@eivindgjengstjohansen9625 if you need to eat as much as ronnie did, brown rice will take too long to digest. Bodybuilders prefer white rice because it digests quicker to make room for the next meal.

He is nearly always in constant pain. He probably holds the record for most spine surgeries.13 to be exact. His body paid the price. The crazy thing is he has said if he could do it all over again, he would.

Its cause of the old school unwritten rule, you can only make noise if you’re lifting heavy ass weight. Nowadays pencil necks slamming 135 lb deadlifts are annoying 😅

I mean at this point in his life itd just make sense to spread positivity to go from top of the world to his current health as well he is still killing it but it’d definitely be humbly to be in his condition and hed gain nothing from having an ego and thinking he is better than the next generation coming.

i am bulking naturally so constantly eating is good but it is so difficult. I tried to get to 5300 calories and i can barely cross 4000 so i had to die it down by eating 3500 starting since yesterday and will work my way up.
@Ronnie I would pay gold if it could help you ease your back pain.
Your endless positivity and insane energy while knowing the pain you have to go through every day is something I admire a lot about you.
But please take care of your back, you train too hard and it breaks the heart of all of us that love you to see it.
We know you love it, but we want to see you happy and do it for as long as you want with as little suffering.

Love how some people comment what Ronnie Coleman did and/or didn’t need to eat and train like he did. He is tied for the most number of Olympia wins at 8. I think he had a pretty good handle on what he needed. Granted his training regimen has led to some physical limitations and pain in his later years, but that was his choice. No one has the right to question Ronnie’s choices.
Great video sir Coleman, keep up the good work to keep your self going. I am 66 years old and it’s getting harder to keep going every year. Yes sir buddy,but watching you and others work out help’s keep me moving. Y’all have a good one see ya next time see ya bye.
