You should do some European break 75's. Go to Spain, Italy, France etc. for a few days and play 3 or 4 courses each trip. You likely have a lot of European viewers. Ryder cup is in Italy next year . . .
Good good was amazing ♥️ great content and was really cool watching you guys work with like minded people. I'm now a massive good good fan, and that's because of Rick's channels
Rick secretly told everybody in Good Good separately that they were the best and would do better on their own. This led to the break up of Good Good and thus leaves Rick as the most powerful and dominant golf RUclips channel with no competition. Stay woke 🤣🤣
OK Guy laughing at Rick's comment of "I am going to be playing better" was just classic. There was no hesitation in that laugh and no holding back. The dynamic you guys have is brilliant.
My favorite was Adam Scott. Same feeling as you all, him and Tiger are what got me into golf. I was smiling the whole video because the interaction between you two during the round seemed so genuine and wholesome. You got me back to playing golf again after a 10 break from the sport with your content.
I can see how playing with Adam Scott made number three. I loved that video. He just seems like such a nice and kind guy, and obviously a great golfer. That would have been a great round to be a part of, regardless of the level of play.
Watching Cam Smith and Rory fighting out the finish on the back nine at St Andrew’s was definitely a golfing highlight so I can understand how amazing that would have been to actually be there live. No doubt the number 1. My favourite episode to watch was definitely the round with Adam Scott. Such a lovely guy and so generous with his thoughts and tips and the banter with Rick was so good. I saw Adam live at the Australian Open just recently when he shot 7 under in the 2nd round. Just a legend and a true gentleman of the sport.
I am new to golf as well. I am used to working with mostly all men (in the Canadian Navy) so I don't mind listening to you two chatting. I do also like when Sophie is on. I started golfing before my husband and got him into it. We both love it. Keep up the great videos and the podcast.
I am a 50 year old single mom that started playing this year to spend time with my dad and son, who enjoy playing. I work with mostly men too, construction. Rick videos on swing techniques helped tremendously, along with several other channels, all men as well. Its expected but it doesn’t bother me. I did have to look elsewhere though when I had to figure out how to work with my chest area where to put my arms. Lol.
Have fun here in Florida. Some of the best golf of the season is this time of year. If you ever consider coming to Southwest Florida I’d be honored to have you as a guest at any of our weekly golf outings. No filming of course. Just relax and play. Unless you want to. Lol.
In relation to the inclusivity point on the Pod, I have to say that I totally agree with how you guys addressed the point made by the lady in the email. You do a great job to make the game accessible and break down some of the barriers within the game of golf. it was a great GOLF year, with all the winners and the chasers in all the Majors and the Tour Championship...filled with drama, heroics, and heartbreaks. The RUclips content from you guys and GoodGood and even Finch'ies channel was outstanding. It was a mad dash from beginning to end...and truthfully, we all need a break, rest, and refuel, for the 2023 season. GOD bless you all and I hope you all have a blessed, peaceful, and grateful rest with your families, through the winter. Merry Christmas to one and all!
This content is fantastic. Thanks for rekindling my love of the game! Good luck on your travels to the states. I'm really looking forward to the content from this side of the pond!
I am an inconsistent 65 year old golfer playing off 26 - but love it every time I go out on the course!! Getting more into the pod cast and learnt a lot from your videos in the past ... need to watch them again .. and again! My target for the next season is break 90 regularly ... at the moment I have done it only a couple of times. It was interesting to hear the comment from Guy that even "Rick" chases the break 75 goal and puts pressure on himself. I certainly think that is one of the reasons I keep making the same errors .... I have had a bogie or more normal for me a double bogie and then I go after the next few holes and forget all the good things I have done up to that point. ..... keep up the good work! Play out of Kirriemuir Golf Course, Angus a par 68 course - a James Braid course
I was lucky enough to visit St Andrew’s Old Course the week after the Open this year and was the highlight of my year. I live in Western Australia but was visiting my Mother in York, my home town and couldn’t resist being able to see St Andrew’s. What a beautiful place and experience to remember for ever.
Rick, I'm not sure you'll read this but I have a tip for your hybrid. (look at me, give a pro a golf tip🤣) I was like you and hated my hybrid until I got this tip. Hit your hybrid like hitting an iron, not a fairway wood. The minute I started hitting down on it and stopped tying to pick it off the turf was when it all changed for me. I love my hybrid now.
Absolutely love your content guys. I wait for it every week. One thing I would like to mention is maybe for the break 75 try playing the same course UNTIL you break 75 and then you get to move on to the next course. Maybe rate 5 courses from easiest to toughest and work your way through. Maybe end at a course you've always wanted to play somewhere in the states? Anyway, keep up the great vids guys 😉🏌
Blind playing is the thing, when you are on an odd golf couse. I shot 74, +2 on the Old Lady back tees last April. It was grazy. You saw like a hair of a fairway off the tee, but there was space, yet fwy bunkers also. Somehow I missed all the trouble, yet not having a local caddie in the group.🎉
What a year it has been! The good good content was amazing for sure. But The Open was truly amazing, from a golf fan's perspective it had everything. A massive build up, Tiger and a crazy weekend to finish!
The idea of another RUclips Golf Day on a course with fans would be unreal. My daughter of 8 is a junior playing member and the idea of meeting GoodGood or the people she watches (not playing Tour Pros like we dd growing up) would be AMAZING.
Golf for me is with my wife. 95 percent of my rounds are with her. I do sneak away for a weekend or 2 to play with the boys but it is awesome to have a built in golf partner in my life. She has gone from a brand new golfer to roughly a 15. I felt it was my job to include her and let her know the rules and etiquette. She does enjoy your short clips via facebook.
Keep up the great work, and based on your comments of the last few weeks you are either finishing 2022 with on a high or starting with a bang in 2023 either way I look forward to it.
Great podcast Rick as you know I have recently taken over as junior organiser at Conwy Golf Club, I’m Really worried after lots of conversations with junior organisers across wales and the uk how bad the future for golf without juniors looks , would love to see you hold a junior open or do some content and how junior golf is needed at golf clubs #TheFuture
Well for the RUclips golf day and have a cut off border, ... you might wanna give a wildcard to one ... a unique channel ... different than any other. 😁🤣 F.e. the only and best music golf channel in the world, 😁🤣😂. Do I need to plug more? Looking forward to it. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
When are you going to battle Peter Finch? Miss those good old days! Like the golf bidder challenges. Or visit the different countries of Europe. Play the best courses. Whould be nice.
On the subject of attracting people to your channel, I personally played only a bit of golf in my late 20’s however I’ve been watching golf since I was a very young boy when a Nieghbor turned me onto the game. That all being said, I literally fell across your channel and it was because of your personality that I immediately subscribed and have been watching ever since and I no longer play due to some serious neck and back issues that I have but I get a ton of enjoyment out of watching you play the game and your entire approach to the game. THANKS Rick! Chow, Rolf Sonoma , California
Guy is so good on these podcasts, he's the perfect host for a forum like this. He's awesome to watch on the Break 75s as well and just seems like a great guy in general. Great work gentlemen.
Hoebridge in Woking, Surrey has a very good driving range facility. There a large number of bays, a large car park, a very good facility for you to host a Range Night.
Great podcast guys and welcome to the USA. Hope you’re having some serious fun here and can’t wait to see some videos from my favorite golf courses (assuming you hit them……surely you will or why bother coming here). Have awesome holidays and blessings to you and your families.
You’ll be in Tampa!? That’s my hometown only now I live an hour and a half away in North Port. Meeting Rick would be a major highlight especially after the year I’ve had and losing my home to Hurricane Ian.
@@realjonmandude could be, they already mentioned in one of their podcasts that they are working on Wedges. RUclips golf tournament.. the night golf games you did years ago in Turkey and Dubai were different and exciting. Brought an element of change that set a different tone to mainstream day golf. More of this would be awesome!
Rick my man you gotta play hole to hole. Every time you drop it in the hole forget the score and move on!!! Let Guy keep score, and Guy don’t tell him the score. Just focus on that 1 hole and making the best decisions to make the best score on that hole. Short term memory Rick!! Let’s go break 72!!!
I’m visiting my daughter in Tampa this weekend too. Will be back and forth between Tampa and Orlando! It’s for my daughter’s 21st birthday and will most definitely be playing golf down there too.
I would love to see a RUclips golf open or society with all the biggest golf creators… Matt prior, Danny Maude, Rick, finchy, carter, Mark Crossfield, Coach Lockey, good good… I’m sure there’s more but a 2 day tournament or something would be awesome! Could even sell tickets.
Rick/ Guy, I would like for you and Rick record a full round of golf having dialogue as if you were Americans,(lose the accent). I think this would be an all-time most watched video. Love the show guys!
Europe vs America YT Ryder Cup would break the internet. We would love to see it once a year alternating locations between the US and UK with all of the Creators would be amazing. Good Good and Rick are my favorite and that was one of my favorite pieces of entertainment this year. Always good stuff Rick. Cheers to the New Year!
So maybe a “q-school “ type of break down for you tube week. Europe-US-Asia have individual weeks of creators with a competition of some sort and then the winner or top two from each “area” meet for the final week. Just a thought
Fantastic Show and I have been playing since April this year, your RUclips golf has been a massive inspiration and motivation for me to carry on. An idea for the future with a subject you had in this video with other RUclipsrs could be the youtube Open tournament. An option to open it to many different youtubers with plenty of content plus benefits your channel plus the others. Keep it up best part of the years content is your golf range nights.👍🏼
As a follow of Rick's since 2018, i'd love a Bob Does Sports colab. I know they're not on the serious side of golf, i like both the sliy and serious side equally. From the PGA to drinking a beer every hole you lose. I know lots that only one or the other, but i love both. As a guy that loves to joke around and take my score serious.
I think it's fantastic that you have the range nights and have many people in each Bay because it gets people used to playing in front of people that they don't know. I have a very difficult time even joining up with some people on the course because they just would prefer to play by themselves because they're still in the learning process. I had to play with other people because I kind of learned on a military Golf course and it's very busy on those golf courses and you always have to play with someone that you don't know. I got to play with admiral Hayes the retired sixth fleet commander and part of his staff several times because I had to join up with somebody else. I met a Korean war veteran that was a general when I was golfing in Korea when I was stationed there. Great work!
Only subscribed to your channel this year but have really enjoyed it thus far , love the break 75 episodes and when you play against the pro’s , not sure about the ladies email questioning that their isn’t enough female content, it’s a golf channel and thus it’s about golf , which last time I checked doesn’t have a gender .
Great content! I have always said this is the one sport women can compete on a level playing field when we have the different t boxes! I would like to see the pga have some competitions with mixed groups like a Ryder cup style play! Keep up the great work!
Rick, I’m sure this has been put out there before but here it goes. I really enjoyed the good good content. Honestly had not been exposed to them before and now I subscribe. You played well that week, but as u said those guys are incredibly long. Do you think stretching your game to keep up with them at all contributed to your “downturn” in play since?
@@Dude0000 nope I sure don’t since that’s going to a place but if I’m saying something hit it I usually mention what part it hit. It could’ve hit a window or a roof. Instead it hit the WALL of a shop. So if you step outside a bar to take a piss do you say I pissed on the bar or I pissed on the wall? Make it make sense!
The time he tricked his friend into playing the worst course in America was epic. He was all excited about playing Pebble Beach or somewhere nice and they pull up at some dump with puddles and mud patches.
Rick, I loved the banter here about your recent break 75. Guy broke down what happened so well. Your in game decisions were very much like my own - some rather crazy in retrospect and very in keeping with my amateur status. I would expect you to be making better decisions on the course. You are working hard on your swing and I would hope to see you working hard on this aspect of your game too. Obviously very hard while commentating your way through a video production (something we all appreciate by the way!!!). Can I suggest that you try a few break 75’s with Guy caddying for you were you are forced to take his advice. Bet it would help. Love everything you are doing!
Last time I was this early, it was to my 8am tee time and my mates didn’t show up until 7:59 on the dot, leaving me to awkwardly sit next to the starter promising him they’d make it
Guy made an interesting observation regarding Rick on Break 75. Sometimes he takes risks chasing birdies late in his round and ends up making a big number. That is contrary to what you should be doing. Stop taking unnecessary risks and take your medicine from time to time to avoid those big numbers. You had a video where you told us to do exactly that. So follow your own advice.
Don't feel like you need to defend yourself. Men and women have different interests. You've done a great job of having wide range of guest. I've enjoyed both your male and female guests. Don't try to force anything based on the noise.
Spotted the Apple Watch Ultra in a few of the videos... interested on your thoughts for golf vs a specific GPS golf watch? The standard apple watch just doesn't cut it for me so interested how the Ultra holds up!
Since overseas, it is really hard to attend any live sessions, but I’d like, if you introduced a happening, where people following could attend to a lottery, where you could get a spot to attend your break 75 on a fancy course with all dues payed.
You guys give me the bug again, hated the fake last few years, not getting out much, but I’ve invested in new gear, just glimpses of the old self still there, was an 11 handicap er few years ago, more like 18 now , but most importantly I’m enjoying the game because of you guys 😀😀
Enjoyed 2022 content, thank you guys. Looking forward to 2023. Would be nice to get Tommy and Lee back on for another challenge? To address the ladys E-mail, why not have the ladies club champion take you on, on some of the break 75's? Maybe the odd junior as well, for the younger members of the 'clubhouse'? Behind the scenes stuff, like course maintenance and preperation for big tournements. Just some thoughts! Keep up the good work......👏👏👏👏

Another great podcast guys. Thanks guys.
Love your last comment Guy...you haven't changed!!! :)
Great work!
Man it’s crazy you’re just right down the road from me in Florida. Enjoy our 75 degree December 😉
Rick being removed from an afterparty by Brooks Koepka...😂
Rick any plans to come to australia for some break 75’s? If so check out Adelaide, some amazing courses!
Congrats Guy! Being a dad is the best…get your rest in now, 😊
Only subscribed to your channel this year but have really enjoyed it thus far , love the break 75 episodes and when you play against the pro’s , not sure about the ladies email questioning that their isn’t enough female content, it’s a golf channel and thus it’s about golf , which last time I checked doesn’t have a gender .
Congrats on the baby girl Guy!
Thanks (Guy)
Bring back Rick vs pete golfbidder challange that was an amazing series
52 minutes is the correct length for a Break 75 video. ;)
Great content! I have always said this is the one sport women can compete on a level playing field when we have the different t boxes! I would like to see the pga have some competitions with mixed groups like a Ryder cup style play! Keep up the great work!
Rick and Frank Spencer . I think you guys need to hold several one day Amateur Golf Competition . It would be epic
Rick should be teaming up with Grant and Micah.
Rick and guy vs chris Dennis and james Robertson in match play. Lets make it happen . Love the podcast
I think Rick’s best Highlight of the year was easily his Eagle off the wall at St. Andrews!!!
Off the wall? Off the shops more like 😂
@@Dude0000 shops have walls genius 😂😂😂
@@MilesIzHigh5280 so when going to the shop, you say you’re going to the wall? Ok.
Three words. Bob Does Sports. Those guys are maniacs and the golf content if Rick joined that circus would be phenomenal.
The time he tricked his friend into playing the worst course in America was epic. He was all excited about playing Pebble Beach or somewhere nice and they pull up at some dump with puddles and mud patches.
I will instantly leave the clubhouse if there will be no video with jon and ashley from Stacked Golf during Ricks vacation in orlando
Do Range Night Tours, kinda like how musicians travel to perform, and do 3 nights at the same range/same town.
Last time I was this early, it was to my 8am tee time and my mates didn’t show up until 7:59 on the dot, leaving me to awkwardly sit next to the starter promising him they’d make it
hahaha
Absolutely love everything you guys do! Thanks so much for all the amazing content!
Hope you are meeting up with Jon & Ash aka Stacked that would be ace.
I didnt know about good good until they came on hour channel, since that day im stil busy catching up on all their videos.
Guys you have to come to Australia and play at Hamilton Island golf club it is amazing 👏
Best intro ever - keep up the good work and well done Guy on putting in the extra shift
Thanks haha
You guys give me the bug again, hated the fake last few years, not getting out much, but I’ve invested in new gear, just glimpses of the old self still there, was an 11 handicap er few years ago, more like 18 now , but most importantly I’m enjoying the game because of you guys 😀😀
Hopefully a few break 75 s in Wales there is some fantastic courses down here
Jupiter, Florida is Grant's hometown. Any chance of a Collab?
Enjoyed 2022 content, thank you guys. Looking forward to 2023.
Would be nice to get Tommy and Lee back on for another challenge?
To address the ladys E-mail, why not have the ladies club champion take you on, on some of the break 75's? Maybe the odd junior as well, for the younger members of the 'clubhouse'? Behind the scenes stuff, like course maintenance and preperation for big tournements.
Just some thoughts! Keep up the good work......👏👏👏👏
Your walk was the highlight for me, that was an epic achievement. Please, please release the walk movie 🙏
If you have a chance, check out Stoneybrook Golf Club in Estero Florida!! It's my course! Plays over 7000 yards from the tips
in Tampa...my back yard...looking forward to the Florida series
What a podcast. Loved it
