    Nice to see Mr Kevin and Mr Clint tackle a job without Mason to supervise
    And even when it went wrong, Mason just calmly and quietly sorted it out
    He's a top boss 👍
    And Tucker deserves massive credit for his welding skills

    Did'nt you hear me shouting "don't forget the hose protectors!" ? I think we have all done something like that at some point, e.g. soldered a neat joint in a broken wire and forgot to thread the heat shrink on before soldering.

    Tip for Tucker: use a stainless wire brush to clean stainless welds, or aluminum brush. Never use carbon steel wire brush on stainless.

      I have heard it different as 5 seconds or 5 feet whichever comes first unless you start it which voids all warranties.

    Kevin, I like your El Camino a lot. I’m 75 years old now but when I was in my 30s I owned an El Camino for a few years. I still have fond memories of it and still believe it was one of the best handling vehicles I ever had. Enjoy yours.

    Clint I just want to tell you you have a couple really good Boys. Tucker is probably for his age the best welders I've ever seen an im 70 yrs old that's saying something. Best thing about those boys is they work and try to learn so you should be very proud of those two and keven is gonna make a heck of a mechanic if he stays with you he learns easy it seems anyway but long story short you and your gorgeous wife have done a tremendous job !! Keep up the good work ! Oh by the way of all the hundreds of shows I watch you have undoubtly the best just keep on putting out the vidios!!

    My oldest son had to be the last one driving that dozer!! It would have came to me with "throttle is sticking" and eventually found all the other problems with a "it's always been like that dad" response on everything else lol!!

    So if the NAPA guy was on top of your stock, you would have had 2 hoses to thread spring on to? lol 🤣😂 Clint, I do agree with you on the metric system, I know people get set in what they know but it is way simpler than SAE. I was half way through school when Canada switched to metric and that sucked at first, Canada still uses SAE half the time now. But in temperature it really does make sense that the freezing point of water is zero. Love the videos guys! 👍🍁

    Half? Countries like Burma, Liberia and US use imperial. And even Burma has decided to switch over. Rest of the ~200 countries use SI-based metric system.

      I just got rid of my Caterpillar engines because didn’t want to invest imperial tools. And same goes with Cummings, not gonna get those to replace them.

    c&C will do all they can to not hurt trailers with broken equipment,ok,Well we/you need to say to truck drivers, that you might need to drag things off the trailer,disclaimer right, if the driver was to Proud of his trailer,right, or not , broken track /and other type,,some times need tobe drog off trailers, thanks BigAl California

    I can already see enough on this kind of machine,it has way too many unexposed hydraulic lines that dirt getting on them making them hoses leak,right, too much thanks BigAl California

    Yeah it turned out good. You were saying American size but up here we call it Imperial and metric. I don't know. That's the way I've always known as Imperial before the metric came along. But no, it turned out pretty good that handrail was all right. One question, what was that little tank on the front of that Dozer with the hole in the top? What was that for?.👍👍🙂🇨🇦

    On oil an FYI we came across. on the back where the specs are, If your machine wants a certain spec.. Approved for that spec is what counts, NOT reccomended nor Suitable.. The course instructor told my friend there was a bif law suit over it. and the people lost as company stated we didnt say stuff is approved,, Just that it'll work and no guarantee for how long

    7:25 how thick is that hand grab? solid? I know its part of the job, but a wise man once told me don't put your fingers where you wouldn't put your pecker. Soft shackle over the log riser? love your videos and wanna keep seeing them. I've never worked on a dozer so I'm clueless as to how safe it is to chain like that.

    Nice little dozer and it's all ready too go now. Being able to make your own hoses is a true time saver and you get to chose the fittings and hoses that you use. We had to have crappy low bid contractors make out hoses for our screw type air compressors and they always leaked. Frustrating as heck.
