Hi so i'll be doing this for 3 days( I am litterly writing this comment after completing halfly day 1 cause i am tired and u am resting to catch my breath) Day 1: kinda tough specially those side planks but done ✔️ Day2:went pretty well was easier than day 1 and I do see some results so done aswell✔️ Day3:today was the last day but believe me or not IT WORKED!!! I am soo happy with the results hope ya'll also bw able to do it it's challenging but it works Results✅:compared to day 1 mg stomach is very much flat and my waistline also seems defined and overall I also lost weight like around 1 and a half kg
Oki starting from today will be updating if it works or not Day 1: completed day one, this exercise is not for beginners but over all i did okay. The plank and crunches were hard for me tho. I see a lil bit difference between my before and after but lets see what happens on day 4🌝 *tip if you don't do exercises as often like me then you should take breaks in between* Day 2: done with day 2, i can see some difference but i think it will take me a week to fully get the shape i want but it could be cuz i am not on a diet or eating more healthy food. This tiring but hopefully the results are going to be amazing will be stopping this exercise if it didn't resulted in 3 to 4 days cuz the title says the in 3 days '_' , will be updating tomorrow guys! Day 3: done day 3, hmmm can't say that i can see the difference but its a lil better then before but not like how it showed in the video. The changes are not as urgent as it shows i think to get these type of results you will have to do this exercise for at least a week. This is my opinion and if you want to then you can try this but i am quiting this exercise, byeee!

Ok hiii so I’ve been doing this workout and I can say it truly does help Day 1✅- Complete I can’t see too much of a difference but my bloating definitely went down a little Day 2✅-Completedd ok so my stomach look flatter and my waist is getting a little slimmer which is so amazingg Day3✅- done my stomach look flatter and a little bit of definition is coming through Day 4✅- I antes to do this for a regular workout routine not just three days and I can sad it is amazing flatter and slimmer stomach I did change my diet I used to get up early and eat more than needed and have snacks. But I cut that and tried to have abt 1-2 meals a day with limited snacks if not none. This workout is great and helped alottt. So I hope it works for you💕

Day 2: Done ✅. my stomach became a bit more flatter but not really like i still have a big tummy but it went down a little and my legs are so sore and my legs hurt smmm. Day 3: Done ✅. Kinda easy and i lost 0.7kg but i did alot of other workouts so yeahhh i kinda recommend this. Results: Lost 0.7kg and did alot of other workouts (i was motivated by music).

Guys every body is different so don't judge the video. Her body start losing weight faster but your don't so be patient this exercise will definitely work but be consistent

I'll try this workout for 3 days to see if it works and I'll write the updates If the results are good I'll maybe do it for another 3 days DAY 1: I did it,my stomach feels like it'll melt away but it's burns so that's good,also I the side planks were pretty hard for me but I tried my best little update: I actually did this workout two times today(in the morning and evening),it was definitely easier the second time ,probably bc I only did 30sec plank insted of 1min but I still felt the burning DAY 2: I did the exercises for 2nd day and tbh they were kinda easier ,my stomach did hurt and burn quite a lot but in a good way? Overall it was easier than yesterday lil' update again: did it twice today as well (morning and now before bed) ,I definitely feel the burn especially in my upper abdominal area but it was much much easier than earlier today which is great ,I'll see how it'll be tomorrow. Also I'll probably do it for a few more days to actually see better results especially since my period started and I'm usually a bitt heavier during that time but oh well DAY 3: just did the day 3 exercises and they were kinda hard but really manageable although I didn't really do bird-dog thing correctly bc I kept falling over lol,but I tried the best I could. Hey y'all so i started from the mountain climbers to the bridges 2 days ago (i couldn't sleep) i did 40 of each.Today i went into the bathroom i stared at the mirror & i lost weight ( this didn't take 30 mins to do...) & my waist got smaller...you can see the difference,i was shaped like a square because i was putting on weight...anyway this is just to say that this works,try to stay consistent & THIS HURTS ASH but when you're done its cool just did this a second time (it's easier than the first time).

day 1: abs hurt sm, easy to follow but it took 20 minutes to complete, excluding breaks (including - 25 min) day 2: easier, took 18 minutes including breaks, my hips hurt for some reason so i had to do mountain climbers slowly, but that made my abs hurt

I tried this and it does kinda work but it depends on the food you eat. I did it and i only notice that my stomach did only go down a little but reccomend bc it does actually work.

Hi so i'll be doing this for 3 days( I am litterly writing this comment after completing halfly day 1 cause i am tired and u am resting to catch my breath)
Day 1: kinda tough specially those side planks but done ✔️
Day2:went pretty well was easier than day 1 and I do see some results so done aswell✔️
Day3:today was the last day but believe me or not IT WORKED!!! I am soo happy with the results hope ya'll also bw able to do it it's challenging but it works
Results✅:compared to day 1 mg stomach is very much flat and my waistline also seems defined and overall I also lost weight like around 1 and a half kg
If you want better results continue this everyday and tada

Day 1: completed day one, this exercise is not for beginners but over all i did okay. The plank and crunches were hard for me tho. I see a lil bit difference between my before and after but lets see what happens on day 4🌝 *tip if you don't do exercises as often like me then you should take breaks in between*
Day 2: done with day 2, i can see some difference but i think it will take me a week to fully get the shape i want but it could be cuz i am not on a diet or eating more healthy food. This tiring but hopefully the results are going to be amazing
will be stopping this exercise if it didn't resulted in 3 to 4 days cuz the title says the in 3 days '_' , will be updating tomorrow guys!
Day 3: done day 3, hmmm can't say that i can see the difference but its a lil better then before but not like how it showed in the video. The changes are not as urgent as it shows i think to get these type of results you will have to do this exercise for at least a week. This is my opinion and if you want to then you can try this but i am quiting this exercise, byeee!

Ok hiii so I’ve been doing this workout and I can say it truly does help
Day 1✅- Complete I can’t see too much of a difference but my bloating definitely went down a little
Day 2✅-Completedd ok so my stomach look flatter and my waist is getting a little slimmer which is so amazingg
Day3✅- done my stomach look flatter and a little bit of definition is coming through
Day 4✅- I antes to do this for a regular workout routine not just three days and I can sad it is amazing flatter and slimmer stomach
I did change my diet I used to get up early and eat more than needed and have snacks. But I cut that and tried to have abt 1-2 meals a day with limited snacks if not none. This workout is great and helped alottt. So I hope it works for you💕

Day 1: Done ✅. i had a bloated stomach but after this workout my stomach became a bit flat.
Day 2: Done ✅. my stomach became a bit more flatter but not really like i still have a big tummy but it went down a little and my legs are so sore and my legs hurt smmm.
Day 3: Done ✅. Kinda easy and i lost 0.7kg but i did alot of other workouts so yeahhh i kinda recommend this.
Results: Lost 0.7kg and did alot of other workouts (i was motivated by music).

DAY 1: I did it,my stomach feels like it'll melt away but it's burns so that's good,also I the side planks were pretty hard for me but I tried my best
little update: I actually did this workout two times today(in the morning and evening),it was definitely easier the second time ,probably bc I only did 30sec plank insted of 1min but I still felt the burning
DAY 2: I did the exercises for 2nd day and tbh they were kinda easier ,my stomach did hurt and burn quite a lot but in a good way? Overall it was easier than yesterday
lil' update again: did it twice today as well (morning and now before bed) ,I definitely feel the burn especially in my upper abdominal area but it was much much easier than earlier today which is great ,I'll see how it'll be tomorrow. Also I'll probably do it for a few more days to actually see better results especially since my period started and I'm usually a bitt heavier during that time but oh well
DAY 3: just did the day 3 exercises and they were kinda hard but really manageable although I didn't really do bird-dog thing correctly bc I kept falling over lol,but I tried the best I could. I possibly will add more days to this if I find time
Soo I took a break for 3 days and I'm doing it again,idk for how many days now,maybe 4 or more ,I'll see
DAY 4: I just did the "day 1" exercises and it wasn't as hard,definitely did feel the burn but all in all,great, also my abbs are now slightly visible ,when it comes to weight I was 48.76kg on day 1 and now I'm 48.05 so it's been good but I am willing to loose more before New Year at least
DAY 5: I did the exercises for day 2 and it way really easy and I still felt great burning in my stomach ,especially the upper part. I've realized that it's getting easier day by day so that's great
DAY 6: I just did the day 3 exercises and was really easy tbh,except the bird dog thing bc my balance isn't good lol,but I tried. Also I checked my weight,before the workout and it was 47.70kg !!which I'm really really happy about
DAY 7: I just did the day 1 exercises and it was really easy and soo much easier than on the first day. I have checked my weight earlier this morning and it was 47.30kg which in just amazing but I'm definitely going to continue workout for a few more days until I get my desired results

Day2 -✅ I was kinda tired but imma add another workout with it! My legs hurts the most
Day3 -✅ I was pretty sick but I still did it I may add some more days to have more results but my legs and hands still hurt and today I had some results!
Day4 -✅ I was super sick but I still did it and yesterday I ate so unhealthy so I decided I’ll add 3-4 more days! And today my back and hands and legs extremely hurt please remind me for day 5!

How many times in a day
Maybe its because you were sick, sometimes medication can have a little weight gain, plus your diet. Try it again when you're feeling better n update!

Hey y'all so i started from the mountain climbers to the bridges 2 days ago (i couldn't sleep) i did 40 of each.Today i went into the bathroom i stared at the mirror & i lost weight ( this didn't take 30 mins to do...) & my waist got smaller...you can see the difference,i was shaped like a square because i was putting on weight...anyway this is just to say that this works,try to stay consistent & THIS HURTS ASH but when you're done its cool just did this a second time (it's easier than the first time).
Day 1 : kinda hard but easy at the same time ( I did this in the morning and after noon ) ❤
Day 2 : kinda sore but less pain fulll alr saw the weight loss comming ( I did it morning and night ) ( lost 2kg so farrrrr almost 3kg ) ❤❤
Day 3 :I did it it was easier like ALOTTT MORE EASY ( this works I lost 2.6kg-4kg ) I did this 2 times a day morning and afternoon also I controlled my eating didint eat sugars ❤❤❤❤ 10/10 recommended

day 1: abs hurt sm, easy to follow but it took 20 minutes to complete, excluding breaks (including - 25 min)
day 2: easier, took 18 minutes including breaks, my hips hurt for some reason so i had to do mountain climbers slowly, but that made my abs hurt

you can't expect them to give results in 3 days, sometimes the advertising is misleading but it also depends on your metabolism and how you eat

I advise u to follow Chloe ting , Pamella and Lilly sabri's workouts I really love them !
