Here are the ingredients:
Chicken fillets (here I used thigh)
salt and pepper
Jar of sundried tomatoes
Oil from the sundried tomatoes
Garlic
Onion
Juice of 1 lemon
500 grams of Cooking Cream
garnish with parsley
