"No Contact" is not a technique! It is standing for what you want by walking away from a situation that doesn't want you and allowing what you DO want to come to YOU; one way or another. It's that simple.

walk away for good. and if she calls. go for a hook up. a woman only can decide if she wanted to stop herself being as a butterfly or a hoe. time will tell. making lots of options is the best thing to do.

Mike K same.. The girl I liked and which rejected my date 2 times, watches my instagram stories as soon as she comes online :D doesn't like photos I put though. However, I found 2 new girls and I hook up with them :) feels a lot easier than having one that doesn't want you and you think only about her and then get depressive and alone etc.. I started working out more and soon I will buy book so I can learn how to become even better with women. You pick something from videos, but to learn all, you need a book. There is a free pdf version, but I prefer it on paper.

Corey has a video where he says what did she do to work things out with you? Nothing! She went to the next guy to fulfill her needs. Do you really want a woman like this? She is no good! What happens when you get married and have kids and you started having to travel for work more. Instead of working things out she goes and fucks your neighbor. This woman is no good she can’t work things out and she can’t put in effort. If you are what she wants she’d put in the effort. That is why you lose feelings for them too and not want them back. You know they betrayed you and no good to you.

And then go months without talking to someone you supposedly “love.” And then to top it off come crawling back after MONTHS of not speaking thinking you’re entitled to that persons time and accepting you back after you been with God knows who doing God knows what? Very disingenuous.

@@eulywade9745 Well, I don't want to play a devil's advocate but sometimes this kind of game is necessary. Let's say a women is attracted to a men because of his potential but in reality he is all messed up and hasn't got his life sorted. Of course she's going to distance herself but because of his potential, he's in her mind and she'll keep track of him to see if he's changed. If she comes back to him and he hasn't developed his potential, she'll dump him again. Looking from that perspective, women are actually generous by willing to make it work. That's what usually happens when women say the phrase let's be friends. If they think it was a big mistake and they really hate the guy, they'll try to run away from the guy without saying goodbye.

Guys, you could be telling a woman that you love her LIKE NO OTHER. There is NO ONE ELSE you could love. You will do anything in your power to make her happy and spill your heart out to her for 30 minutes. Yet she will look at you as nothing more as a loser. Because to a woman she is the most happy when she is supporting a "real man" and making HIM happy and then she's happy through that.
Crazy, right? But that's how it goes. Women won't support you when you're down and out, when you're going through hard times, when you're down they might even mock you, belittle you, kick you down just for jokes, just to see how much abuse you will take because you fail to embrace your masculinity. It's almost like they're teaching us a lesson to treat them worse. They DON'T WANT to be treated all sweet and lovey dovey, they get that shit from kids, and you're not a kid man. So be a man. But I still think all this shit is crazy. Like all men are finally waking up to this "programming" that these women are running on and it's beyond fucking insane. It boggles my mind.
Looking at my 8 month relationship I just failed because she started cheating in the last two months and I started getting suspicious and insecure, and even though I was right, she'd mock me, tell me I'm paranoid, and keep doing what she was doing and as time went on she had less and less time for me, less sweet names for me, less babe and babys for me, and less and less time to hang out. From 4 hour dates to 2 hour, to "she's on her way to her friend's for Mary Kay stuff" so I only have like 30 minutes, maybe 45 minutes max.
Hahahahaha, man, women are cruel. They'll chew you up and spit you out like you're a sucker. If you act weak, if you let them walk over you, if you listen to them and be nice, they will strap you up as their betch in no time as if as you've got sugar in the tank boy. And they may not literally penetrate you physically, but they'll mindfuck you so hard that you may wonder how they managed to put you in a place where you've completely let go of your manhood or masculinity and let them walk all over you like a straight betch, all in the name of love or "she's the one" or whatever else you were telling yourself when many women will throw around "I love you's" and "you are the love of my life" and "you're the one" super easily not even 2 weeks into the relationship as long as she'll know that you're the type she can manipulate saying those kinds of things. Protect your mental butthole boys, because they'll wrap you around their finger and try to penetrate away your dignity. You think I'm kidding? HAHAHAHA. Oh boy, you're in for a ride if you haven't opened your eyes yet. I will never look at women or dating or relationships and marriage the same way again. It truly is something like a battlefield, not lovey dovey hugs and kisses and pink and purple colors and smooth sailing.

Rant Therapist I know feeling man. My girl stated pulling away and she would say I’m busy or her kids came first. The whole 3 months she was talking to her ex. Because “he understood her and listen to her” but she never talked to me about her issues because she didn’t feel like it. She lied and said she only talked to him about money for the kids every Saturday for like 30 minutes. Eventually she admitted because she tells truth when she sleeping if you ask her. That she had been taking to him up to 2 hours a day. Everyday if she could and she would even use a payphone when her phone would die. If I would call her She would tell me im busy I can’t right now or my phone is about to die. She had been picking between the both of us. I told her many times girls don’t break up unless they have a back up said I don’t have anyone else nor I will never have a replacement I just have to break up with your because my kids don’t like you. But it was bs she’s going back with him because she thinks he “matured and changed” while at same time he controls her Facebook and every social media. He also installed cameras at her house so he can monitor what she does. He even threaded her before when they got separated that if she found someone else he would impelled her from her vagina. He used to beat her to point she was bloody mess. I’m so damn confused why do women do this? It’s like they like that.

I think there’s flaw in your description. You’re describing something mutual. I’ve been dumped. When a relationship ends someone is usually the dumper. One person already knows they need the other person as they don’t want to be dumped! As the dumper you’re just hoping the other person feels differently.

    • @LifelessonsHurt
      @LifelessonsHurt 5 лет назад +5

@@airindiana its all about the variables and dynamics...I broke up with my ex gf because of her non stop accusations of cheating and insecurities. I never cheated on her, and it had to do with her past issues. I am so heartbroken and want her back, but I had to stand up for myself. I gave her an ultimatum...She refused to apologize or acknowledge her behavior. Hence I am not in no contact for about a week now. I want nothing more than her to reach out to me, and apologize for her behavior...So as the dumper I am not going to apologize, and I am going to go no contact for the rest of our lives unless she reaches out. Am I wrong here?

    • @airindiana
      @airindiana 5 лет назад +2

David Guzman Not sure. In your situation mate you’re really a dumper who’s actually the dumpee. Your feelings are still there, you want her back. Your dumpee was acting (cheating) like she didn’t care about you. So regardless of who did the dumping or who wears what hat, the actions and feelings are the other way round in your case. Normally dumpers don’t care or have lost feelings and it’s us dumpees who want it back. As you fit the latter I’d stay NC myself. If she’s been cheating and treating you bad then it would be unwise to rush back anyway. If you did contact her she’d see you as not sticking to your guns and carry on viewing you with low respect. Was she upset after you dumped her? Did she try and persue you? A big alarm bell is that she wasn’t remorseful. So in essence you’re actually the dumpee.
As she’s been acting like she has low respect for you (cheating) then you need to let her live without you and sweat it out. If she’s eventually remorseful she’ll come back for some reason (when she’s miserable). I absolutely would not contact her. But these are only my thoughts, I’m far from someone in a position to give personal advice.

    • @LifelessonsHurt
      @LifelessonsHurt 5 лет назад +1

airindiana she was angry after I gave her the ultimatum. She attacked my character and started making some crazy accusations. Basically told me there is nothing to talk about and best of luck. She wasn’t remorseful at all and justified her behavior. No contact has been hell for me. Only been a week, I know...that’s nothing lol. Been hitting the gym, going to work, and trying to keep pushing forward. I suspect she is either cheating and projecting her actions onto me or she is really damaged goods. Thanks for your wisdom.

"After four months of no contact, she reached out and basically told him that she could not live without him. However, she has been hot and cold and sometimes ignores his attempts to set a date. She is also vacillating back and forth between him and another guy and is often confused. He asks what he can do to fully re-attract her and cause her to completely disengage from the other guy and choose him for good."
Well heres the thing. Once she has you she runs away, the challenge isnt there anymore. If you simply do not give a shit she will fully comeback. One of the lines I use especially when another man is involved is say "He can have you i dont care" or something to that affect. If you have the power or ability to simply walk away that drives women bonkers. The thought of not having you around will drive her mad because women get nostalgic. They want to experience that feeling that they have had before.
My advise to this guy is to just focus on your self. Go to the gym, buy yourself some new clothes, go on a couple dates with some other girls. do something for your self homie. This chick obviously doesnt value your time and effort even though she may be testing you.

Henry, one thing that I am trying to find out from Cory Wayne>>>
Literally this morning (1:20am after I had
gotten home from work), I had came across your “Proper Use Of the No
Contact Rule” by accident. I saw your video, and I must say I was really
impressed by Cory's video. I had woken up this morning and I just
couldn’t not get some rest, and go through out my day without responding to Cory's video. So here is my situation:
I had just recently February 7, 2017 had broken up with my ex
girlfriend, after a 4 1/2 year relationship. My ex and I are the same
age; which is 44 years of age. We both have no kids, and have never been
married. We both had broken up( had taken a 6 month break), from one
another before in the past. This time around though, we both had made a
mutual decision. To be quite honest with you, it was mostly on her part.
Part of me (in my mind), had disagreed with us parting ways, however, I
      had went along with it.
During our conversation (on February 7, 2014), we had agreed to be
friends(even though she somewhat did not agree with). We both also
agreed to stay FB friends as well. After February 7, I had spoken with
her (via FT), for the next 2 days, and she had told me that she can no
longer FT me again, and that she only wants to text me. February 9, 2017
was the last time I had communicated with her. 3 days after our
decision to stay FB friends, I had “blocked” her from FB; as well as
“blocked” her from Instagram. I had also put away all of my photos of
her, and locked it away in a storage.
I was contacted by one of her nephews(Jonathan), and he had told
me that she was depressed, and was playing it off to her family members
that she was content with breaking up with me, and made it seem like I
was chasing after her(even though I was the one that had “blocked” her).
For the past two weeks, I have been absolutely feeling miserable
and wanting the desire to go back to my ex. I have been going to
therapy(and counseling), for sessions on getting over my ex(since our
break up), but it seems to just not be working. I find myself not being
able to get over her. My gut feeling is NOT aligned with me being
without her in my life. I want her back, but now that I had “Blocked”
her from FB, I find myself not knowing what to do.
I had saw your video “Proper Use Of The No Contact Rule”, and saw
that he had mentioned “Scarcity with a woman, causes your value to go
up”. However, if I had “blocked” her from FB, how to I make an entrance
(slowly) back into to her life?
Her birthday 45th birthday. is coming up (April 28, 2017) was going
to mail her a birthday card, to try and break the ice. Until then, what
other way should I do in order to slowly come back into her life? March
9th will be one month after our break up. Should I attempt to add her
back as a FB friend after March 9th.
I don’t know how to approach this, and any advice or suggestions
would be great for me. Thank you for your time, and definitely looking
forward to hearing back from you.

This knowledge is so spot on. You’d think it would be as easy to apply, but insecurities always seem to set in and I end up falling right back to his videos. I met this girl that rocked my socks off, and I eventually ended up doing all of the pursuing and initiating which I believe is driving the current girl right out of liking me. I’ve recently called her out for “not trying,” thinking that would really change the outcome. This feeling sucks, but I know I’m doing it to myself.

READ THE FUCKING BOOK! basically in this situation, if she is not putting in any effort, slowly start fazing yourself out of her life, dont do it all of a sudden as she would know what's going on. slowly as in if you were texting her everyday, just do it once or twice a week asking how she is, and if she is giving one word answers you do the same and eventually get to a point where she knows youve fazed yourself out and if she wants you she will have the make the effort.

One thing or test that you guys are going to endure with a woman is her saying "why did you stop talking to me?" One thing you need to remember, you are free to do whatever the hell you want. When I was asked this question I told her that I was busy and also I that I wasn't interested in a platonic relationship. She is testing to see if she if you are going to be the same old guy that she knew. Most of you including me became weak and pursued her like crazy, so you got dropped. She will say shit like "talking to you meant everything..." Again, don't fall for it, of its platonic you aren't interested. No contact will scare her because she will never hear from you again or she meets someone else, which is a blessing because there's nothing worse than a sexless friendship with a woman that you like. Again you are not interested in a platonic relationship with her. Who cares if you hurt her feelings, its not what you want.

    • @TheArthrighteous
      @TheArthrighteous 8 лет назад +5

I'm sorry your statement has a double negative. So you wont hurt a woman's feelings if you don't give her what she wants? I'm confused. I'm pretty sure I was being clear that it has to be you the man that directs the relationship to where it is going to go. Ultimately it is your fault where the relationship heads. You are genetically the stronger sex, it is your job to be assertive and to lead. It is mainly why Corey tells everyone to use the phone to set up dates, not to chat. Standing your ground is being assertive like if she wants to be friends, but you reject it. You are being assertive. If you were to supplicate to her orders that you are better as friends, then you lose the power, and her respect.

    • @TheArthrighteous

Julio Hernandez My comment was directed towards guys who are in no contact and talking to her again. This isn't for reasonable demands in any relationship, if you are in a great relationship there is nothing wrong buying your gf for the new iphone for her birthday if she asks. This is for guys who are supplicating to a womans demands coming out of no-contact. She is going test for strength because you used to be so weak. She will resort back to how it made her feel when you stopped talking to her, as in "why did you just drop me?" This has nothing to do with reasonable demands or healthy relationships. I.E. the title of the video directly ties to my statement.

TheArthrighteous agreed. My ex gf left suddenly and I ghosted on her after pleading and trying to reason with her for a few days. Threw myself into my studies , worked out and grieved. Brutal coping with the sadness and heartache while studying in university. She texted me when I started dating 8 months post break up. By that time I could not have cared less about her. I ignored her text and she called asking me to meet up to talk. I said no there is nothing to talk about and she asked why . I said I do not love you anymore. She did not take it well.

Try telling her I want all of you, and I'm willing to give you all of me. But if you insist on friend zoning me, then introduce me to your attractive friends who are looking for action. This is one part of being helpful for a friend. And don't be shy over trying to pick up the other chicks in front of your friend zone girl. She will either agree, or not. If not, she only wants you as a backup, an orbiter. An in case of emergency guy. In that case you should treat her the same. This is a no lose situation.

I had no one to learn from as a child except a neurotic mother and an abusive alcoholic father, just like a zillion other guys. We never stop learning until the day we die, if we're doing it right. Some people laugh when I say that I learned to swim when I was 56. I just climbed my first fourteener at 57. I plan to do at least three next summer. I have no room in my life for anyone who mocks me, projects their own bs on me. I'm not dating anyone and I honestly don't care. I let them come and go. My life is awesome, except for a job that I won't miss, but at part time it gives me time to travel. Thanks for your hard won experience! Saying I wasn't giving her a chance...blah blah blah. So stupid me drove up to her house to bring her a coffee to make her feel better. I can hear Coach Corey now "C'mon man!" Lol. I was Simping at my finest....smh. I so cringe now looking back at it. Needless to say she strung me along for the next 4 months. No sex no nothing! Hopefully this coronavirus pandemic thing will come to a end , so i can continue concentrating on my purpose in life , hobbies (Karate , learn guitar), work then etc and show her that she or no other women are the only thing i am concentrating on on life , that i have my own things going on.
Hopefully their will be a Christmas work party at Christmas and this coronavirus pandemic will be over by then because i am going to make a move on her and kiss her passionately and unexpectedly while holding her in my arms, one on one in private when she's least expecting it, take the lead and really suprise her (especially as we are both shy / introvert people).
I'm still going to pursue her (flirt , be playful) , but not chase her, I'm going to let her do most of the chasing from now on and concentrate on my purpose and myself.

The more I learn and practice, the more I see myself, and it's not flattering. The other day, I thought I was just "flirting" and "having fun" with my wife, but I was totally pursuing, and it was turning her off. Once I saw that, I stopped pursuing, and let's just say the night turned out how I wanted, but not before I learned the lesson and made corrections.

Hey Coach, I just found your work last week and directly ordered the book! I got it today and just started reading it.. But i would like to hear some quick advice from you for my current situation. I got in contact with a girl over a local app (no dating app). She is looking for an apartment in my city (we are both studying here. I am 19 and she is 18) to study here. And she mentioned that she is NOT looking for someone to fuck (so no relationship either i assume), but "just for some friends to get to know some people in her new city".
Before knowing i fucked up a little and chatted too much and not making a date right away. And i also failed a test from her for sure. After watching some videos i did not contact her and after a couple of days she texted me because sth reminded her of me. I assumed that she wants to see me and asked her if she wants to get some drinks when she is in town (she lives 8 hours away). She agreed but wasnt sure when she will be here to check for apartments.
I am a little concerned that she will think of our potential date as "just some friends having drinks" -thing, since i had no clue what to do when i "met" her and probaply talked to her like a friend and beta male
PS: i am very impressed by everything you teach so far :) Great work

if anyone sees this, i want you to read one of my favorite quotes as i've written here: "You can spend hours, days, weeks or even months over-analyzing a situation; trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could have, would have happened... or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move the fuck on." Tupac Shakur hope you have an awesome day.

This is great stuff, Coach. I Minored in Psych at one of the CSU's and I just love this stuff. This is the 5th one I've watched tonight that's so powerful. :)
I'd forgotten what it was like. I've been off work for about 5 weeks trying to put my life back together after the breakup. And I'm telling 'ya, all this stuff I'm reading and constantly rereading and taking it to hearrt, has been a real blessing. I know you're not religious but I am. Fucked up because of it too. lol Everything does happen for a reason. All of this is just part of the changes I've been making in my life for the past 5 years. It's so cool to watch it unfold right before my very eyes. :) Everything happens for a reason. There are no accidents in life. I'm a firm believer of it all. :)

True love doesent need to play any power games, when you love someone and someone loves you, you can be yourself with that other person. If you play power games you can only find maybe 3 month long relationship in which you cant be yourself because you might get dumped.

Oh boy, let me tell you. You will be spilling your heart out about your "true love" for her and she would've told you that she's moving in with you, and loves you forever, and wants your kids, and you guys will never be apart. And then overnight, JUST LIKE THAT, she will be cold to you. And your confessions of love, she will look at them as a joke, she will look at you as a chump, as a boy, not a man, as someone she doesn't respect and can't feel attraction for because you are "too emotional" for her liking and therefore she doesn't feel like you're a strong enough "daddy" for her big boy.
Trust me, I used to believe in love too. I am afraid this shit is scary out here bro, love might not be a thing. I just feel dread inside because I just ended an 8 month relationship where she "loved me" and said "put a boy in me" and OH BOY, she let another man do the putting my friend, another man do the putting and the puddin'. Sigh (I just exhaled because writing this was difficult and I didn't want to write this but you catch my drift, love is most likely b.s. my friend, I wish you luck)

That is what I'm dealing with right now. She ghosted me after the 4th day, so I did the no contact rule and went 2 days without talking and she text me. I called her to set up a date and she changed the subject and now we are back to no contact.

The problem with the blanket statement of “just see other women” is that when you really care for someone you kind of force yourself on dates and aren’t as present as you should be. I’ve never heard Corey say “go no contact. Give yourself some TIME to make distance. And then go and date other women when you’re ready”.

There was a reason why society was structured the way it was for thousands of years before feminism jacked it up. Mature people with a sober eyed view of their limited life had no choice but happiness. Now we spend our best years trying every garbage way until we are washed up and full of remorse.

My lead sentence was going to be "Since the Coach didn't mention James Bond, I will." But he did mention Bond, so he destroyed my lead sentence. But back to Bond. In Casino Royale, Daniel Craig is introduced in his first role as 007. Bond goes total beta, develops the worst case of oneitis for Vesper (God, she is beautiful!), spills his guts out to her about how he feels about her, sends M an email resigning his M16 position as 007, and tells Vesper they will travel around the world together just having fun. Maybe it's my imagination, but Vesper seems to give Bond a disappointed look when he does all this. Anyway, if this can happen to James Bond, we men need to give ourselves forgiveness.

This is my exact situation with my girlfriend (ex-girlfriend now) of 2 years. Thank you for opening my eyes. Hopefully I will have a shot with her again since I really wanna be with her. But playing hard to get and that I don't care about her, specially since she's already seeing/talking to another guy is very hard.

Not going to lie, I dumped my ex and tried to come back needy 2 weeks later and it was an epic fail. She contacted me the next week wanting to be friends, I only accepted for a couple days and told her what I really wanted. 40 days past and I sent her a text about a show we use to watch and said something reminded me of her and hope you're doing well. Didn't come off as clingy or needy. She still didn't respond, but the ball is in her court. I got the advice from Brad Browning. Just thought I tried it.
