Ok but I actually just tried this and it's DELICIOUS! The lemon makes it feel fresh and not fat at all! Love the balance. I also added cooked smoked salmon and it just took it to another level.

I just love Italian food so much. The dishes are usually simple in terms of ingredients and process but theres a lot of technique in there so the skill ceiling is very high. It's amazing and you really make pasta well. I'm British but I'm obsessed with Italian cooking and I'm constantly getting ingredients from the Italian deli

I actually made lemon pasta last night, but a version without cream (more like a cacio e pepe with lemon). I've made the cream version before, and both are absolutely delicious! I love this series so much, and both of you are amazing!

Been making my marinaras and alfredos from scratch for years. Will try this, and I’ll use metal on my pans because they’re cast iron-I’m no heathen using metal on non stick.
(For real, avoid metal utensils on nonstick, that coating has poisons and doesn’t breakdown in the environment)
