      My boy is a month and a half and I’ve been depressed and worried this entire past month. In the beginning I would cry randomly and never leave his side. Now I’m a little better but still very worried for him and leaving him scares the hell out of me😞

    • @gigicolada
      @gigicolada Год назад +2

      For me it really doesn’t have anything to do with my baby besides he keeps me up at night and I’m tired. That’s just physical though. If anything I just feel like he’d be better off with someone else raising him because I don’t feel good enough most days.

    How long does postpartum depression last?

    • @diannashafershafer5601
      @diannashafershafer5601 3 года назад +4

      I had postpartum depression diagnosed in my daughters 1 year she is seven now. I think it can last different amounts of time for different people but the after math is still with me I'm in therapy now once weekly to learn better coping skills and how to control my anxiety and guilt. It definitely gets easier with time though. You will start to feel like yourself again slowly
