I went on this for the first time recently and it was actually pretty fun. The first drop is the worst part but after that it is extremely fun

I went on this ride, and im afraid of heights (I like to push myself to try and overcome my fears). That first drop sucked my nuts up into my stomach.....lolol. Really smooth ride overall though! 8.5/10
I rode this yesterday. Oh my God it's definitely my favorite ride in the park. I rode it front row with my friend 4 times. I could easily go to Six Flags, and ride this all day. It was amazing.
try the back, and raise your arms on the first big drop. you'll literally almost fly out of your seat.

honestly raging bull was not as bad as i thought it would be. mainly because it is so smooth. i think the wooden one goliath is so much scarier

I've been to six flags countless times (still scared because I don't like the sensation of falling) but yesterday I went on this ride at night and it's so pretty and awesome

This is truly the best B&M coaster I've ever ridden. I rode it when it was brand new and 18 years later, it's still the best coaster at Six Flags Great America. It's THAT good! My daughter rode it for the first time this week and she thought it was even better than the new Mako at Sea World Orlando. Raging Bull is the perfect mix of hyper coaster with airtime along with twists and turns that make it so fun. It's really an amazing creation by B&M....and the long lines for the ride (nearly two decades later) prove it.
Just rode this for my first time yesterday, and I always been scared of roller coasters my whole life. I just kept telling my self I can do this and sure enough I did it and found my self back in line again it was great!
Right before I drop I say “WELP!! THERE IS NO GOING” and when it drops I scream “BBBAAACCCKKK” and I do that on every roller costar!!

Don't be scared man, once you're at it's peak, you'll be feeling the adrenaline coursing through you. I went my first time when I was your age, and it's been my favorite ride since. Trust me, you'll be dying to go on it again once you've experienced it.

I absolutely love this ride. It is so smooth and the tallest ride in the park. I live very close to this theme park and go there all the time.
I just want to say, if you are scared to go on this don’t be. It looks terrifying but it is sooo fun. I used to hate roller coasters but this is my favorite ride at the park now.
Dude I normally hate heights and rollercoasters but I thought this was gonna be scary but this one was absolutely fun!! Besides only having the small "seat cover" to hang onto besides a traditional handlebars, this one was absolutely a blast! I was there yesterday and in front row row so I got right into the action! I can't wait to go back!!

By far the BEST rollercoaster at Six Flags: Great America. We went one random Tuesday, and we rode this ride like 7 times in a row. Didn't even have to leave the coaster as there wasn't a line. Such an amazing and smooth coaster!

Literally yes its one of the most funnest seats and the back row to the back you feel like you go faster because u are being pulled by everything In front of you so it's super fun and the front is more of and thrill both are the best the middle is If your scared or nervous that why the the lines are so long for the front and back row
I rode the 3rd row first. I was even doubting myself to go on it then! But after you ride rows 2-9, then you'll really want to ride front row because you can really see where you're going in those rows because the seats are tall! But really fun!
No the back is way better on this ride if you like fast and long drops

I got to speak with SFGAm's park president yesterday. I ran into him while walking to X-Flight. I asked him why there is an unnecessary trim break on the first airtime hill of Raging Bull, and he told me that it's just how B&M designed the coaster. He said it needs to be there in order to keep riders safe and have the coaster run smoothly. He also said it has something to do with the coaster's engineering and physics. Well folks, now yiu have the answer. So now, PLEASE stop ranting about the trim brake on Raging Bull(I used to rant too).
If the brake wasn't there, riders would be slamming into the clam shell lap bar.

The Coaster Army Titan at six flags over Texas has a faster one of those airtime hills and no brakes, that’s strange I used giovanola didn’t care about safety 😂😂
what an awesome ride. this ride made the third best 1st impression on me. M.Force being first and Top Thrill Dragster second. I really loved this. The first time i rode, the drop did something to my stomach that made me cross my eyes. Awesome.

i went on this like 5 times almost 15yrs ago, this was the best ride there, I haven't been to six flags in years because I stay less than 2hrs from Cedar Point. i just didnt feel the drops on six flags coasters except this one.

You all are wrong ok goliath is the tallest fastest and steepest WOODEN roller coaster raging bull is taller at 208 feet goliath is 180 feet raging bull is 73 mph goliath is 72 mph goliath is at a 85 degree angle and raging bull is a 65 degree angle but goliath is so short and nothing compared to raging bull raging bull is and always will be a better ride
Guys I have gone in both and golaith is better that raging bull. When u go upside down it is mind boggling. Even though the bull is faster and taller golaith is just so fun

When we were going up I almost started to cry because this was my first time riding rollercoasters except for 2 rides at disney world. I wanted to get off but once we went down that big drop, it felt great! That huge drop was not as bad as I imagined, so don't let it intimidate you when you see it. You'll want to ride it again.

Sarah Brown Same thing for me, I went on a fairly small roller coaster when I was young, and I was terrified. But then I went to Six Flags with a friend, first we went on American Eagle and then he's like "Okay, Raging Bull time" I almost crapped my pants while in line I was so terrified, but once it was over I loved it
It's always going up the hill for me, but what roller coaster doesn't have a intense hill. The rest of the ride is Soo fun and smooth my favorite ride here!
I swear, Waiting in line, getting ready for the drop to start, and going up are the scariest parts 😂

Being a Chicagoan, I go here often and I've ridden this ride multiple times and with no regret. It is awesome. Check out the new x flight! It's just as good. And if you can't make it here or don't wanna ride a coaster then ride the sea dog extreme thrill road at navy pier. Best boat ride ever.

i love this ride soooo much!!! i was so happy that one day i whent and i got the first ride and front row it was soooo sweet!!! it was the best day of my summer and not alot of people went that day and it was the middle of the summer!

This coaster is amazingly smooth. I myself think that if you can stabilize your camera that much, than this coaster is a great, smooth enjoyable roller coaster anyone can ride. P.S, I like your videos, you do good with the camera as well.
Yesterday I went and really wanted to go on it. I had been on American Eagle, Superman, and those were really the scariest ones I'd done. I think what really helped me is that I kind of progressed through the scary rides until I was brave enough to do this one.
It's really fun. You definitely don't want to miss out.

Its soo much fun!! Intense but thats the best part of it!! I mean it doesnt go slow going up and warning: there is a camera that takes a picture of you.. well ive been on this ride thousands of times so i know and i smile at the camera

This was my first rollercoaster and still one of my favorites
my bro went to Kings Dominion and rode Intimidator-305 before they put the trims on the drop so it still went 92 miles per hour. He still thinks nothing compares to this. B&M sure as hell knew what they were doing when they drew up this!!

just do it! You will love it. Start off on some of the smaller coasters like the Whizzer and Viper, and then work your way up.
I've ridden this ride so many times that i lost count. It is definately a must-ride if you ever go to SFGA.

I said the same thing on another video from the front row. The back on this monster is the way to go because you get dragged/whipped over that first hill. Kepp your legs and arms up and it only adds to the excitment.
