personally I prefer watching battleships vs hoodrick, as there are more projectiles
Ai-mo may have a long way to go, but I believe they can save the world

That was a good play. If it was me, I would be panicking seeing those knights. Mobility is one of the key components on winning a battle. It was fascinating to see Gully with his composure.
I feel like this game is going to blow up in popularity in a few years and out of no where.
You mean it hasn't already blown up?
@@jasonzhang1320 not really. It does have around 16 mill downloads but its still kinda unheard of. in a way its like among us. that game had a few million installs in 2018-2019 before it blew up in 2021. but who knows
About a year ago I searched 'settlers' on the play store, because I love settlers. Instead, because it didn't exist, I found the Battle of Polytopia. I just came back, it's amazing (cloaks are too op though, they're so good at spamming daggers - I ended up with 15 daggers around one city)

You complained about getting philosophy but the cheaper tech is surprisingly useful at times :)

hey what if when your city is about to get captured, you deconstruct all buildings from it so they get a city with increased tech price

ai-mo is definitely a tricky tribe to play, they have such a slow start and so many mountains

I just thought, not saying it'll be added anytime soon but what if each tribe had it's own weapon? like spears for aimo, axes for bardur, katanas for xinxi, etc etc. Even if it didn't change the stats, it would still be super cool no lie
would this be cosmetic? or would this be like each tribe’s warrior does different damage based off of what weapon they use

Maybe soon they'll implement something like that considering they recently added skins for 3 of the tribes

Ai-Mo is objectively not the best but I love them. Definitely the best tribe aesthetically and they aren't bad gameplay-wise either. Great vid!
I don't know Mr gullyy already talked about this or no, but if you want to know the damage, just press the enemy troops for a little long time, then there will be a how many damage we give to enemy
Looool, once i did menage to mindbend a giant like that, but i knew that my opponent couldnt see the mindbender, unless my opponent had used an explorer
When I play I aimo, research climbing on turn 2 to speed up expansion.
Gully you know if there will be a diplomatic option in polytopia in updates?
I think you could have saved the city on 5:42 by hynting the lama making 2 mines next to it in tha same city and forgery where the lama was and finally taking population gronth you would have just enough for a giant! Am I missing anything?

I’m not so good in the game, and this video is old but I’d anyone sees this comment, then I recommend moving your warriors at the start of the game towards the opposite point of the map where you spawned
This guarantees you expand towards the middle, and take more space, and then you can claim all the villages that your enemies can’t reach

Hey Gully, what time do you usually play randos? Every time I’ve tried I’ve waited three hours and never gotten a match.
Try changing your “advanced settings”. Set them all to “any” and your opponents to just 1

I downloaded an apk version of polytopia a while ago and it granted me all characters but after the update it disappeared and when I tried to download the actual polytopia it didn't work please tell me if you can help👍
