The bad driving is mostly from the driver of the camera car.

Was that you in the C-Max or something? They could (or should have) see the camera car drawing alongside them. That said, the camcar could've held back when the C-Max started indicating.

@@MeTube3yea shows you are wrong, the dotted line indicates a new lane, if the CMaX isn’t doing the speed limit you can pass on the inside (safely obviously) but the other vehicle should be checking mirrors before manoeuvring regardless.
