How you gonna leave out Paul Dano 🤣
It's so funny they say they are the younger versions or origins of these villians. Heath Leger was 28 when he was the joker and Cillian Murphy was 29 when he was the Scare Crow. Also Christian Bale was 30 when he was batman in 2005. Everyone in the Nolan Batman movies were younger than the Matt Reeves Batman characters.
Riddler is a twitch streamer and has his tier 3 subs doing his bidding was hilarious.
Amazing direction, wow now that's what the batman of DC comics 🦇🦇❤️🔥🔥🔥
Exactly, especially the long Halloween was a influence of the Batman 🔥🔥
man's a genius, really love his vision
No fan service cheese just full on his idea
@@farhanrasyidi what's the problem with fan service
@@royalboy850 If you need to use fan service to make your movie great then it means your terrible film maker.
@@farhanrasyidi nah, you're full of it, my gf doesn't like Batman and doesn't know anything about him, and she still enjoyed the movie as a movie
@@ChristianKnight-1054 no you guys are just hater , there is no problem in relieving nostalgic moment it feels great
That scene would’ve been sick; like mindhunter/ silence of the lambs.
Let this man make his batman and joker movie right away.
Removing that scene not only avoided the focus being taken off the riddler, but also makes that final scene so much more of a teaser. It’s hinted but never outright said it’s the joker. And that had so much more impact.
Hoping to see The Joker at the climax of this series. Nothing like saving the best for last.
That actually sounds awesome
That power being the “mafias” control being taken by the influx of new super powered villains like joker, two face, riddler, freeze and lots more. Seriously hoping for a Batman series.
I've never seen Matt Reeves Before. He looks like some kind of alternate universe commissioner Gordon.
Please No more Joker....could we please get the Court of Owls for the next one ?
There is no Batman without the joker though
@@juliamarian Exactly
@@juliamarian but there is? He has the most famous rogues gallery theres so many more characters than joker
Joker was just cameo in this movie , and pretty sure he’s being saved up for third movie as main villain - you will see lots of other villains , so calm down
Black mask and firefly would be so dope imo they would fit so well
Thanks for not putting spoilers in the title or thumbnail. I'm going to see it right now
Damn. Love reeves' passion for this film
Matt Reeves is my favorite director. He’s a genius and has so much attention to detail, he actually cares about the movies he makes.
Matt knows his stuff. What a great choice for this Batman's direction
The movie , the cast everything was perfect
Barry Keoghan a MENACE. Born for this role 😂😂😂
The way he describes his joker sounds a lot like the Joker version
Brilliant movie and a very cool starting off point for much more of the rogues gallery to appear in future flicks.
This is amazing. The film was amazing. Can’t wait for part 2 and 3. So much growth and character development is about be jam packed into this great cast.
Love how upfront and transparent he’s about everything
That laugh was even less creepier than Leto's 😐
Just imagine when joker was born he didn't cry he laughed
He's got a great vision and given the freedom to do it.
"Riddle me this - the less of them you have, the more one is worth."
This film was crazy, tense, really gets the blood pumping
Yess especially the scene with coulson , that had me on the edge of my seat man
I’m glad to have heard Reeves’ reasoning and can’t wait to see the deleted scene.
He should’ve waited until the 3rd movie to bring Joker in.
Agree its soon we need to get more underrated villians
Setting him up for the finale most likely
Wow, I'm amazed by how he explained his idea about the unnamed arkham prisoner. He's really passionate.
Can't wait to see Barry Keoghan play the Joker
the whole 'shooting fake scenes with Barry as a cop' thing works on a meta level, since the Joker has often disguised himself as a police officer (his first appearance, the Nolan movie, the Gotham TV show, "The Batman" cartoon, etc.)
Matt Reeves looks like Commissioner Gordon
His Joker sounds like he'd be an insane adaptation
This is the best Batman movie by far. Different take on Batman. He’s still learning, he’s more emotional, and he isn’t pulling his punches.
Even though you can't clearly see his face, this has potential to be the most comic accurate Joker look...
Phoenix has a laughing problem.
Keoghan has a smiling problem.
hes literally describing the joaquin phoenixs joker with the congenial laugh condition thing for his own joker and acting like its his idea
Whos here after the deleted scene. So disturbing!!
He seems very passionate, which is encouraging.
Personally wasn't a fan of him leaving that scene in at the end. Its something that goes better unsaid, because we've come to know the Gotham underground world and the power struggle for it. Catwoman's warning was enough for me but overall loved this interpretation.
