Idk about other countries but Here in the US. You can get a ford factory tune from your local ford dealer for $800 that’ll boost the power up to 450hp and it won’t even void your warranty. That’s my favorite thing of any new vehicle on the market right now. More manufacturers should do that.

Not just electrical but also transmission shifting issues probably unless they finally got it right and updated the engine and transmission to a better one since I have a 2020 ford ranger with 67 k and the tranny is already shifting Hella bad and loss of power bogging down etc,had other problems before that but yeah i am not happy with the 10r80 transmission from 2019-2023 ford vehicles

Tesla semi 0-60 empty is like 5 seconds & 20 seconds with 80,000lbs. For the price Tesla is hard to beat for performance & speed. I suspect any manufacturer could achieve it sooner or later. Couldn't imagine Tesla semi specs adopted on a small pickup ...6 wheel drive.

I wish they made a “base” model Raptor. He made a good point about getting the interior dirty. If you are driving this truck like the way it’s supposed to be, I wouldn’t want to get that nice interior dirty. No fancy touch screen, cheap vinyl seats, vinyl floor. But with the same powertrain. It would cheapen the already crazy price and you wouldn’t have to worry about getting the inside dirty while still having all the power. But, 99 percent of these owners will just take it to the store to get groceries or pick up the kids from school haha.
Absolutely punished mine in VIC high country last month and destroyed the interior with mud. Felt bad about it at the time since it was so clean but had to deal with it as we got bogged a couple times and with a vacuum and some wipes it came out good as new.
Here's a simple test: let's say the roads are slick and you lock the wheel and mash the throttle. Does it feel like 400 horsepower yet? Does it put a smile on your face every time the fuel guage drops? ✌
I had an old dodge Dakota v6 that I straight piped. It was gutless but It sounded pretty good really. Everyone thought by the sound it must be a v8 . I don't think any other v6 I've ever heard sounds good.
Thats pretty much the price I expected to see. Almost $60k usd before taxes, fees, and for sure dealers are going to mark them up 15-20k. Its a cool mid sized truck, and im glad it looks proper. Personally I just couldn't justify the cost.
