My motivation for every time I don't feel like going hard on leg day. One day I'm not going to be able too. If I do it the way Ronnie did im going to be okay when that day comes
A photograph of Ronnie and me shaking hands is still hanging in my Home Gym. Phil has sent his best wishes when my two kids were born and the printouts are there for them to see when they are older. Two legends and really nice people. All the best! 😎👍🏻

A healthy pre-surgery Ronnie was 2" taller Phil. It looks like Phil now is several inches taller than Ronnie. It's sad what the knife did to Ronnie. I can't imagine having my entire spinal column fused and having multiple hip replacements. I have nothing but respect for Ronnie and his amazing positive attitude and perseverance.

Dr. Phil is not so tall, so he need not be so extremely big. He always won against bigger guys. Ronnie was always under the 3 or 4 biggest guys in his shows. Ramy would have lost against Ronnie because his condition is not as good as that of Gunter's (who himself favoured Ramy). Markus the extreme (he was real white power) is not tall and so always too monstrous.
Wishing so much that Ronnie can get a proper doctor and surgeon to fix his chronic injuries. Despite being in constant pain he shows a smile and a great attitude. A champion on and off the gym. Still, it'd be nice that he can get a second chance with his body and can get a proper life as an elder.
This was a blast to watch. Just two legends training and shooting the breeze. Excellent stuff!

I'd love to see another video like this with the addition of Arnold and Lee Haney. The 4 greatest Olympians to ever do it. Training together, hanging out, sharing stories, and talking about the differences and similarities of each of their eras. Now THAT would truly be legendary.
I would even add cbum in that mix. Although not as many Olympias he’s up there in legendary status almost, at least in the modern times

Ronnies arms still look pretty insane. I Pray you start feeling better brother its motivating seeing you keep going with all the health issues. I know the feeling I ve had 14 surgeries I have a lung disease. Fibromyalgia messed up back and knees but I still workout 5+ days a week it helps my Brain so much. Kratom has helped with my pain so much went from barely being able to walk to bathroom to now I am back almost benching 400lbs I am so thankful I found it. Got me off all the dr pain meds which were messing me up big time. The main thing with Kratom is you have to find your sweet spot if you take to little you wont feel much just some energy and if to much gives you the wobbles and upset stomach but its easy to find your sweet spot keep measure of it and once you know how much then just always take that dose. Much better then dr pain Pills also gives me energy its a Amazing leaf.

I'm 63 and I'm trying real hard this time I'm 220 lbs doing what it takes to just be healthy I work out a minimum of 330 days a year for the past 3 and a half years I'm back in a gym after over a decade of not being in a gym I work out with a bench dumbbells of 30lbs and a bike for cardio now I'm at golds gym Monterey and there more machines and free weight for me to play with I work out for 100 minutes 5 days a week ❤❤
So great to see The King and Phil together, 15 Mr Olympia, insane ! 2003 Ronnie and 2011 Phil are still my most favourite physique of all time, wow. Phil arms and forearm are still better than current Mr Olympia, no offence, just to say :D

This was awesome guys. In my opinion, the two greatest physiques to ever grace the stage and two genuinely great dudes.
Its not often people are in the same room with someone who's the same over achiever they are, someone who is as accomplished as you. That's why there's such a mutual respect between them, they both know what it takes to be the best of best and dominate for years on end. An exclusive club of so few people, you'd rarely, if ever, be in the same room as your equal
