    I did the first day so far and my bloating went down SOOOOO MUCH !!! will be updating !
    edit 1 Completely forgot to update this but i kept doing it for about a week after the first day and my belly was drastically flatter and my waist looked more defined! Definitely reccomend this!!!

      @@Holaa_223 Heyy!! I just did this workout one time in a day. During the mountain climbers, I increased the no. to 40 times each leg. I have a really normal diet too, and wasn't cutting back so I was very surprised with my results.

    gonna be doing this 🤞
    Day 1: Done ✔️, i did this on an empty stomach, my stomach is def a bit flatter,, i can already see faint abs but that’s because i already had abs before but i stopped working out, but after doing this they’re kinda showing a tiny bit more
    Day 2: Done ✔️ My abs are showing a bit more, today’s workout was super easy, and again im doing it on an empty stomach
    Day 3: Done ✔️ My abs are showing way more, my waist is slimmer and my stomach is flatter
    Results: my waist was 61cm -> 58cm now
    >I already had abs before but they kind of fainted bc i stopped working out, so this workout helped show them more, idk id you’ll have the same results if you’re a complete beginner.
    > I wasnt on any diet i just ate wtv.
    >i did this workout before breakfast and on an empty stomach.

    I’ve tried so many videos and this is my 3rd day using 5is video and I RECOMMEND IT, IT WORKS REALLY WELL (I did 3 sets a day and my results were really good! I still had a bit of bloating but saw a difference!)

    кто щас тоже это делает удачи!
    1 день: ✅я сделала было довольно тяжело но я справилась.Результат немного виден надеюсь что завтра будет лучше!
    2 день: ✅ я сделала это и я очень рада, скажу так результат немного виден чему я очень рада. Сегодня было немного легче чем вчера.
    3 день:✅ я сделала два подхода и было очень тяжело так как у меня болел пресс, что могу сказать по поводу этой тренеровки она очень хорошая всем советую!! за три дня вы реально похудеете.Так как я увидела очень хороший результат то я буду продолжать ещё 7 дней я буду вписывать сюда свои результаты.
    4 день: ✅ было уже легко выполнять упражнения, я в шоке с результата😳
    5 день: ✅ сегодня перед тренировкой выпила воду с лимоном и вроде как живот стал таким как я хотела! но буду выполнять упражнения еще 2 дня. Результаты буду вписывать и извините если с опозданием!😮‍💨
    6 день: ✅ я сделала на ночь было трудно так как болел сильно пресс но это уже прогресс! посмотрим что будет завтра утром
    7 день: ✅ АААА Я ПРОСТО В ШОКЕ С РЕЗУЛЬТАТА ЧЕСТНО ГОВОРЮ😭
    так буду делать ещё эти 7 дней до школы
    8 день:✅ сделала 1 подход утром 2 в обед и 3 вечером все хорошо проходит!!

    Day 1: i feel like my abdomen and my belly is kinda burning
    Day 2: wow, I've seen a little bit of change and im happy

    Hi so i'll be doing this for 3 days( I am litterly writing this comment after completing halfly day 1 cause i am tired and u am resting to catch my breath)
    Day 1: kinda tough specially those side planks but done ✔️
    Day2:went pretty well was easier than day 1 and I do see some results so done aswell✔️
    Day3:today was the last day but believe me or not IT WORKED!!! I am soo happy with the results hope ya'll also bw able to do it it's challenging but it works
    Results✅:compared to day 1 mg stomach is very much flat and my waistline also seems defined and overall I also lost weight like around 1 and a half kg

    Oki starting from today will be updating if it works or not
    Day 1: completed day one, this exercise is not for beginners but over all i did okay. The plank and crunches were hard for me tho. I see a lil bit difference between my before and after but lets see what happens on day 4🌝 *tip if you don't do exercises as often like me then you should take breaks in between*
    Day 2: done with day 2, i can see some difference but i think it will take me a week to fully get the shape i want but it could be cuz i am not on a diet or eating more healthy food. This tiring but hopefully the results are going to be amazing
    will be stopping this exercise if it didn't resulted in 3 to 4 days cuz the title says the in 3 days '_' , will be updating tomorrow guys!
    Day 3: done day 3, hmmm can't say that i can see the difference but its a lil better then before but not like how it showed in the video. The changes are not as urgent as it shows i think to get these type of results you will have to do this exercise for at least a week. This is my opinion and if you want to then you can try this but i am quiting this exercise, byeee!

    Ok hiii so I’ve been doing this workout and I can say it truly does help
    Day 1✅- Complete I can’t see too much of a difference but my bloating definitely went down a little
    Day 2✅-Completedd ok so my stomach look flatter and my waist is getting a little slimmer which is so amazingg
    Day3✅- done my stomach look flatter and a little bit of definition is coming through
    Day 4✅- I antes to do this for a regular workout routine not just three days and I can sad it is amazing flatter and slimmer stomach
    I did change my diet I used to get up early and eat more than needed and have snacks. But I cut that and tried to have abt 1-2 meals a day with limited snacks if not none. This workout is great and helped alottt. So I hope it works for you💕

    trying this for 3 days
    Day 1: Done ✅. i had a bloated stomach but after this workout my stomach became a bit flat.
    Day 2: Done ✅. my stomach became a bit more flatter but not really like i still have a big tummy but it went down a little and my legs are so sore and my legs hurt smmm.
    Day 3: Done ✅. Kinda easy and i lost 0.7kg but i did alot of other workouts so yeahhh i kinda recommend this.
    Results: Lost 0.7kg and did alot of other workouts (i was motivated by music).

    Day 1: completed I'm exhausted but done
    Day 2: I just finnished doing the workout I gotta say I am really tired a little less than yesterday but still tired I think I notice some difference but I think I will do this workout at least a week to get fully in shape I will try to eat less and to eat healthier to get better results bye see you tomorrow
    Day 3: I just completed day 3 I'm exhausted my abs are so sore but I finnally finnished I really see a big difference since I started I am going to continue doing this workout 3 or 4 more days to see more change and get fully in shape I'll come tomorrow bye

    day 1:it was kinda difficult and i'm obviously not seeing any changes
    day2: not seeing any changes and i'm really sore😖
    day3: guys this actually works i see a MAJOR change in my stomach!!! i'm actually so happy with the results i'm feeling so much better about myself. i'm gonna do this for 3 more days and tell you guys what happens!!💗

    Guys every body is different so don't judge the video. Her body start losing weight faster but your don't so be patient this exercise will definitely work but be consistent

    day 1: burns a bit and im a bit sore but its easy for me coz i do these kind of exercises. Im gonna do this twice everyday.
    day 2: Done very easily!
    day 3: Done but wasn't eager to do it and there's barely any noticeable changes. I'll maybe to this till I see changes.

    I'll try this workout for 3 days to see if it works and I'll write the updates
    If the results are good I'll maybe do it for another 3 days
    DAY 1: I did it,my stomach feels like it'll melt away but it's burns so that's good,also I the side planks were pretty hard for me but I tried my best
    little update: I actually did this workout two times today(in the morning and evening),it was definitely easier the second time ,probably bc I only did 30sec plank insted of 1min but I still felt the burning
    DAY 2: I did the exercises for 2nd day and tbh they were kinda easier ,my stomach did hurt and burn quite a lot but in a good way? Overall it was easier than yesterday
    lil' update again: did it twice today as well (morning and now before bed) ,I definitely feel the burn especially in my upper abdominal area but it was much much easier than earlier today which is great ,I'll see how it'll be tomorrow. Also I'll probably do it for a few more days to actually see better results especially since my period started and I'm usually a bitt heavier during that time but oh well
    DAY 3: just did the day 3 exercises and they were kinda hard but really manageable although I didn't really do bird-dog thing correctly bc I kept falling over lol,but I tried the best I could. I possibly will add more days to this if I find time
    Soo I took a break for 3 days and I'm doing it again,idk for how many days now,maybe 4 or more ,I'll see
    DAY 4: I just did the "day 1" exercises and it wasn't as hard,definitely did feel the burn but all in all,great, also my abbs are now slightly visible ,when it comes to weight I was 48.76kg on day 1 and now I'm 48.05 so it's been good but I am willing to loose more before New Year at least
    DAY 5: I did the exercises for day 2 and it way really easy and I still felt great burning in my stomach ,especially the upper part. I've realized that it's getting easier day by day so that's great
    DAY 6: I just did the day 3 exercises and was really easy tbh,except the bird dog thing bc my balance isn't good lol,but I tried. Also I checked my weight,before the workout and it was 47.70kg !!which I'm really really happy about
    DAY 7: I just did the day 1 exercises and it was really easy and soo much easier than on the first day. I have checked my weight earlier this morning and it was 47.30kg which in just amazing but I'm definitely going to continue workout for a few more days until I get my desired results
    I'm just gonna keep track here bc it's easier, for myself
    I took a three day break, On Saturday morning I weighted myself and I was 46,90kg which made me so so so haply honest ,however I did gain some weight over weekends bc I had some celebrationa but that's ok
    DAY 8: I did the day 1 exercised (again on accident bc I kinda lost track ,oops) and it was really really easy,even the side planks ,they were soo easy this time
    DAY 9: I just did the day 2 exercise and my God it was so easy,much much easier than before ,also I won't be checking my weight every day now ,only on certain days

    i had tried the mountain climbers and my legs became bulky so i stopped it. maybe cuz im heavy if thin people do this it will really target their stomach

    Doing this for 4-5 days!
    Day1 -✅was so easy! I think it’s gonna work? So I’ll try to do it for 1 week and I’ll probably have a diet?
    Day2 -✅ I was kinda tired but imma add another workout with it! My legs hurts the most
    Day3 -✅ I was pretty sick but I still did it I may add some more days to have more results but my legs and hands still hurt and today I had some results!
    Day4 -✅ I was super sick but I still did it and yesterday I ate so unhealthy so I decided I’ll add 3-4 more days! And today my back and hands and legs extremely hurt please remind me for day 5!
    Day5 -🚫 gave up because I gained weight instead of losing.

      Maybe its because you were sick, sometimes medication can have a little weight gain, plus your diet. Try it again when you're feeling better n update!

    День 1✔ сделала всего лишь 1 раз было немножко больно. Результатов нет пока что
    День 2 Не сделала так как домой пришли гости и было очень много дел.

    Hey y'all so i started from the mountain climbers to the bridges 2 days ago (i couldn't sleep) i did 40 of each.Today i went into the bathroom i stared at the mirror & i lost weight ( this didn't take 30 mins to do...) & my waist got smaller...you can see the difference,i was shaped like a square because i was putting on weight...anyway this is just to say that this works,try to stay consistent & THIS HURTS ASH but when you're done its cool just did this a second time (it's easier than the first time).

    Day 2 : kinda sore but less pain fulll alr saw the weight loss comming ( I did it morning and night ) ( lost 2kg so farrrrr almost 3kg ) ❤❤
    Day 3 :I did it it was easier like ALOTTT MORE EASY ( this works I lost 2.6kg-4kg ) I did this 2 times a day morning and afternoon also I controlled my eating didint eat sugars ❤❤❤❤ 10/10 recommended

    day 1: abs hurt sm, easy to follow but it took 20 minutes to complete, excluding breaks (including - 25 min)
    day 2: easier, took 18 minutes including breaks, my hips hurt for some reason so i had to do mountain climbers slowly, but that made my abs hurt

      you can't expect them to give results in 3 days, sometimes the advertising is misleading but it also depends on your metabolism and how you eat

      @@minsuga20 There are many videos of workouts ... Just eat more healthy food , more water , sleep well .
      I advise u to follow Chloe ting , Pamella and Lilly sabri's workouts I really love them !
