Maybe it's overstated but Derek's humility and hunger for knowledge from the OG's is really going to take him far in the sport

For me the only guy that beats him is Ronnie. Ronnie has a wayy bigger torso and chest, has crazy details to match up with Heath and is bigger overall. Dorian is next for as big as he was, lacked legs compared to Ronnie and Phil. His shape and detail also lacks in a lot of poses, comparatively. @donnie9365

The ROIDER'S plan book:
1. HIDE the STEROID use. Don't ever bring up STEROIDS. LIE & DENY their use when asked. If that doesn't work, go to plan 2.
2. DOWNPLAY STEROIDS. Tell people STEROIDS doesn't do anything. If that doesn't work, go to plan 3.
3. COMPARE STEROIDS to other UNHEALTHY things like ALCOHOL, CIGARETTES, ETC... "Try" and JUSTIFY using STEROIDS. If that doesn't work, go to plan 4.

Derek is the funniest Olympian I have ever seen, and I don't think there will ever be another wrestling champion like him in Olympia history.
The equipment here is about the best I've ever seen. I wish our little hole-in-the-wall gym could afford or fit it, but there is just no way. I'll be 61 in March and so do deal with the achy joints which leads me more toward machines than free weights these days. This equipment looks perfect for my needs. If only...
Does Phil have one more Olympia in him? I'd love to see him train and peak for contest one more time to shake things up. No one would be expecting it, it would be amazing. Why do people always say “It would be awesome if one more” been saying this since Flex Jay and now Phil, like do none of yall lift? You do know there’s no chance he’ll win there’s no point In coming back. I dont think people understand how much age plays a factor in muscle building and maintaining, he is far from the phil heath on stage and clearly retired, anybody with eyes can see his physique, like you dont just gain 40lbs of muscle back and let alone look as sharp to the younger guys with that. We are witnessing the beginning of a new era in bodybuilding. From Ronnie to Jay, Jay to Phil, Phil to Derrick. We are looking at the next multiple year Mr Olympia. Everything about Derrick is good for the Mr Olympia brand. What an exciting time to be a bodybuilding fan.
Just from watching Hany work with ppl explaining things with FST-7 changed my physique. But even more so doing RUclips channel and the Y T shorts👌🏽people for years now think I'm being a douche or egotistical from flexing after a set for FST-7 and I still don't care!47 in good shape because of his tips.
