I really like the content of your channel, the truth is that the yoga videos are quite dynamic and help me to do the exercises and relax. Keep up the good work! I would like to know if in future videos you could do a review on environments and spaces recommended for practicing yoga, including the clothing or footwear you recommend for comfort. Speaking of footwear, in this video I noticed that you have the same pair of olukai flip flops that I have. What is your experience with these flip flops? I really like to wear sandals and flip flops, and I find the olukai and reef flip flops super comfortable.
    Thank you so much!

James, this sequence looks gentle enough in that it is done at a slow pace. With both the twisting and the rounding, would this be appropriate for Osteoporosis? Thank you!

Wonderful! Yes, it could definitely offer more spine mobility and flexiblity over time. Especially if you go slow and perhaps explore with less range of motion, with pauses inbetween. Here is a link to other tips and guidelines. James www.gentlesomaticyoga.com/tips-and-guidelines-for-somatic-yoga/

Nicely explained. :) Are your legs staying relatively still with all this or are you allowing the legs to move with this sequence? Just curious. i've also been exploring this with sitting at different heights. I noticed that you are a bit low here. Any particular height that you prefer with this sequence?

Hi! Great question and observation. First, yes, the legs are encouraged to move as you turn. Exploring at different heights sounds great. Honestly, this was the closest chair to where we were filming. So, no, the height was not part of my choice. That being said, it's fun to explore all options as long as one feels safe, going slow, and not pushing past pain or strain. New information to the brain, discovered through different body shapes is encouraged. :) James
