will these work on foootage from an iphone 14
@@91stamkosbolts No, this is for Apple LOG only, but next week we will also it for iPhone 14 and many other camera profiles.
AH i just bought it and tried to use on some iphone 14 footage in premier and does not work, theres no way to get it to work in premier?@@Cinematicmemories_
When purchasing the LUT there is a guide or tutorial on how to apply it. Thanks in advance
@@Gaston Thank you for your message. You will only receive the LUT files. Most video editing software accepts these files, which have a .cube extension, and you will find information easily on how to install them across the internet. It is a good point for us to have one as well, so I will work on that. If you need any further guidance, please send an email with your software of choice, and I can help guide you through the installation process.
I like how youre the only person on the internet who understand that sharpening only worsens the quality. Also, love the blooming effect. It has character similar to film. Everyone else tends to sharpen it or oversaturate the colors to make it look really horrendous and what not. You've done the best job at making this camera shine
Thank you so much for your kind words, I truly appreciate them!🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@Cinematicmemories_ This video dark as gloomy as hell bro
yea man i think thats what he was going for you know with the music and stuff
True. Even Hollywood productions does not upload trailers in 4k on RUclips, so that they can have a blurry and glowing effect to get rid of the sharpness. The blooming effect the subject center point and makes the scene mysterious.
Holy this is the most BEAUTIFUL iPhone footage I've ever seen. You've earned a sub my man.
Thank you so much ! I really appreciate it!🙏🏻🙏🏻
Oh the power of good Sound - just makes ALL the difference!
Thank you!🙏🏻
that color grading is class
Thank you
Which software you used for color grading @@Cinematicmemories_
always love the wet street, cold feeling with that police car sound passing by
Thank you very much!
I don't know what it is about cinematography that makes it more real than life
I have been working with movie looks for years, especially from the 70s and 80s. These iPhone 15 shots are the best I've seen in a long time. The pictures just look fantastic. I'm starting to get the feeling that the days of ARRI, RED and SONY will soon be a thing of the past. With an iphone and smart post production I can get almost any result. Congratulations on this example. It shows what is possible.
Can't agree. Mobile phones can't beat Z90 camcoder let alone something like FX30. Can't beat physics no matter how many post processing scenarios/recorded action sets they come up with. OP overcooks his videos to hide iPhones output that's made for mobile phone screen and not TVs. As soon as you want to pick up fast paced action with moving subject whole mobile video falls apart.
yeah great, any fucking idiot can make things now to further box out professionals, your not thinking at all....at all
@@tiradmiral5532 if ignore any detail and dynamic range then yes for a video is fine . Saying this is on pair as film camera or even mentoning arri , red , and sony makes him sound clueless or its the bad eyes. its loaded with filters but looks like camcoder with overcooked filters
I don't know why but that first shot with that grade on almost made me cry! Beautiful stuff man
Comments like yours are truly inspiring. Thank you very much, I appreciate it!
Your work is honestly so so beautiful, please drop a colour grading tutorial!@@Cinematicmemories_
its called my depression my guy. seek help.
It definitely deserves a subscription. Dude, this is so dramatic. Incredibly good music, which very competently overlaps the main sound and combines with the image and atmosphere. Good installation. The shooting is at a very good level. The selection of shots is incredible. It is worth noting that the picture is not perfectly stabilized, there is no feeling of excessive smoothness, which makes the video unnatural. Incredibly successful locations have been selected, combining with each other, which does not violate the integrity of perception. Very good color correction, slightly dull and gloomy colors, generally muted tones, with a departure to green. Slight chromatic aberration. There is no excessive sharpness and attempts to get details from an image that does not have them. A masterpiece, in a word. You've squeezed everything you can out of the iPhone and this format.
This video shows off some really great color grading. The colors are rich and saturated, which makes for a very pleasing experience.🔥
This is the ONLY cinematic iPhone footage on RUclips! No fancy cuts, no timelapses, no sound effects, no sharpening, no transitions - I hate those. When did the internet decide that those are cinematic?
when indians made this trend in 2015
When you search on youtube for Cinematic Videos or anything for that matter, Always make it a habit to put "-india" after the key words. Block ~99% of contents from India. I felt so happy after i learned about it.
@@jean-louistixier-vignancou3211 Thanks!
Whole Umbrella Academy vibes 😍
Wow! I never saw iPhone footage to look so organic and beautiful as this! Really really interesting how you achieve this ;-)
To be honest, it looks incredible
Thank you very much!!
This is absolutely insane
The melancholic emptiness ❤
The Vibe, Music and Editing choice all come together BEAUTIFULLY! Very nice work! 🔥😄🤟 I can imagine this being an opening to a cyberpunk like world.
One of the best videos I’ve seen in a long time
This deserves more views! Great job avoiding the ghost flares typically found in iPhone footage.
Thank you so much I really apreciate it!!
да что ты говоришь
I really loved the quality of this and the LUT, it's perfect for the music video I'm making, I'm so sad I don't have the money to pay for it. 😢
There’s some serious halation in there. Good job
need to hide poor quality some how
love to watch really appreciative work brother
Thank you so much I really appreciate it
I love the pacing you have in your short films. It feels really good!
I have an iPhone 15 pro max now gotta learn to use it like you now!❤
It would be great if you can show us "the before" footage, raw footage from the iPhone, and "the after", after grading work.
Absolutely! I have a video in my "shorts" where I show before the grading, but I can create a video with a more in-depth view about it. Thank you so much
please make a tutorial please please please @@Cinematicmemories_
any camera + New York + excellent grading = cinematic
Thank you so much! This was shot in Chicago but I am heading to NY tomorrow and definitely will capture some stuff. Thank you so much for watching.
@@Cinematicmemories_ You're welcome! And yeah, Chicago and New York look the same to me, but I'm from Europe so I guess that's fine :)
BATMAN vibe
Spiderman 2024 ❤😂
This is amazing!
Do you have a tutorial planned for this video? Have you seen clipping of highlights for apple log? Which software did u use? If resolve, what was ur cst inputs? Cant wait🎉
I've been working on a tutorial video, still didn't finish but I will be posting pretty soon! I use daVinci. Thank you so much for watching.
@@Cinematicmemories_ so glad to hear that, waiting for the tutorial on iphone 15. I am just a beggining as a colorist so could not afford a professional camera. Your videos stands apart from others. Thanks for helping!
this is amazing, just subscribed. How do you get your bloom effect? @@Cinematicmemories_
Podrías tomar el reto de hacerlo con Samsung Note 20 ultra? Tu trabajo está geniaal
This is really cool. It literally looks cinematic and foreboding but also alluring too. There's a narrative emerging. Great work, loved the sound too. Subbed.
This looks amazing! I would love to see a breakdown of your grading process. There seems to be some sort of chromatic aberration in the highlights. I would assume taht was done in post. How did you do that?
This video gives Gotham city kind of vibes
I love that unlike every youtuber flexing their footage... YOU don't use slomo and it still looks great!
Just watched again, this time on my iPhone 13 which is my reference monitor lol - this is next level mind blowing.
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it 🙏🏻
imagine going back in time and showing people this was shot on an iPhone, madness
I've watched this video probably 50 times by now!
Surprised! Really grateful for it!
If you were to make a tutorial on it, I'm sure we would all look it!
Thank you so much I really appreciate it!!🙌🏻🙌🏻
Me too!!!
I really dig your work! You're out here making these gorgeous videos that are an entire vibe! Inspiring work! God bless!
I really appreciate your kind words! Thanks a lot
bro just do more of this . this is lit asf🔥🔥🔥🔥
When paired with the Blackmagic app, you can’t tell the difference between the pocket cinema
Giving cinematic lost movie vibes🥹💕💕
It's really nicely done! and I'm very impressed that you can achieve that look using an iPhone 15 Pro. I have an A7S iii myself and I can see you've made a previous video with the Sony A7R III, but if I'm honest, I actually think this video filmed with an iPhone has a nicer look in my opinion. I really hope you'll make a full tutorial covering everything, from the filters you use, camera settings, to your beautiful color grade, Slog3 settings, and much more! :D You have a great talent!
the halation is wonderful
You went crazy on this one.
Iphone 15 PRO MAX. AND: All possible video editing programs
yo! great sequence. & love the wet ground to bounce off street lights. that's always a treat to see + such a great texture I wish more indie filmmakers used. the clip @ :37-43 is really great, too. nice haunting touches in this piece. if you're still in chicago, would love to see more narrative takes in the city. chicago is full of quirky shops and 1-of-a-kind stores. i am now seriously thinking of getting this phone as my main cam and tucking away my GH5 lol. great job!
Thank you very much; I truly appreciate your kind words and the time you took to watch my work. I will be posting content shot in Chicago more frequently. Once again, thank you! 🙏🏻
Very impressive for phone footage
Thank you so much!!
Niiiice. This is like an intro to a horror film
why is this so beautiful?
Thank you so much!
I love this!! did you use a stabilizer for this? I'm desperately searching for a good and budget friendly one
This gives me Fallout vibes. I like it
incredible work!!!!
love it! the only thing I dont like is the abrupt ending
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it 🙏🏻
we're waiting for the grading tutorial... great work ;)
Remarkable iPhone Cinematography! 👏
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it
Hi mate !
Very good and cinematic video, framing, color grading, camera work.. everything is on point.
I wonder multiple things, do you have any gimbal ? Or you are using cinematic mode ? Do you use black magic app ? Or native app? Do you use scatter in resolve ?
Thanks mate, keep pushing it!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it !🙏
i dont care about the video thats the best cc i ever seen nice job
Unbelievable all of this was shot with a smartphone :O
Thank you very much! 🙏🏻
Cinemaic look is amazing and we need a video where you explain how you do color grading )
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I will put together a video explaining my process soon.
Bro you dropped this 👑
Thank you!!🙏🏻
first i thought it was an opening scene of a DC movie!
That’s just amazing!!!!
It could be a intro to a scary Netflix movie! Please teach me how did you do it!
This one is so good✨
love the mood and music!
Thank you so much!
Will buy this for sure
🙏🙏
can you please do a tutorial on ur grading, I really love It!
is it weird to say this video looks better in 720p?
I would really love to follow along in a tutorial of your color grading flow. Would you ever post a short tutorial? I just subscribed and am looking forward to it if it happens!!!
yeah
Ok, I’m subscribing. But I really want to see that promised video of the color grading tutorial. This looks 🔥
iphone's getting too good! Amazing work!
Thank you very much!!
Lovely Chicago
For a phone is impressive, but for a camera it’s not even close to the level of detail, color, and aperture a real camera can get. I do love my 15 pro max and the fact that I can just pull it out and start recording wherever and whenever and it’s very convenient and not a hassle to carry around but more serious projects I’d for sure run my a7riV even tho it’s use is more meant for photos
Love the energy behind these shots! Can i score one of these cinematic clips with you. I am a full time composer and this has just really inspired me.
The music is so cool! What’s the name?
so satisfying
I’m impressed
This is top tier!💯
Thank you so much!🙏🏻
Awesome colours✌️😱😱😱😱
la colorización y el efecto de granulado hacen la diferencia! .. Buen editor es mas que cámara.!
This is insane wow

I am a Korean fan. Your video is very interesting.
Thank you very much I really appreciate it 🙏🏻
bro why it gives me gotham vibes from feels like batman will pop ou anytime lol
99% color correction
1% fair quality
You need to make a video on your color grading technique its very well done.
beautiful
Thank you very much
This is remarkable
Thank you so much!
I think sometimes the halation makes it non cinematic bc its obviously not real halation (its a bit too much I would make it more subtle) other than that, very nice image!
Thank you so much for your feedback and thank you for much for watching my work, I truly appreciate it!
Wow!! I have never seen so many filters together to show what a phone films
Incredible 🔥
Thank you so much !!
Love the visuals, what software do you use to edit these and put the clips together?
Perfection!

Shits better than Hollywood movies
