Space Station 13 is a game that you're not going to understand unless you play. It's not a game you can learn by watching or reading, and it is a game you certainly won't master in your first day, week or month. Space station 13 is one of the most insane experiences of my life, a game that has occupied my time for over a decade now. Space station 13 is the roguelike of roguelikes for me, the most wonderful piece of human created madness, and certainly on equal footing with dwarf fortress in terms of sheer complexity. Please join in as I embark again, for just another day on space station 13.

I’ve been practicing law for over 10 years. Can verify, this is the single worst reenactment of the practice of law I’ve ever seen, “space law” or otherwise. First, no one threw a single piece of rotten fruit throughout the entire proceedings. So there’s that.

I don't know about Tex's skills as a lawyer, but with those filibuster skills he'd be a great congressman.
Tex broke the first three rules of being a lawyer. He didn't arrange payment, he didn't get an agreement for payment, and he didn't get a payment.
I feel like demanding payment from a wizard may be a tactical blunder. Especially BEFORE the flame thrower is equipped.

I always wished /tg/station had the audible gasp/dying sound effect to help make it clear when people are in critical status. Just made it a lot easier to be aware that someone's in trouble nearby, and it's one of many things I like about Goon.

Absolutely beautiful, someday: I will have kids, and I'll show them Papa Tex's wacky weird adventures as a space owl with a degree in LAW.
As a part time space owl. I feel that my rights are being infringed upon by unconstitutional laws. I do not need a license to snort cocaine and angel dust off a unregistered catgirl's buttocks. Also it's perfectly okay to hunt clowns with a plasma caster. A plasma caster is just a flamethrower that blasts its targets with superheated, ionized hydrogen gas.

As any good lawyer knows, flamethrowers are not considered firearms in the U.S., but tools for defoliation and pest-control purposes.
You don't need any sort of license to own one or even make your own. Hell, you can even walk down the street with one as long as you're not menacing anybody. Just like a hammer.
(Disclaimer: this is at the federal level. They're illegal in Maryland [MD. Criminal Law Code Ann. § 4-503 (2020)] and California makes you get a license and pay like $500 for a permit from the State Fire Marshall [AB-1949 Explosives: flamethrowing devices.])
