@@andreasmoller9798the games resolution is 4K regardless of whether or not your TV/monitor is 4K. PS5 just loads faster, has better LOD and draw distance with a bump in texture clarity. Other than that, GT Sport and 7 look amazing for PS4, or at least for me because I have the Pro

They wanted to start over with motorsports and it looks like something you'd buy from the android play store.

Well i can hardly wait for FM in October. All i play now is GT7, FM7, and FH5 and a little ACC. Saves me from a lot of game purchases LOL plenty content to keep me busy
Forza is good and all but playing Gran Turismo is a whole new game, better physics, realism, now granted FM7 came out in 2017 and still great to this day, can’t wait till the new one comes out in spring of 2023
@ROSEsimRACING they never do but they feel choppy af like in 5-6 they feel a little too stiff, in 7, it’s a but better, and gran turismo always went for a smooth feel and make it as much as a realistic but still an arcade as possible

You stopped only at the ACC videos, Go and check also my motorcycle Videos, those are the roads I ride and Drive in, I live in the Alps, and those roads are in a All seasons environment, with any kind of conditions, I had, I REPEAT, I had FWD And RWD cars, had fun with them in my Stupid periods, and all had drive upgrades, didn't drive on a closed track with asphalt, apart Go karting, but did some drives on a Ice track. I never felt the need of a Track day even if very attracted. I think the only one here without experience is you, just because you take a car in a closed road makes you a Guru about cars.

GT7 have some cool details, like installing some upgrades in your car change how it sounds, and doing engine swap it change completely the sound of the car. Today GT7 is a cool game, unfortunally how it is now is how should have been released. Almost a year to fix a lot of stuff... But they did it.
Yeah 100% agree. There’s unfortunately still way too many cars not in the game. For example, there not one 90’s American car and only one 80’s American car. And 3 new cars per month means it’ll take more than a decade to get as many cars that are in gt5 and 6. They’re being way too conservative with the new cars, should be 10 cars per month.
I still go back and play forza 7 it’s a great game, but don’t get me wrong gt7 my main racer right now. I really hope forza for series x comes soon I absolutely can’t wait any longer
I’m not familiar with the Forza games, but I will say, Forza’s sound is just exhaust noise, whereas GT7’s sounds more realistic and atmospheric(?), taking into account other aspects like tire squeal and grip loss

It's funny that in both games the car sounds fake AF, it's a V12 powerhouse revving to almost 9k rpm. In game it's sound like a V6 being molested at 6k.
Haven't played gt7 but even gt6 felt like it had better physics. Have you driven the Porsche 911 in fm7, its like driving with blown struts. Games physics are very dodgy.

FM7 only needed more FFB power. Alot complain on this title because it won't give the possibility to drive on grass, cutting corners and have the same grip on all tires, cold or Hot. GT7 is for the spoiled, FM is for those that what results from their knowledge.

In all honesty, FM7's better. You've got an outside, rear camera, you don't have that "capsule" noise around. That's what the interior camera should have, but not the rest of the cameras. GT7's sound is better, but it has that capsule style which makes no sense at all, unless they just use one sound for all the cameras and excuse it with saying "You hear what the driver hears, the camera is irrelevant to sound" which would be fine, but quite disorienting when racing and such.

Neither has correct sound - FM7 is like missing a few tones, and GT7 seems like have combined the exterior sound together with interior sound - its too much bass

i agree that FM7 lacks the deeper lying frequencies and sounds somewhat like a tin can.. but there is 5 years apart between these games and therefore you can't really compare it. the Forza Motorsport sound Mastering techniques have been improved over the years and if you where to compare FM8 sounds with GT7, you'd pick FM8 so stop lying to your own face.
Dude Forza was never a good oponent for GT. GT is a driving simulator, Forza is Just another car game which is only designed for Fun. Physics, specs of the cars, improvements you make to your car, precision of the tracks, thats the focus on GT. And Forza can never beat that, GT is pushing and improving since PS1. The amount of details you can change on a car, besides How It looks, Forza can never beat that. I think the game producers also didnt want It in Forza, once some players were disappointed for GT being a difficult game, they matched graphics and stuff but they didnt want to stay as close as GT is from real world physics and car configs.
I just can't get passed the thought that Forza looks and feels like you're driving a boat. Turn it into a watersport racing game and I "might" just be interested in buying it. But probably not. GT's still my go to racing sim.

GT7 looks great, but I can't stand the static camera angle they've always had.
To me Forza's better in most aspects like car model and sound but sony's lighting is amazing. Next level in the lighting and sky. Both great games.
