This is wonderful!! And I love your app. This and all your exercises are helping me get back on my feet after 2 back surgeries, and helping me staying on my feet. After training in martial arts for 30 years I was not getting the help I needed after the second surgery now that I'm 78. I literally fell into you and your website and your app. I am deeply grateful. You and your app have saved me.

LOVE knowing the WHY--Best videos ever! - I'm thinking my quads are way more developed than my hamstrings- so I'm having chronic knee issues. Should have started Romanian deadlifts long ago to balance things out. Better late than never.

Coach E, this is so good! In all my years as a personal trainer, I have never heard someone cue a bridge starting in PPT then extending into neutral - but it makes so much sense! The order of the exercises sets your brain up to figure this out. Thx!

Excellent video. Detailed, to the point and no fluff. I've been told by my chiropractor that my glutes have a tendency to not fire correctly when they should during certain movements. I'll try these exercises to see if they help. Thank you!

In other videos you mentioned the "skinny foot" which has helped me night and day in activating my glutes, especially during deadlift. When I walk around , I center my pelvic tilt and suddenly now I'm feeling my glutes as I focus on skinny foot while walking. I had been walking entirely on my big toe and heel and with my other toes it's like my posterior chain is beginning to work again. Anterior pelvic tilt was a huge contributor to why my glutes couldn't contract. I've been sorting so many issues on my own and don't trust most doctors, I'm hypermobile and not all fields of medicine understand the movements of a body with EDS.. But I'm coming to really trust your channel and the ROM Coach app. I can't thank you and your team enough for helping me move forward with more confidence in what I'm attempting to do. The research you provide in the beginning confirms soo much.
This hip knee dissociation is GOLDEN. In the room coach app if I search for dissociations will I be able to pull them all up ? With the hypermobility, I've found these dissociations to be an absolute necessity for everything that I by nature hyper extend.

This is so good and just what I need! I followed along once and I don't remember having this much glute awareness ever, and of course my knee feels better. Is this routine good to do everyday? Multiple times a day? Thanks, Coach!

Useful information thanks. Would you utilise similar pelvic protocol for single leg hip bridging ? Presume degree of hamstring glute activation/ utilisation also determined by how far feet are positioned from your butt ?

100% yes mine do, I feel the supposed "glute bridge" 100% in the hamstrings.

Thank you Eric. I appreciate all that you share with us, including the "why". When doing the donkey kick, I can easily contract my glutes, but not my quads. Any suggestions?
