Warren you are the hardest working man I have seen via your videos,it would be nice for you to be able to catch up on your other work back in your workshop and take some time out as well,Great videos.
Appreciate the extra effort you put in to making these videos.. I’m a 56yr old Kiwi mechanic and learn something off every video you make. Cheers for that Warren 🍻
Thanks for all the extra effort in producing videos for us to watch Warren. I, for one, certainly appreciate it. You'll get the audio figured out, but in the meantime, it isn't all that bad anyway.
You sure run into some issues with the equipment. Looked like they stop that hay squeeze in time and didn’t cause more trouble by running it, caught a nice break on that one. Thanks for the ride along, you know it’s hot when Warren strips the coveralls off, enjoyed watching, appreciate you young man.
Agreed. Excellent stuff. I'm going to go back to the non-members and try and encourage them to join. For me, it's about supporting you, and I can not understand why more folk don't do that?
Sounds crazy, but I sometimes have a hard time sleeping. I just put on some of your videos and it chills me out and I pass out. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying your content is boring, quite the opposite. I'm a total petrolhead and aerospace engineer, this is interesting. It's just therapeutic to me 😅. This is the easiest way to learn about heavy machinery because the way you teach us what's going on makes sense. Keep up the good work. ! 💪
Hello Warren I was watching one of your videos from 4 years back. Your son was helping out. I can imagine working with you must be hard. You are used to working alone. You have your own tempo. You have a vast repository of knowledge. I can imagine you having a level if impatience if anyone is not going quite as fast as you are used to? None of this is criticism, not at all. Tell you what, though. Watching you working with your son was really cool.......there's something about that picture, that dynamic. I truly hope Warren, that some really positive stuff comes along for you and your family, I really do.
Great video Warren really enjoy your videos from the hay wagon to the hay squeeze. Glad you were able to readjust the valve train and get it back up and running again. Thanks for sharing stay safe Warren.
Thank You for sharing what You can Warren. The broken axle was no mystery but why would that cummins spit out a valve bridge after a year in service ? Anyway, Best Wishes to You, Your Family and Friends.
Looks like I’m 3 months late to the party. I’ve always had luck putting a piece of pipe in the broken side and knocking the broken piece into the pipe so it doesn’t end up in the basement. Only if it’s a clean break. Keep up the great work and videos!
Hi Warren best wishes love your comments best wishes from Galway Ireland cheers Declan hope the summer went well best wishes and best of health to you on the road👍👍🙏🙏🖐️🖐️
Squeeze driver should have been helping. Great teaching moment. I don't like the smell of diesel, but I'll take it any day over 90W! Glad it wasn't a valve seat.
Do not miss axle cone wedges. Always wondered why they don't make the end of the axle smash pad extend past the damn studs so you can't booger up the threads with the sledge hammer. Or even better, don't use the wedges at all. Eaton made do without them just fine. C'mon Rockwell.
Nice job Warren on the hay squeeze, just a bunch of adjustments and got her going down the road. Glad to see your busy. Paying the bi!!s. See ya in the next one. You'll get the audio fix, have a great one.
Had those valve rotators collapse on those QSL’s before. Started with a misfire after a valve set and pulled it all apart to discover that. Very strange
Thank You Warren. Here's one. John Deer 6610R eating the big 12v battery. The engineer (exchange parts bod) is coming ever 2 months and putting new battery on the tractor. Madness. They won't check stuff.
@@martinharper5112 It obviously has an amp draw with key off. All they have to do is put an inductive ammeter on it and pull fuses 1 at a time until the draw goes away to identify which circuit it is on.
Hey Fan here from the uk! Here is some help with your camera I too use GoPro hero 12! to find wind reduction settings turn on the camera, swipe down then swipe right, turn on controls to Pro, also head to Preferences then Video, turn bit rate to high for better quality! Also 10bit colour setting is here! Now go right back, select your resolution and frame rate settings the wind noise is at the bottom of the page hope this helps 👍

Temporary fixes are only temporary if they dont work. Finding the cause is not always easy. People think ya plug your magic machine in and it tells ya whats wrong.
You should consider getting the DJI Osmo 4 camera … it’s built just as durable as a GoPro and waterproof. Everything is the same, except for it has far better audio and better video for $399 for the full kit of everything you need.
We use to take a chunk of exhaust tubing and about six inches down from one end we cut. Half the tube off, making a nice shelf to pick up pieces of broken axle. Yes, sadly it isn’t something you really want to carry around on your truck yet for in the shop it is a nice tool. Just a friendly suggestion sir.

See you are very busy as usual warren 👍👍👍👍 I can't believe that problem on that hay squeeze was your fault . I have watched you do loads of engine's and you are very malicious when setting up the valve gaps .👍👍👍👍👍
I wonder if Cummins is still using those roller tappets{lifters} in those with the little set screw where the tit can break off and the roller tappet can turn 90 degrees and shave the cam down.
You need to get the DJI Osmo 4 camera they are far cheaper than GoPro and are far simpler to use and they do a kit where you get 3 batteries and a camera holder which is cheaper than buying just a GoPro camera
Hey Warren, how about 2-3 long rods that are the same size as the differential bolts. Maybe 10"-12" long. Thread 2"-3" and tighten them into the rear end, then slide the pumpkin out on the rods. That way you don't need the crane to lift that heavy bastard. Might just make an installation of a new one go way easier to. What do you think??

Busy man , love his work and commentary, great videos showing it can be expensive it you don't respect your machinery and look after it.
Why did that happen? I have not heard of a valve lock nut backing off and the valve lash lossening up like that before

Outstanding on catching the valve issue, the workers would have run it till it exploded.
So the issue with the Hay squeeze at the end of the video was just excess lash? Warren at least, has no lack of demand for his expertise!
Cool
is there like a automatic gain adjust cause it seems like its turning down the gain everytime there is something it thinks is loud

Did you clean the bumper on your service truck?
Did you ever have a broken axle that wouldn't let the pumpkin come out?
