Honestly, Ryan AND Phil are both two of the nicest people iv met within the industry. I went late to meet Phil and the barriers were closed and the security guard said no, Phil saw this and still called me for a picture! What a guy. Also, he has the biggest forearms iv never seen lol. Ryan is always such a nice guy during meet and greets. Even though he's now Mr O, i have no doubt he will be just as humble :D. Well done Ryan! The most deserving of that O title for sure.
Ryan really deserved Mr.O this year like he was seriously on point with everything. And honestly could go on and dominate for a few years. if he keeps bringing this A game with improvements. Its scary.

But Ryan spent a decade chasing his dream and got better and better even though at times he didn’t see the immediate impact of his hard work! He didn’t give up make excuses! He is the first man to win the title not from America 🇺🇸 history was made, and it couldn’t have happened to a more deserving athlete. 9 years grinding 🏆💎🇬🇧

I have never had much attention for this Class, but men was I wrong! Definitly Ryan is one of my favourite bodybuilders now!
