In this day and age, this is a very good buy! I started collecting horror again in 2010 and focused on the horror characters that I assumed would end up being expensive so I could get them while they were somewhat affordable. Mainly Ghost Rider, Morbius, etc. But now, those other characters have blown up, so I shouldn't have slacked off. Brother Voodoo and The Mummy used to be a dime a dozen. But those books have BLOWN UP! I love those old horror comics! If you just want to read these stories, you won't find them in a much better collection than here! Even if you want to just have these for reading so you won't damage the originals in your collection is still a good idea.

I started to get into EC comics and went into Steve Ditko Monsterbuses. I really wish i had known about this book. Their hard to find now
That´s a great review! I am a huge fan of these horror characters from Marvel and I so happy to see they put this omnibus. The character I miss into this edition is Frankenstein, but I believe they will be releasing other editions. Good job!!

....this book is impossible to get now and didnt know it was released not that long ago. It was released only a year ago and crazy to find now
I know.. it’s quite and original idea for an omnibus. The thing is a doorstop too. I think it’s one of marvel’s biggest omnis to date. I know they will reprint again though. There are usually 3-5 yrs between reprints so hopefully it happens sooner than later. Never knew there was such a huge market for Marvel Horror

Btw I really think the earlier Horror chapter was to rival works from Vampirella and EC Comics..which would explain the mature nature.

I actually have this in my collection, and I've finished it. I'd give it an A. I think that the Golem was pretty bad though, because it was racist to the arabians. I'd say to anyone reading this comment and wants to pick up the omnibus, I'd say skip Golem. Everything else is fine.
Glad you enjoyed the omnibus... aside from the portrayal of arabs I actually didn’t mind the golem story lol yeah this is a great collection of stories
