This is exactly what I need right now. I'm 48 and still squatting, deadlifting, and doing yoga but if I run for more than a few hundred meters I feel something like a torn Achilles. Then after a few days of rest its fine.
Coach E: thank you for important information, clear instructions and helpful demonstrations. For Susan and others, here are are few shoes to look at: Lems, Feelmax, Xero, Ahinsa and Vibram.
Thank you, Eric. There are so many experts here on RUclips some good some bad.. I have always had excellent results following your suggestions. I have purchased several of your courses also. Really appreciate what you are doing. Thank you.

Hi Coach Eric and PM Team. I don't have plantar fasciitis or overpronation. I'm retired and love a refresh of my training in massage therapy. Heal to toe acupressure resolved my hot tired feet in school. I'll check your videos on supination and imbalance.

Love this video, just not happy that I am unable to see you in person. You are top notch. I also have chronic piriformis causing nerve pain in both feet, would this be OK to do this video along with your piriformis video. I need help desperately and finding a good physical therapist is like find a needle in a haystack in the states. I would like to do your piriformis video but I also have flexible flat feet causing pain in the arches and balls of the feet and I would like to do this video as well. You are the best and I agree with you that stretching is not the answer to resolving pain.
Hi, and thanks for watching. It is ok to do the exercises in both videos. Do them 2 - 3 times weekly for at least 4 weeks, and let us know how it goes. Let us know if you have any more questions :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM

Great video - - What are your thoughts on eccentric heel lowering? My personal experience was what I attributed to accelerated improvement. I still do this. You did not mention in video so I'm curious why? Soooo glad I finally got over plantar fascitis-- left foot only. I guess I was lucky - only four horrible months. Now I maintain every day. NOt happening again!

I only have control of downward press of my big toe, on one foot. Can’t lift it at all, or my other toes much more. I also can’t lift my foot more than 30°, but when this all happened, I couldn’t hardly lift it at all. But it’s been 10yrs since
Hi and thanks for sharing that. It's not uncommon and you will improve with time and practice. Do the exercises 2 - 3 times weekly and keep us posted on your progress :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM
Great question. We typically recommend footwear that has a neutral last, a wide toebox, and minimal construction. Let us know if you have any more questions :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM
As an older person with stability issues, it would be helpful if you showed the reverse lunge exercises in a way that an older person can do. If I tried to do those last few, I would fall over! lol Thank you for this helpful video. 😊
Hi, and thanks for the suggestion. In the meantime, feel free to contact nearby sturdy objects for support and let us know how it goes. You can also modify the exercise to suit your unique capabilities so you don't fall over. Talk to you soon :) - Coach Joshua, Team PM

Keen to try this. Manage to escape PF for about a year, but it has recently decided to start rearing its ugly head again. Do you think tight calves play a part in PF pain?

Doc, is it applicable for PF caused by bone spur?
Yup!
I only have control of downward press of my big toe, on one foot. Can’t lift it at all, or my other toes much more. I also can’t lift my foot more than 30°, but when this all happened, I couldn’t hardly lift it at all. But it’s been 10yrs since
But I have never had much to any of an arch in either of my feet
