Just bought a TS3 plus and it ejects my Samsung t7. Got in touch with CalDigit and they say the device struggles with that specific SSD... for the amount of money it's incredible it can't handle a regular SSD. Wondering if the same happens with the TS4
I don't know what it is specifically but the way you talk (so calmly and relaxed), lets me really watch your videos in a smooth manner and keeps me in from beginning to end 😄
True but that depends also a lot on your laptop of choice. Most thin and light notebooks do not pull their air through the bottom so it should not be an issue when the stand has no holes. But for gaming laptops or laptops that pull the air throught the bottom it's a different story.
Really nice video as always ❤ Xiaomi Monitor Light is definitely one of the best purchases I made. I've been using it for more than 3 years now, and it's mostly great and I love it ❤ But it's definatyly not perfect. I started facing this particular issue after about 2 years of usage, the light sometimes starts dimming on it's own, but it happens like once or twice a month. Another thing that happened is the controller developed some stickyness just like a rubber-band would if you live in a city that's usually very hot.
I recently got an ASUS Oled Zenscreen portable monitor along with the ASUS Zenscreen stand, and it’s an awesome portable monitor. Great for traveling and would probably be great with the Logi Keys Anywhere
I have both the Logitech Vertical and the MX Master 3. Love them both. For tasks that require more intense work (video editing, 3d) I use the Master 3 but use the vertical at any other point!
One of the best things I ever buy is my Logitech K810 keyboard. Similar than the one you show, with backlit possibility to connect to 3 different devices, and a very nice typing feeling experience. I also use a vertical mouse like the one you show, and it’s better for your wrist, but it isn’t much easier to use as you say… you need to adapt to it ;-)
Logitech does keep his word because i have a wireles model which around 8 yo and not saying its been working since but the batteries last for more than 1.5 year for sure
Honestly, I love the logo keyboard idea but my laptop has a keyboard like that. If it isn't mechanical/changes the typing experience, I don't think I need to bring another keyboard.
I wish I could find one of two desk accessories... 1. A mechanical keyboard with a built-in, high-quality headphone DAC. Or 2. USBC docking station with a built-in high-quality headphone DAC
@@snikiturtul thanks for this! However, I've had such bad luck with drop. I've never purchased the first party product from them that I didn't have to return due to quality issues.,.
Really love your videos. About suggestions, "mechanical keyboard in short formats" reviews are always nice. Also one of the thing I'm currently desperatly looking for is a good headset for my computer with noise reduction (for exemple to reduce the noise of the cars in the street, the fan noises, AC Unit also). All of them have batteries and no one created a wired good one.
I love torras but the frost on their cases scrapes off if youre involved with any form of dirt/grime with a job or hobby. Wont be buying anymore of their cases.
I am using an entry level logitech K380 keyboard almost every day since 2020 and still haven't replaced the batteries once. What kind of sorcery is that?
@@djacks247 Go on... As far as I have seen, TB generations have introduced faster data and sometimes more features.. but I havent seen where a TB3 device has anything better than TB4 or TB5. Each generation seems to be just an upgrade in general. What does TB4 have that TB5 lacks?
personally i wouldn't recommend xiaomi lightbar at all. I brought it 3 times and it's not working after 6-7 months. and i only average using it 3-4 hours per day.
Was interested to see if they included a slot at the top of the keyboard in case i wanted to use it with a tablet and nope. .. No slot... yeah... thanks logitech but no thanks.
what da hell is wrong with apple how does it go by 15 YEARS and apple still be selling that carpel syndrome causing, ergonomic contingency of a curser in frechin 2024
Yes, I can confirm that the battery lasts for many years with those keyboards. I bought one in 2022 and still haven't changed it.
I feel bad for the guy that Logi made use that keyboard for 3 years straight until it died to get the battery life specs
😂😂😂
My logitech keyboard and mouse both died just after a year of use. what's the point of long battery. the quality is just too bad
They probably didn’t even let him get up to pee.
CalDigit TS4 was the best desk investment I’ve ever made. Serious functionality, love using it everyday.
Does it get hot? My TS3 gets extremely hot
@@BornBurmese Yeah, it gets hot. Nothing that is uncomfortable to touch, this is pretty normal for Thunderbolt devices, though.
Agreed. I’ve never had a heat failure with the TS4, something that I can’t really say about a few other similar products.

I BOUGHT THE XIAOMI LIGHTBAR AND ITS EXCEPTIONAL. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL.
I hope so for £60
I'm not even kidding when I say it saved my eyes.
Only thing to consider with the laptop stand, is there are no air holes …

I watched the whole thing and realise I’m not the target audience
Ha2 same here 😅
You are the most relaxing RUclips tech reviewer, sir. ❤🥰
I have that light bar and its absolutely excellent. Generally I love Xiaomi products for their minimal look and competetive prices
the graphics on this video are honestly amazing. I really like the xioami lightbar because the aesthetically pleasing side of it is great.
I think you'd love the LoFree Flow keyboard. I use it wired but it feels much better than the NuPhy one in the end of your video.
Really nice video as always ❤

the xiaomi lightbar is one of my essentials . i been using mine for nearly 2 years.
You almost had me there, this is the old studio. Nice finds though.
I bought a Torras case for my Iphone recently, and it's honestly pretty good for the price. It was a different design from yours tho.
Logitech does keep his word because i have a wireles model which around 8 yo and not saying its been working since but the batteries last for more than 1.5 year for sure
3:38 laptop stand looks good but there is no ventilation provision backside for laptop. It’s a drawback.
Belkin Pro Thunderbolt 4 Dock also another good option! Slightly less Thunderbolt Docs but still a very good option.
Brilliant video. Ordered everything!
Those desktop speakers are gorgeous, what is it?
Another 🔥 video well done Oli.

Great video. Cool products within the right price ranges.
Yo I put the charging stand and the light bar with the wireless knob into my cart… both of these are so dope. Great find
please make a video about this setup , i have a white room and a black desk just like yours and I need ideas to make it looks better
Subscribing because your voice is lovely 😂 and I'm looking for the best items to set up my desk
love the video man!

Can you provide a direct link to the Anker MagGo 3-in-1 Charger in black, as shown in your video? I can’t find it offered in black anywhere online?

I was today years old, when I found out I could change the colour temperature on my Xiaomi light bar 🙂
Finally the king has uploaded 🙌
Sorry to get off topic. I like your wristband on your right wrist. What is it called and whats special about il. I think IT LOOKS COOL.
very informative- thx *curious about the keyboard
I can see your gains bro. You're looking 💪
Which lockscreen wallpaper do you have on your phone ?

Hi! Nice vídeo!! Whats the name of the big dial you used at the beginning of the intro?
Your iphone screensaver looks cool. Where I can find this ?

Great Suggestions Oli !!!, C&N
The XIAOMI lightbar costs only 30 USD in China and that is really budget
Does that Mag charger do fast charging for both the watch and the phone at the same time?
But you dont mention what you're using that keyboard WITH. What's the use case? iPad?

Always love watching your videos
Any color scheme guides for a black brown desk? Got a malm from ikea
Did you upgrade your camera?!
Is that really one of the only TB4 docks? TB5 already has some devices you can buy. TB4 is last gen. These accessory makers need to catch up.
that's not how thunderbolt works. T3, T4, and T5 all have different use cases and are not neccessarily upgrades.
