you get off, its optional.
