INGREDIENTS for a dough for two people
- 150g flour 5 oz
- 80-90 ml of water 2,7-3 fl. Oz
- 5g, 0,17 oz fresh yeast or 2g, 0,02 dry
- a tablespoon of olive oil
- A pinch of salt

I would suggest cooking the dough for a bit first (about 15 minutes). Then flip it, add your toppings, and cook until it's done! Then the dough won't be as soggy!

Just tested this one out and works like a charm! Little hard to find a good setting for it on an electric stove, but if you spend some time adjusting its ok.
