That Cadillac switching from full electric to Hybrid with engine. *Chef's Kiss* 👌
Agree its perfect
IF........its like that ingame...
Yeah, but the sound is completely shit

This genuinely looks incredible! I really hope the sim aspect lives up to it 🤞
Never. Its Forza. Never will be a sim. Just a car game for people who Like cars and some racing action. You allready See in the Video its once more a simcade Like the Games before
@@sebastianberger746 its ok to be wrong, Horizon is always arcade but Motorsport has always leaned into sim better than most.
@@PhsykoOmenRUclipsrs with early access to the game have already said that the game feels like the previous games which isn't bad but very thoroughly in the simcade area.
@@sebastianberger746 I know the history of Forza . But they’ve continuously advocated that this game will take a leap in terms of sim . With the 8 point contact which is iracing numbers . And even went on to say some of their devs tuned their personal cars with game data in their monthly Forza videos . Ik not to hope much but ..
@@vinitha2679 I think it wont BE a Bad Game. IT will be looking good and the quality will be fine but i doubt it will be a sim. Thats not what they want to create and with all the Tuning and so many Cars its more or less Impossible to make a serious simulation. To do that they would need to change the whole Game and reduce the content.
Been playing since Motorsports 3 and I am BEYOND excited for this game! Fav track is Maple Valley.
Me since Motorsport 1.... cant wait

I think the graphics would be better if they didn't put this washed out filter over it. I mean look at how "green" the green grass is...

Hakone looks incredible. I like the previews and info drop we got today. I just hope the post launch stuff is good and content filled.
I just wish it had one hard braking zone so it looked more like a real Grade 1 circuit, definite step in the right direction with their original tracks compared to the city tracks from previous games
Só espero que ele seja guiavel,
Estou ansioso ara jogar.
I know it’s a fictional course but I was expecting them to incorporate the elevation changes around lake Ashi or much windier turns. If you’re gonna make it up, why not make it fun? Feels like a generic/bland real life course like Abu Dhabi…
They really went all out with the sound and I’m here for it. Eargasm the game.
That and the physics are what really draws me in. I hope the graphics look amazing on my 4k TV but I have been wanting a audio upgrade more.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Idk, not that great in all honesty.
@Maverick9k agreed the car sounds are very mediocre imo, still looks like a slippery mess.
literally what. sounds like the last 4 games. doesn’t even seem like a “next gen” experience
I will play starfield till this game releases

classic forza moment, starting the game with brand new cars instead of cheap slow cars.
the LMPs might be more spot on than iRacing, the cut gears with the whine for the cockpit view might be the only thing it’s missing

For me it's all about those little details that differ a good game from a great game
If that wheel doesn’t turn fully I’m not copping this 🤣🤣🤣
You ever notice that the rear-view mirrors, when outside the car, always show the left on the right and vice versa... you can tell when the car gets close to the rumble strip.

Is that supposed to be something new?

They NAILED the sound.
Can't wait to see Road America in the game, it's my favorite track.
why the colors is so faded? it looks like gta 4
Looks great, but hope the steering wheels compatibility will are more realistics and improved in comparison of previous FM's.
Yes! That and we need ajustable cockpit camera! A lot of cars on previous games had too close to the stearing wheel, too high up etc etc
Remove the grey filter please
that sounds is incredible, hats off to that team
My biggest issue is the lack of tracks with only 20 tracks at release when FM7 launched with 33, GT7 launched with over 30 & even they felt repetitive quite often. With no info on how many or how often post-launch tracks will come it does have me worried & i won't be rushing to get this.
It's all well & good having almost 500 cars but kind of lame not having a substantial amount of tracks to use them on.
Exactly my thought, who the hell needs 500 cars. 150 would be plenty already, all major series could be very well represented. Then all you need is tracks
Worst thing about Forza is that it’s so repetitive. Very few tracks.
I guess that's the issue with a completely revamped physics system, they said they had to redo every track in the game to make it work, so rescanning etc. They've mentioned there will be tracks added post launch, lets just hope they are plentiful and we don't have to wait a long time, or even worse make it DLC.
@@JK_360_it’s not a completely revamped system. That is a purely marketing slogan that has been shown to be straight up false. 20 tracks is going to make this game wayyy too repetitive. I know because Forza 5 went through the same thing. I’m not touching this game till it’s half off and I see some new tracks coming in.
@@MrJayson204 how has it been shown to be false?
I'm not saying it won't be repetitive at times, it will be. Doesn't mean I can't enjoy the game.
Only 20 (TWENTY!) tracks, rest will be in the form of extra DLC.
And you people are happy with this... What a sad picture of today gamers.
Damn! It's looking more and more like a simcade. I hope I'm wrong. All I (we?) want is realistic handling. Seems a lot to ask - you'd think that by now Turn10 would be able to deliver on that front. Even if they get it to the AMS2 or PC2 level in terms of handling and physics then they would capture not only the simcade market but also the sim racing market which is bigger than perhaps they realise. Oh and if by some miracle they created a game with handling and physics that compares to iracing then the universe would implode; iRacing would be forced to update their 2002 graphics and the villagers would rejoice. If only.
I hope the replay cameras became a lot better!!! I wished that more cockpit views would be featured in this video, mainly outside camera (no real sim racer would choose this perspective).
+1 to better replay cameras
I'm hoping for better replay cameras and race info. Replays retaining race info would be absolute!
If you told me this was Forza Motorsport 7 I would have believed you to.
Maybe consider adding in negative scoring system for the car level system when the player makes contact w/ another car, or 3 wheels off, ect. Only adding points, regardless of bad overtakes or not, only reinforces the bad driving.
There has the punish system for bad driving and some types of car racing the contact is a ok
They do have driver rating and safety levels for MP where it matters. IMO having a negative system for levels in career mode against AI is not a big deal as you're up against AI at the end of the day. If you want to be aggressive against the AI that's your prerogative.
Something a bit like F1 23.
If they made all the changes they said they did, there's no way he's driving from last to 1st in 4 laps and catching the leader like he's standing still. No chance
Gameplay easy mode :v
Struggle to see what they've been doing for the past 6 years. Same low res car models, same dull audio, same dumb AI. At least the environment looks a little more filled out.
The scenes from 12:25 and from 13:04 are very realistic, the lighting is incredible.
I was a little concerned about the car level grind but it looks like the levels come quick as long as you don't drive like a wally.
The crunchy impact sounds are gold.
Very nice! Any game that allows you to start off with an FK8 Honda Civic Type R has my attention. Looking good Forza. Looking good. BTW that blow off sound on the turbo is on point! Also, that drifting in the Type R was a nice touch!
True
Looks amazing a bit concerned about practice is always going to be required cause I feel we’ll get bored after awhile
you can skip it, pretty sure they said in the last stream thingy.
Can't wait to try this game out!
So glad to see they are keeping the Multi-Class single races in Forza!
Yes the environment is impressive... but apart from that it doesn't really look incredible... looks really plain but that might just be weird brightness settings... but there are so many small imperfections that add up... like the backfire's light going through the car and onto the ground...
I think it looks awful, like if they turned the saturation all the way down
Everything (car models asside) looks pretty good but the post processing is definitely very desaturated. Nothing some reshade can't fix, and it might be a lot better in HDR
You'd be hard pressed to find a game where backfires cast shadows that detailed anyway, it's not a forza specific issue. A lot of racers dont even cast headlight shadows.
@@existentialselkath1264automobilista 2 has it 😅
@@existentialselkath1264yes HDR is not well displayed on RUclips.
@@raskolnikov6443 this isn't a HDR video being poorly displayed. I just mean that when the game IS set to hdr, it might look more contrasty. It should ideally not matter if the sdr color correction was well done
You never want to coast thru a turn like the narrarator says. The goal of any race is you're either on the gas or on the brake.😊
Disagree. You want to get off the brakes before you hit the actual corner entry and coast through and then open the exit and get back on the gas. Stay on the brakes and you are more likely to slide or be unable to turn the car, too much throttle and you are going to have massive understeer
@TheGamingAce231 you can disagree all day but the goal of racing is to never coast. You're either slowing down with the brake or accelerating with the gas. Any race school teaches this. Although it's easier said than done.
@@johnc3399you play with RC cars. Some of us actually race like me. You want to always coast through the corners and use slight throttle if needed. Until you hop in a true track car I would suggest educating yourself on track racing before commenting. Just a suggestion. It’s more than just gas and braking lol
@Porsche4life I found the keyboard warrior.
My new puppy is named Maple. I love maple trees. I think I found my favorite track!
That was satisfying to watch. I am now eagerly going to wait to play this game!
I think I expected more from the graphics but it's slowly growing on me, I know they now have a 360 degree steering angle and the sounds are really good so far, many people think it took 6 years although they didn't count that the team will be busy for FM7 after its release for a year at least and not to mention covid I believe all this didn't make them a solid 6 years of development I think its more like 4 years like horizon 5 for example which took 3, as consumers we'll never know how much effort will be put into these environments and physics models ofc it'll take them time although I want them to still be better I hope they remove these outdated car models
They don't it's still 90 degree

@@QuadThumbs Yeah same here. Racing sims need to by played in first person view. Hope they're going to show it off some more before release.
Exactly! I came for this and I didn't saw nothing. They advertise FM as a sim racing and all gameplay footage were using the behind car camera like FH, go figure...
@@felipegrijo5803 yeah, it's seems like they're trying to get the more casual crowd hyped for it. Hope they didn't mess up the gameplay by making it too arcady.
Right? But unfortunately the main crowd aren't simracers i guess... But hopefully they give us some ajustability on the cockpit cam as well!
Looks great and can't wait for it, but it would have been great to have more footages with the onboard camera.
Turn 10 added pit stop with pit crew , fuel , tires management. The trees models are better now . 24 hours cycle with weather effects for every track . Better opponents AI than previous Forza . The cockpit camera show half the wheel finally .
The graphics in tracks look great. With great field of view . I can’t wait to get it .
Stopped watching after they changed camera to 3rd person chase view.
My main takeaway... showing their own racing line to be completely wrong with when to be on the brakes etc.
In the second race with the Corvette Hypercar... Modern Corvette, but old Porsche and old Bentley, not the M4, but the M6, the V12 Aston (though i love that car) and a Ferrari 488 generation while we have had the 296 for qiet some time now. You can sense that this game was in development for 6 years. But not in a good way if the "new" race cars in a (and it must be for the Corvette to make sense) "modern" racing game are half a decade old. Why not use a realistic field of cars?
It is called " recycling "
The 15fps reflections on the car really do it for me.
The entire video is in mono? Are you serious? just pissing away the audio engineer's work I see
Imagine a racing title developed to work for PC's in 2023, capped at 60fps, to "ensure a consistent and competitive online racing experience for all players across a variety of PC hardware configurations and the Xbox Series X|S consoles."
The irony that Series S players will be still skipping around your lobbies at 30fps on their awful WiFi connections is just a chefs kiss.
Looks very fun. Can't wait to play. The person that drove the Civic needs driving lessons though. :D
The late shifting had me every time lol
Brazilian fans are dying to try Forza!! Thank you very much for everything Microsoft, you are the best
Pop in rendering is well optimized from what I see here! More games need this
I hate to say game breaking, but the pop in in FH5 is atrocious. It bothers me so much less in FH4 for some reason.
Cutscenes look great, sense of speed seems really good and smooth, in-race graphics look good-ish (japan lighting looks great). I'm sure RUclips compression isn't helping, but everything looks a little washed out. Sounds are ok. Cars look great in cutscenes/garages/menu interface and good (little arcady) on the track. Would be cool to have the blurred steering wheel cockpit view of the cut-scenes. Overall it looks quite promising. Definitely looks and feels more alive and engaging than GT and i'm a GT fan.
I suspect it looks washed out because this footage was most likely recorded with HDR enabled in game but youtube compression and lack of HDR viewing has spoilt the image a little.
@@jonzo99 there's no way they would make that mistake and all the other gameplay videos from IGN etc. are the same
@@faber3969 I've seen loads of games that look washed out in videos on youtube not just forza. And when I finally get to play them myself on my OLED in HDR the colour and contrast looks fine.
@@jonzo99 Yep. You could be right.
@@jonzo99 they might also just be going for a very realistic color palette. Over-saturation can make things look very arcady and video-gamey in a hurry. Tough to say.
Just hope we get good, clean populated multiplayer 🥺
Overall, I'd have to say that was great! Please don't go over kill with the DLC. But it definitely looks like a game I want to play!!! That's from a LONG time Forza gamer. Since FM3.
There'll be free tracks and cars

Fire shooting from the exhausts at exactly every gear change. Did they make this game for 8 year olds?
This actually pisses me off a lot. I get this is a broad-appeal sim racer, but it's a sim racer nonetheless. There should not be flames shooting out of unmodified vehicles. It's not just the flames either, but what they mean for the rest of the game. If they made this decision to appeal to 8 year olds, what other shitty decisions have they made using the same thinking.
I really hope the menus are better than FM7. I dont complain much about UI in games often. But it was almost unusable in 7. Things were laid out in such a messed up way
I'm not even necessarily into racing games all that much, but watching this made me appreciate just how much thought and care went into ensuring the mechanics are as realistic and rewarding as possible to the players who know what they're doing. The lighting and sounds are absolutely incredible too. I'm 100% gonna get this because it looks amazing and also because Game Pass is such a crazy good deal when it comes to getting games you'd never normally play to give them a try
This is not final graphics right? Because I feel FM7 looks exactly the same, and the illumination of the car in the night are exaggerated
Really hoping this will be good. I have been a player since day one for FM1 and FH1 and Forza is the main reason I keep an Xbox. Haven't been super happy with the past few installments. This looks promising.
Driver turned into a powerslide/ebrake master at the end lol
1:28 Imagine the person on the com getting irate with the player for making contact with the Mercedes. That would really add to the immersion. If the game were that realistic, it would definitely have an M rating.
That cadillac sound in pit stop was op🔥
Damn that was legit. The slight dash reflections on the windshield 😯
I hope that this is the true successor to FM4. I haven't truly enjoyed / loved Forza Motorsport since Forza 4. I've been enjoying the Horizon series for the last decade, but am really excited to get back into some real racing & hot lapping with Forza Motorsport. 😎👍

When you hit the other cars by just a little but not aggressive, the sound of the damage is really loud no matter how gentle you hit.
Ever hit something in real life just a little bit?
It’s loud.
The Caddy sounds like a flatplane V8, which it isn't IRL. The physics look okay, but that Type R back end looked a bit too lively. I wanna try it already.

I didn't invest in a pc set up, to not get vr racing, i invested in my hobby racing, i disappointed this has no vr, i was looking forward to investing in forza motorsports again, but no vr investment from turn 10
Gotta say, i expected the gameplay to look alot better
Wow ok that drift at the end was pretty impressive for a FWD car!! Great trailer I'm pumped now! UI looks awesome.
I still regularly play Gran Turismo 5 on my PS3, so I'm really happy this is releasing on PC
It looks good, but those collisions need to have a more realistic impact.
Lock 'em up! (No controversy intended), but whoever designed a FWD car to be able to hold a drift by spinning its rear tires is a physics genius who needs to be fired.
Just rerfect !
And handlings feel amazing!
I love how it says the builders cup is about out smarting and out building, but you can’t even start a build strategy until you level up enough. If I just got points or unlock tokens from leveling and not upgrades that may mor may not be useful, I would still have to work for it but for example if it had horrific brakes the first thing I want before I grind potential hrs of driving one car is to fix that ASAP! Not wait till lvl45 or whatever they are at. My build strategy starts the moment I get the car not 2hrs after. It also allows those with less time on their hands to still be able to make a decent car since they still get to choose to unlock what they need instead of spending time on something they won’t ever install in the first place. Thanks for coming to my TED talk 😂
This looks amazing! Cannot wait until October! The only part I didn't like was playing bumper cars and third person view, but that's easily changed 😊
Why is there no trial mountain, lol
I hope this Forza game is available for mobile phones very soon👍👍👍👍👍
There’s forza street

Weird that he’s in 15th at the start of lap 19/20 and halfway through the final lap climbs to first and laps half the field.

Collision noises are a lil wierd, but I’m loving the sounds otherwise.
Is that the return of an actual legendary title of Forza Motorsport?
