Hi. Love your recipes and your work is so neat and precise. Truely admire it. I also love the fact that you don't waste any ingredients.👌🏼 My question is, why don't you use vanilla extract and baking powder in your sponge cake recipe? If I add them, will the cake turn out good?
I think she didn't used baking powder as the very fluffy eggs are going to lift the batter. Using baking powder instead of beating the eggs will give a different texture . Im not sure for vanilla though , maybe she'll see this and answer !
