LOVE the Wet Brush. I have A LOT of fine hair that gets very tangled and the Wet Brush has been a miracle brush for me particularly when my hair is wet. My hair stylist who has been doing hair for over 25 years says the Wet Brush is by far the best product/tool that the beauty community has seen in many years!!!
My hair really only gets tangly and forms this lovely clumps as it dries 🤷🏻♀️ maybe because my hair is more coarse and my curl pattern is so intense. I will definitely be trying this out when my hair is wet though!
Goody used to sell an ouchless brush that was similar. I still have one but I need a new brush for wet detangling now. Hoping this brush is the new go to.
@@MakeupJustForFun try the curly girl method. My hair was similar, and I always fought it. After finally using the cgm for some time, I finally got to enjoy it. Now I love it! And of course it looks way better.
I mean I guess it's different for everyone, but for me personally, this brush has been life changing! I actually cannot get over how well it works. I have medium thick straight hair....and with one pass through with this brush, absolutely no tangles. I keep running my fingers through, thinking it CAN'T be that good. But it is! Also, I have a young daughter who has extremely fine, very long hair. It was a daily struggle to get her to brush her hair..since we got this brush, she never ever complains about brushing it! I cannot rave about this product enough :D I know it's only a brush...but man....it really, really works!
Ive never owned a wet brush before, but i recently bought one a couple days ago and i just tried it this morning after my shower. Oh my god! Ive tried other brushes that just leave me feeling worse than when i hadnt brushed my hair... this one is definitely not the case, straight out of the shower brushed end to root (a little bit knotting, but i have fine type and alot alot of hair for someone with this hair type) holy banana’s do i love this brush. I pulled almost no hair passing it through, my hair didnt break, i was able to feel the brush going through but it didnt feel like i was doing something i shouldnt
The Wet Brush is the ONLY brush that would get through my daughter's tangled wet hair when she was younger. THat brush has saved her hair I swear! She has these major waves that have straightened a bit. But it's still the only brush she uses, wet or dry. I actually use it for my wet hair now bc it's easier than using a comb. They carry them everywhere now...Target, Ulta, Walgreens...I used to have to order them years ago! I love that they're mainstream now! I'm glad you got to try it!
I love my wet brush I have them in almost every color it does pull a little bit if my hair is really really Tangled but nowhere near as much as any other detangler brush or hair brush that I've tried and I love the fact that I don't see a whole wad of hair in my wet brush as I do in normal brushes
I bought a Wet Brush 2 days ago. They have 2 kinds, one is a solid back and the other one is a vented back for blow drying. I got the vented back one because I liked the color lol (teal/purple ombre). The hairstylist said there is no difference in how the bristles work. In fact she used the vented one on me and brushed right through my wet hair like it was nothing. I have thick, and I mean THICK wavy hair and it is a mess when it is wet. It knots and tangles up easily and I dread combing it. This brush is amazing!!! I only wish I would have bought it sooner!!! I was skeptical because I would poke the bristles through the opening in the package and they were super flexible and almost felt soft and I was thinking there is no way this will go through my hair.
You should wear your hair down more often, it compliments your face shape😍 I have curly hair that tangles easily and coconut oil helps with that and the dryness. And I use and love the wet brush 😊
WET brush literally saved my hair I was having CLUMPS AND CLUMPS OR HAIR FALLING OUT from regular cheap brushes and I was almost contemplating on chopping off my hair and someone suggested switching brush and recommended this one and I haven’t had clumps or hair come out since I almost stated crying and even my kids have their own it literally saved all of our hair 10/10
I only use it on my wet hair. In my opinion it doesn’t work as well when my hair is dry. I have super tangled fine hair and that’s the only brush I can use out of the shower
I LOVE MY WET BRUSH! i got mine as a b day present and i thought it was just a normal brush that worked REALLY WELL and i was like thats weird what a good brush :D and now i just found out its its purpose to detangle :D
I also have very thick, curly hair and I swear by my Wet Brush! I got it several years ago and I hate being without it. I got the little travel size wet brush but my hair is so intense I need the full size for it to work properly.
Girly u could stand to use some layers in your hair!!! They allow u to keep your length while getting rid of some of that weight!!! U can still put your hair up. It will give u a style to your hair that u will appreciate i promise. It will keep the back from clumping up like that...i am a stylist and if this does not appeal to u in the least and u are completely happy with your hair as it is then by all means ignore this. You can minimize your tangles greatly by applying leave-in conditioner and shine serum. They have zero hold factor..just provides conditioning..frizz tame and a slip to the hair that with a combo of starting your brushing or combing from the ends first on up...u will love your hair 100% better. U dont need brushes like this one u reviewed...but to each their own...love your videos!!!
Thanks for watching! I've had more layers a few times before and to be honest I hated the way it looked when it wasn't straightened. Like I said in the video, I have tried all kinds of leave in conditioners, serums, oils, hair masks... you name it. No matter the cut or the products I use, this is the curl pattern I have. 🤷🏻♀️ I have grown to accept and love my wavy, curly hair and thankfully I have an amazing stylist who I trust to make sure my hair stays healthy! 😊
i have the same problem but like its the front part of my hair thats curly and tangled and the back and under part is straight/wavy it rly does feel like 2 heads of hair ☹️

Ooooh. I have two girls with very curly hair and was wondering if this was worth it. I'm convinced. Quick tip: If you brush your hair when wet(I detangle my littles hair at bath time), and find a good leave in that works for you, you won't get the frizz ;) It'll be curly when dry, but curls aren't the same thing as tangles lol

I brushed my hair before going to the shower so it won't be a struggle brushing after.. It always work for me less hair fall.. Me and my daughter love the wet brush, i got her the those fruit designs 😁
I love ur videos. I wanted to ask u did u notice any breakage with this brush? My hair is like yours and im struggling to find a good shampoo and conditioner please do let us know what u use. Thanks so much for this video
You r using the brush wrong. Wet ur hair , leave in conditioner & start brushing at the ends not mid way. N brush in sections. U have wavy or curls. Do the cgmethod
Also use water with the brush. I used a regular brush and I pulled so much hair out of my head. Also my daughter is mixed with coarse curls I used wet brush on my head and hers. It goes straight through our hair.
A) you are amazingly beautiful. Every time I watch your videos I think what a true, natural beauty you are. B) I got the shower version of the Wet Brush and I use it in the shower with conditioner in my hair, and it's been the difference between spending 30 minutes detangling and 5-7 minutes detangling. My hair is similar to yours but curlier, long, very dry, very tangley. Maybe give it a try in the shower and see if that's better? 3) do you like to wear your hair curly? Because it looks like with the right haircut technique it could be pretty curly. Maybe if you decide to cut it, try a Deva salon or Deva Cut certified stylist. They did miracles on my curly hair. Great video and beautiful hair :)
Thanks so much! This is my natural hair texture - wavy in front and curly in back - and that's how I always wear it. I don't like to straighten or curl my hair very often partly because the heat damages my hair so much and mostly because its too much work 😂
Makeup.Just.For.Fun when I said wear it curly I meant wear it naturally the way it is; I should have just said naturally it would have been more clear. It seems like your hair wants to wave and curl on its own which is why I was thinking Deva Cut stylist might be helpful. They are really good at cutting and styling to bring out the natural curl and wave. Just a thought I had because I have naturally curly hair and they really helped me!
😂 Thank you! I haven't tried a heated brush since my hair is so dry I usually try to avoid heat styling. I get SO many breaks and splits when I use heat on my poor hair
I LOVE your nails. I’m gonna start using the wet brush pro in a few days time. Did you get any breakage while running this through your hair??? If yes, how bad was it??
What’s up with stuff in US having extra packaging? Here in EU most brushes come with just a cardboard label, no plastic packaging. And makeup…. Everything is just on its own. No extra stuff for mascaras, just mascara and maybe some tape for security 🤷🏼♀️
The Wet Brush is amazing, but I like the Olivia Garden wet brush better! Either brush is meant to be used on wet hair. My process is (while wet) , brush hair after shower, then turban (in microfiber tuban), then unturban and brush again while hair is damp. I use a different brush for drying hair or once the hair is dry. Also, if you braid your hair while damp, would it still develop the tangles? Then you could go from a braid to the ponytail or bun once dry.
+Bridget H. Like I stated in the video, the Wet Brush website says this brush is meant for wet or dry hair. My hair isn’t very tangly when wet and only starts to tangle and form those clumps as it dries so trying this on dry hair is a much better test for me 😊
Of course you can use it dry, but the whole point is that I think it only claims to be the best brush ever for wet hair. There has got to be a brush that advertises being better on dry hair for tangles. I'm assuming you already use a ton of conditioner/leave-in/hair primer?
The website and packaging just say "Best Detangling Brush Ever" so while it was probably originally designed for wet hair, that's just simply not when my hair is tangly so no point in testing it that way. I've tried so many leave in conditioners, masks, serums, oils, treatments - you name it. This is just how my hair dries no matter the product unless I blow it out straight which I never do 🤷🏻♀️😂
Wow, it sounds like they have gotten overconfident in their marketing. They probably are the best for wet hair, but to claim that for dry hair. . . hmmm. I'm glad it worked decently well for you though!
Lmfaoo I have coarse hair and the Wet Brush couldnt even penetrate the top layer of my hair.... it’s not even thick its just voluminous. People over hyping it I swear.
It brushed my hair just like any other brush would so yes it works but it's not really any better than another other brush I've used. It doesn't really deserve any hype or "props" because it's a brush that can brush hair. 🤷🏻♀️
“Start at the ends” doesn’t mean start halfway up lol
Thanks for watching!

Just ripping that shit out 😂😭

People over hyping it I swear.
you should try "tangle teezer" brush; it worked really well on my hair
Omg I have the exact hair type it’s so hard to style it :(
Girl I think you actually have curly hair
Curly hair is always dry
Wet brushes are superior
You don't have friends
Nope. None at all.
You seem semi-reluctant to give it props, despite it working. Irregardless, thanks for the review.
It brushed my hair just like any other brush would so yes it works but it's not really any better than another other brush I've used. It doesn't really deserve any hype or "props" because it's a brush that can brush hair. 🤷🏻♀️
Meh you look ok😒
You look like a cat 🙂
Raggedy ass hair
😂😂😂 thanks for the engagement!
