    11:39 😂
I recommend calmping that then taping the bottom and sides of the crack, using the extra thin water like ca glue and some accelerator will get you right back where you were and will work incredibly well.

Wooden mitre planes with mouth closers are cool, I'd like to try and make one sometime, or at least make a small bevel down one with a closer.
A more vertical closer does seem like it would play better with hammer adjusting. At least that's what I imagine looking at pics of ones on Bill Carter's site and Stavros Gakos' videos.

I think making it more vertical is the way to go.

What an incredible amount of quality work. This is just what I am interested in and have subbed thanks to all that work.

New channel name: Eric Meyer -Dubious Maker😊. Nice work though. Dubious is, as dubious does (Forrest Gump).

Leopard fine to look at - you so correct in hard to work! Check out - Stavros Gakos - RUclips channel, he is a very talented plane maker and I think he did a similar type plane. I use some leopard in pen making, and I find it likes finishes with boiled linseed oil base. I'm sure version two will be great!

Lovely plane, Eric. But are you OK? You breathe very heavily at times.

Thank you for your concern. As far as I know it's nasal congestion. The microphone has a tendency to put it front and center and make it sound worse than it is.
